The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I booked a vacation package for 896$ for four persons. I was suppose to recieve a comfirmation email with information regaurding the vacation. I never recieved the email. I then began calling them when I noticed the money was charged to my Visa. When I called I got many different responses; " the supervisor is in the bathroom, I will email it again mame, I don't know why your not getting it, and twice I was disconnected. I also asked for the man who sold me my package, Mark Morton, employee number 707, with the ext. of 306, and the gentleman named Kevin stated that their is no one by that name. I also noticed that the first question upon answering the phone was "Have you already purchased a vaction package", after you have said "Yes", you are placed on hold for some time and then given the run around upon returning to the phone. I did also give them a fax number to fax the information since they stated they emailed it three times, (my email and net was working) I never did recieve the info. via fax.
My Financial institution. was able to provide information regaurding the transaction. Sandos Reservations is a company based out of Florida. The number provided [protected]. I googled a site "sandos reservations scam" and found interesting reports of this organization, but you may already be aware of that.
The MEMO that is faxed to different places of employment makes you believe that this promotion was sent from your employer. Many organizations/institutions have recieved this same fax in the surrounding area.
I hope something can be done with this, these people are very wrong for taking money that does't belong to them.

my issue with Vacation Bookings was faxed all the same with great deals telling me i had to purchase 2 minimum so i ended up paying $450 out of pocket and my 18 months is nearing end and nobody is answering the line which means i cannot get my money back and cannot book my vacation. the phone rings for over an hour and then sometimes you get hung up on. this is so sad. i did not have money to give away and really was excited and looked forward to this vacation. i scheduled my vacation time at work and everything. this is terrible. i would like to know how this is to be resolved. im lost and upset. my trip was to cabo and florida offered back in 2001 december. any suggestions

This company is related to the sandos hotels in Mexico, which are actually known for using fradulent tactics to sell timeshares. They are deceitful and misleading, i would rather not to have any business with them. You are not alone on this, this is a forum with more royal elite timeshare owners who feel they were ripped off:

I recieved this fax with advertisement for a jamica, cobo, or cancun all inclusive vacation package for 199 per person. There was another faxed I recieved that had something simular W/airfire. The Number on the paper work w/airefare all inclusive didnt work so I called the other number Holiday MEX to see what this was all about. The sales agents were very pushy with collecting money up front. Eventually I was able to get them to honor the other flyer W/airfare and paid the $199x2 once the sales agent answered all my question. They sent ane-contrct that I signed that stated more fee my apply in peck season. I became fraustrated and stated Ill take a vac. package out of peak season they said that will be more too $199 per this wasnt in the contract. I contacted my bank after debating with these people for dayaand told them the issue with this company honoring the signed contract. my bank reversed the charges and im waiting for these people to respond to honor the contract or dispute my reverse.

I got a flyer from a co worker from a travel agency called holiday mexico, sando reservation purchased a trip to cancun and was told to sign a e-ticket while i was on the phone to authorize the charges. It turns out the contract said we are not responsible for cancellation.
After so much struggle to get through they started changing their rules and regulations that there is more fees exceeding $99. THe contract indicates there will not be exceeding $99 fee per person. Lost complete trust with this fraudulant company.. How do I proceed into putting action against this company as Fraud. Chase supports the merchant that it has my signature and says that's the end of it. Is there a group lawsuit we can file for all the people that lost their money like I did... please contact me jiaek12@yahoo.com.

SANDOS RESERVATION.COM HAS NUMEROUS WEBSITES, PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILS THAT IS NOT VALID. [protected].& [protected] THEY NEVER ANSWER!.THIS SUCH COMPANY HARDLY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. ONE TIME A GUY KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE MORE THAN 7 TIMES AND ACTS WEIRD. I WAS FORCED TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS OVER THE PHONE TO AUTHORIZE A $800 CHARGE A TRIP TO CANCUN FOR FOUR PEOPLE. AFTER 50 PHONE CALLS THEY SAID CANCUN IS NOT AVAILABLE AND IS NOT IN PEAK SEASON AND I NEED TO PAY $300 PER PERSON ADDITIONAL THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT. I PU T A CLAIM WITH MY BANK . MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED CAUSE I SIGNED THE DOCS AND NEED TO PROOF IN PAPER WORK! THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY.

I am having a problem with this same company only I never called them to book anything. They have charged my credit card with Chase and I had disputted it and on November 9th I received a letter from chase that they agreed I did not authorize this. Now this company has sent Chase supposed paperwork with my signature on it. I never signed anything. They have been sending me an email everyday for the past 30 days asking for an e-signature which I never gave them. So now I am back in the process of disputing this with chase but this company actually had someone forge my signature.

Their latest number of contact has been [protected], and I actually spoke to a women today to book my vacation. Guess what, when i went to call back 20min later the number was disconnected! These people triple charged me initially and it took a month of forcing them to refund me! They told me numerous times they never saw any charges, but my bank account saw thousands! I cannot believe this company! MBTTH used to be CMBTT I found out with hundreds of other complaints over the web! They change names and phone numbers so frequently and only give 1/25 a vacation! That is if you make everything happen in one phone call! They also have screwed up peoples stays and forced some on time shares! Vulgar, rude, ignorant, and illegal= This company! I purchased in Dec 09 and am sooooo furious.

We had a fabulous vacation at Sandos Caracol with this same deal, which we received via fax sent to my husband's office ... The one thing that wasn't apparent... the person on the phone denied it, but we learned otherwise when we got there that this IS a timeshare deal... you are required to sit through the 90 minute shpiel once you arrive... .so in that respect it wasn't honest... but otherwise, this was a lovely resort and we had a wonderful time! It was a lot nicer than other resorts where we paid much more!

purchased two trips was told contact mbtth.com to select hotel i would recieve eticket conformation, i havent recieved anything but a runaround im seeing the same thing from other people. i will persue this futher.

I have heard about similar problems from this company. I am a lawyer and my law firm is investigating this company -- with the goal of filing a lawsuit to prevent them from continuing to defraud the public. I keep getting harassment calls and faxes from this number, when I called and spoke to a person name "Chris" they were insulting, rude and nasty.
When I asked to please removed my fax number, he said to ask my Mother!
Then said sorry go ask your Grandmother and on and on. Very childish, very unprofessional. It is obvious it is a minimum wage person telemarketer with no life. If you call [protected] and ask for "Chris" or whom ever answers and ask to removed your fax you will see the stupid insulting response that you get.
I need help finding this company so I can file with the right authorities.

i have used them before and the trip was awesome so im not sure of this one. i can be contacted at [protected] and i have pictures of the trip booked with them
