Samsung samsung galaxy s7

I am severely handicapped and my phone is my way of connecting with the world. Your Samsung software update has completely screwed up my phone and deleted apps that I use everyday. I have contacted a lawyer and am going to be suing you for emotional distress. Your customer service is a joke. I want my old software back. I absolutely hate yourself for updates. You completely change around where things are you delete things. You have cost me extreme emotional distress. I am confined to my house I don't have the luxury of most of your customers to go into a store to get help and you guys have absolutely no help for handicapped people over the phone. You guys are a completely unfriendly to handicap people company. I hope that a lawsuit shows you how unbelievably uncaring you are.

Samsung dryer

My dryer, less than a year old, has broken THREE times. I purchased from Lowe's & have to deal with Samsung Service Center which is like, excuse the expression, pissing in the wind. It's ultimately on the shoulders of the "authorized" repair centers. I've been waiting 2 months for a repair & I feel totally screwed. I can't afford to sell & get another bc I would LOSE on the dryer!
Samsung powers that be, you will never get another cent of my hard earned money! How a company gets away with selling such inferior products & still have "brand power".

Same experience with a faulty dryer purchased at the end of January 2018. Dryer failed after 3 months and I have been getting the run-around from Samsung and their authorized repair centers for the past month and half with no end in sight. Absolutely, the worst customer service and product quality I have experienced. I was advised by a Homedepot manager not to purchase a Samsung or LG, instead opt for a local brand name such as Whirlpool or GE but, unfortunately a little too late for me. If we have a similar experience, voice your opinion and give product feedback so other consumers can be warned about these inferior products and substandard customer service.

Samsung side xside refrigerator rs25j500dsr

I purchased this on May 21, it was delivered May 26, Saturday, last delivery Memorial Day weekend. The delivery men set it and said it should be cool in a few hours. 11:00 pm, it was just as hot as when it came in. I'm really ill & was supposed to be resting. Instead I was up every few hours, contacting Samsung support. Do this, do that, all on a chat line only to be hung up on. This is a $1, 400 fridge. I'm sick, weigh 96 lbs at 5'5", 16 mo. baby lives here. How bad do Samsung products suck? Doesn't work brand new? Does Samsung compensate me for a trip to hell? I would think so. Store said they'd bring next 1 off truck, hell no. Keep your Samsung. I would love to have someone from Samsung call & ask, "What can we do to make this up to you?" I won't hold my breath.

Samsung refrigerator

Buyers please Beware! Do not buy Samsung! I had bought the top of the line. The week after my warranty expired, the ice maker went out. This is an excellent example of Planned Obsolescence! And of course they wouldn't warrant it. I have talked to customer service with Lowe's where I had bought it and they said they have had many many complaints about Samsung refrigerators. Now the water dispenser is going out!

Samsung customer service

I have a Samsung galaxy S8 active and the charger port has misaligned pins and cannot charge, it's under warranty and Samsung says that I have to send it to them to be repaired but I use my phone for mostly everything in my life so I cannot not have my phone and they are not giving me any other manner of handling my phone that is under warranty so therefore I have a broken Samsung device that is under warranty and Samsung is not handling the problem !

Samsung galaxys9 phone

After placing an online order for the galaxys9 phone i received an email for the wrong phone the price was not what i had agreed on.Samsung .com has the rudest people i have ever dealt with . After many calls i was finally able to speak to a manger. That is when it became clear why serious problems plagued this co. THE MANAGER was rude to the point of calling me a liar no wonder they have problems. The manger told me he would cancel the order and place a new one. The following day i received a phone call about the two phones ordered. After that i called Samsung back to cancel everything and was told it was already being processed what a load i did not have any order number till after my call to cancel then two emails. My saving grace is my credit card co. working to protect me

Samsung refrigerator ice maker

After 2 years of repairs to my new samsung icemaker I'm tired of this BS.
Bought new from Lowe's approx $3000 fancy Samsung 4 door fridge. The repair center ASC in CHARLOTTE NC said they will come again, but not guarantee it will fix it... but will charge 125$ per hr.
Why doesn't everybody with Samsung problems go together and do a class action lawsuit?
Seems like everybody is complaining about this... my local appliance repair said they will not work on them.

We are Samsung C&T CCPP Naama project, Algeria .
We regret to inform you abou the delay of about of your services in Algeria, we first requested for quotation on 2018-01-11 to mr Khaled Oukaci Senior Sales Manager in Power Services, it took more than couple of months to receive the quotation (1035981-18-KOHK) .We negociated about intercoms, we agreed about FOB on 04/25/2018, from this date we have not received the signed PO to proceed the payment and delivery .
Please know that we are in the process of constructing power plant 1163 MW and every delay can cause huge deficits, and the manufacturer of our project is GE, so in the future we need alot of material .

We are looking forward solution from your part about fast reaction of your sales department in Algeria .

