Sandown Motor Holding / VERY BAD SERVICE

I have recently decided to buy a Dodge Nitro 2.8 SXT Auto. I searched for one on the Dodge South Africa website and found one that suited my needs. I filled in an online form and Sandown Chrysler Dodge Cape Town contacted me. I wanted to trade in a vehicle and they made me an offer. I had to take my vehicle for a check at my nearest dealer as I am in KZN. I told the sales person that I accepted the quote that he sent me and that the deal should be done.

After I took my vehicle for the test the sales person contacted me and told me that the vehicle that we were doing the deal on has been sold. I now have to re-advertise my vehicle as I have shown away potential buyers as I thought that the deal with Sandown would go trough. At no stage did any person contact me and told me that they work on a first come first serve basis. As a result in them wasting my time and money I have sent e-mails to the MD of Sandown Motors on 3 April 2009 to lodge my complaint.

Up and till today I have not received any response from Sandown Motors. If this is how they deal with their complaints I see a dark future for them.
