Sanpfish / Bad service

Put an order in for digital prints back in June - it is mid July and I have not received the order. I have called them twice and emailed them three times. They charged me for the order (it is on my credit card statement). I realized after this debacle that HP owns Snapfish - no wonder the poor service. HP has the worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with.
