Sansar Connect review: Fraud on computer software 3

I was sold a software package from a company calling themselves `Sansar Connect`. What they were selling was not what you received. The package from day one did not work and when you tried to ring them to receive the money back guarantee they promised you were shut down and lied too, then they would not reachable on any of the phone numbers they had. I have recently read some blogs and they have mentioned the AIC International Complaints Board, which I find myself writing about now. On the blog there seems to be quite a few unhappy people that have been scammed by this company Sansar Connect. I am not sure what to do? and if you have had complaints from other unhappy people, any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Paul.
