My Name Is Cynthia Critchfield.

I have experienced multiple problems with Samsung return and exchange process. I returned two Samsung phones to the return center as requested with the guarantee I would receive my refund. I received a refund for one phone however I have yet to receive a refund for ticket number [protected]. This ticket was process and received the same day as my other ticket. We are nearing 3 months since Samsung received my devices. The system is showing that the phone has not process for approval. I am tired of the constant calls into Samsung and receiving the run around. I would like some answers as to where my refund is!!??