Samsung refrigerator

Dear Sir,
With great anguish I am relating the woes of sufferings caused by your service centre and call centre and head office staff

1. I had complained regarding my refrigerator not cooling on 9 th April '18 my model no
RT58EASM1/2008, till date 5/5/2008, my issue is not resolved, it has been escalated with Ref no [protected].
I have had worst experience with your team, 3-4 engineers have visited done some trail and error and it hasnt worked finally as nothing seemed to be working they said the PCB has to be replaced and it would take 3-5 days for the replacement to come, after continuous follow up, today the engineer come for the replacement and he says sorry wrong part has been sent and he cannot do anything about it! He said new part once again has to be ordered, after follow up I come to know the new order is cancelled! Mr. Ali who is supposedly the Customer Service Manager says we cannot do anything now as your refrigerator is 9 yrs old (this was told on the very first day of complaint)
Now my issues are as follows
1. There is complete miscommunication between Service centre and call centre (they are absolutely clueless, W. O get closed based on Service centres feedback without checking with custoer
2. New engineers are sent each time and they do not bother to read previous remarks and so do the same checking with no result
3. Very casual attitiude of the staff including your Customer Service Manager - Mr. Ali
My refrigerator is not working since 9th April and your guys are least bothered, now if I dont get a proper response I am going to express my anguish and disgust on all social media platforms. I regret having all products of Samsung in my house because I dread if anything else would stop working I will have this kind of service again.
Mr. Ali had said he would try to replace the part free of cost, now I think you must replace the refrigerator and also compensate me for the torture I am going thru due to your regrettable service

I had asked Mr. Ali to put everything in writing and he said he would send the mail tomorrow this was 3 days back! Still no response from him.

What kind of Customer Service is this?

Samsung tv

I bought my tv in nov 17, it quit working March 18. Samsung has made arrangements once to send us a new tv, the trucking company will be calling. Then nothing a week later. Then they tell us they never made arrangements for a new tv. Now a month later we can get a refurbished tv, via truck again. I requested a refund because I bought a new tv not a refurbished tv. I've been informed refunds take a long time and I'll have to wait for a call back, this is now may...

Samsung tv

I purchased a 75HU8550 in August 2015 in Canada.
the included remote did not work. Samsung claimed I didn't know how to use it and ended the conversation there. Best Buy to their credit replaced the remote for me, which in turn failed in less than 5 weeks. this time I was on my own, and forced to pay over $85 for a replacement.
within 3 months the set exhibited DSE, where the center 2/3 of the screen is discolored on light content making white content appear deep amber. I put in a warranty claim, their designated repair shop came out and inspected the set and determined the panel was defective and needed replacement. Samsung decided this was normal and the claim denied. numerous calls and escalations later, Samsung still claimed a set that could not produce white was normal.
at about 15 months the left edge of the set developed 2 extreme bright spots, @ 5" long and 1" wide. this time I got the 'your warranty has expired'.
I called the same repair company, and paid them to look at the problem. they have seen it many times, and said it was a known defect on many Samsung models that year, and the following model year. they suggested I submit a claim under Samsung's 'known defect extended warranty replacement' program.
several calls and escalations, and Samsung Canada denied the program existed and refused to repair the set.

a little research on the Samsung US support site confirmed the program does exist, and many on their own board had their sets repaired no charge. Samsung Canada when presented with links to their own support site refused to acknowledge it and continued with their canned reply. the repair shop has quoted me $5, 800 to replace the panel.

in Canada Samsung is able to price fix among the major retailers, and as such, we get the privilege of paying almost double for the same product as US consumers. if we purchase from "non authorized" retailers, or venture to the US to purchase, we get an immediate warranty denied. in return we get the added bonus of being denied almost everything warranty related.

my son's $550 Hisense 65" 4k TV has a superior picture compared to what my $9, 900 Samsung has become in short order. lesson learned, this is the last Samsung product I, and my family buy, including the many laptops, tablets and phones we have purchased over the years.

I'm tempted to place my set in my mall kiosk and demonstrate Samsung quality.

Samsung electric dryer

I purchased all new appliances in the last three years. My Refridgerator has been repaired 3 times in that time. My dishwasher was replaced by the dealer for it's problems. Now, after 19 months my dryer IP panel goes out. Then after about an hour it comes back on. Where are the quality manufacturers today? Almost $8000 and I could have just gone to the dump and picked up the same quality.

Samsung samsung galaxy note 4

Hi... I am complaining based on thenew and recent update on the samsung galaxy note 4... It sucks because after intalling the update your phone trips off everytime... And it shows the uneeffectiveness of samsung... It s very bad because without the charger plugged in it doesnt work... Real bad and unuseful and you cant uninstall theupdate... Very poor

Samsung 55 inch smart tv - ua55hu7000r

I bought the 55 INCH SMART TV from Carrefour with 2years additional warranty. Just after 3 years and 3 months the display of the screen stopped working automatically, there was no accidents or even movement of the TV it had been on the same wall since the beginning.
I would like to request Samsung to have it repaired without any additional cost since it is a very renowned brand and to have it stopped working right after the warranty span is unacceptable with such a prestigious brand.

