Honestly we’re quite shocked by the last minute surprise to inform that ONLY checker can make the bulk transfer. We were there in PJ Main Branch and we were not being told/ informed about that. On the other hand, the other frustration we had as a customer is your support/vendor. I have called 3 of them, none of them can guide me and keep referring me the wrong extension 2074 8465 which I called obviously nobody able to assist. I want a guide as to how do we do an upload, as simple as that and that you all are also unable to assist. Please guide us through on the file format etc. Our Dec’15 salary payout has been delayed because your end took long to activate the profile and now we are stuck to know that checker should be the one making the bulk transfer. This was not the intended objective, I’m not an HR person and I’m now been expected to perform such transfer.