Awaiting positive feedback on the same please

Samsung no return label provided. was charged $200.00

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone directly through the Samsung web site. The deal was that I would return an iPhone 7 Plus and receive $200 off the retail price. When I received the new phone, there was no return label in the box. Samsung then charged me $200 for not returning the phone. When I called Samsung Customer Service, I was told that the label was sent to my Email address. While on the phone, I checked my Email account and informed the Customer Service agent that I did not receive an Email containing information regarding a return label. Instead of helping me to resolve the issue, the agent indirectly called me a liar. As an IT professional, I also have a catch-all Email account that captures all Email, including spam. When I check that account, I do not see any Email from Samsung containing information or a link to a return label. I should point out that this is not the first time that I have purchased a cell phone directly from Samsung, I returned the old phone and it was a smooth transaction, so I don't understand how this second transaction could be so different from the first.

I'm looking for some help here, Samsung!

Samsung washer and dryer

Hello. I currently ( but not for long) own a Samsung matching washer and dryer pair. I just want to state that I will ne officially boycotting Samsung products across the board! My washer and dryer have been the biggest pieces of junk I have ever experienced in my life. Washer shaft broke on my washer and the apparent fix isnt cheap of course. My dryer recently had to the drum replaced due to extremely cheap materials. Repair cost $350 and who knows what the cost to repair the washer will be but we ll never know. I m cutting my losses on these garbage products and I advise others to do the same. I hate they're products so much I am going to spend more just to replace this junk with something of quality. Customer service is a complete joke. Don't waste time calling, its you're fault no matter what! This isn't the first time also I very heard how it's my fault. I have a Samsung S8 and that purchase was a huge mistake as well! Had the phone for less then 24 hours and when I bent down to tie my shoe ( in my living room mind you) my phone was in my breast pocket of my shirt. It slid out and dropped approximately no more then 12 inches and the screen cracked. Come on. 12 inches and a broken screen! People drop these all the time and no solution. I had another phone for 3 years and it w as s accidentally dropped multiple time without this damage but it wouldn't be good business for crappy Samsung to make a quality product! I just want everyone out there to know that it isnt just appliances and phones. This company should be bankrupt for the garbage they produce and borderline illegal in my opinion. They're products look nice but that's it! GARBAGE! ITS ALL GARBAGE! Just save yourself some anger and time. Stop buying this trash they call products! Boycott Samsung products all the way around and let that garbage producer know that hard working people will not be scammed. Just buy something else entirely! That's the only way you won't be disappointed! I will never buy they're products of any type or anything they produce under another name ever again! If I want to work for my money and just flush it down the toilet then I don't need Samsung! I have 3 toilets in my house! Samsung, you and all company assisting you SUCK! I will tell everyone that will listen and hope that someday you go out of business for being the cheap, garbage producing company you are!

Samsung s8 premium care cancelled without notice

Absolutely terrible customer service. The excuse that they are just agents doesn't sit well with me. I understand that but the company takes no responsibility for providing any support.

On April 13th 2018, when issues with Bixby caused the phone screen to continue to turn on and off, I called in for assistance and all they could recommend doing is sending in the phone and paying the deductible so they could replace it with a "like new phone". No responsibility for the fact that their software caused the issue and insisted it was being caused by a crack in my phone screen. I declined this option and went ahead with restoring the factory default settings and was able to resolve the problem myself.

Two weeks later, I get a notice that my Premium Care was terminated due to the auto pay not working due to a new credit card. I never got any notification of this prior to the cancellation but they insisted I was sent a notice 1 month ago to the email address they told me was on file. I don't delete any emails so I know this was untrue after searching my mailbox. The suggestion was to re-enroll but due to the crack this was not an option. They then said to bring it to a samsung store to get it repaired so I could enroll in the premium care support that I had already been paying for for over a year. All I wanted was for them to renew the Premium Care that they had cancelled without notice.

I've had similar experiences trying to order a washer/dryer combo in the past. This company does not care in the least about their customer's because they know that individual purchases are just a drop in the ocean in regards to their revenue. And unfortunately I made the mistake of buying directly from them instead of through Verizon.

Buyer beware, you will receive no support from their customer service to resolve your issues.

Samsung microwave and stove

1- i purchased a new microwave in june of 2016. After about 1 1/2 years of operation the reheat function stopped working. I paid $65 for a technician to come to inform me that a sensor had to be replaced-for a total cost of $215 (not including the $65 already paid). Needless to say i have not proceeded as the total cost of the microwave was $249. One would expect a microwave to work properly longer that 1 1/2 years.

2-i also purchased an expensive dual oven electric stove in june of 2016. The heat regulation is very poor on three of the cooktop burners.

I would never purchase nor recommend any samsung kitchen appliance.

Samsung should stick to manufacturing tvs.

Samsung washing machine

Please tell me how Samsung is still in business. Please tell me how a consumer is supposed to get any compensation from this company? How on earth are they allowed to just give you the run around and not stand behind their products. They are allowed to simply rip people off, and we can do nothing about it? There is NO phone number for any type of corporate office, the ONLY number is their typical 800-SAMSUNG number. Even when I find a different number online for the company, it just takes me to the SAME customer service that the 800-SAMSUNG number did. HOW CAN A PERSON TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY? HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SIMPLY KEEP A PERSON'S MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHOUT ANY REPERCUSSIONS? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THIS!
