Samsung advertisement price not honored

Sears blatantly cheating customers! I was shopping for a samsung refrigerator rf266aepn at the sears.com website on 4/24/2010 at around 10pm pacific time. The price as advertised on the webpage was $1329.99 and 4/24 was the last day for the promotion, and when I added to the cart, it was still showing $1329.99. However, shortly after I read through all the different installation options and warranty options, I noticed my final price has changed to $1899.99. The sears home page was still advertising the 30% off energy star product, and I still see the $1329.99 price being advertised. So I don't understand why i'm being charged the original price of $1899.99. I suspect this is false advertisement and a blatant attempt to cheat the customers. Repeated calls to sears have not help resolved this issue, and one rep even hung up on me.

Samsung software problem

I purchased an samsung cdma handset model sch-b519 from attitude, nashik road. on 02.09.10 bearing imei no. a0000017706caf. but it has got some software problem in it. everytime there is a call, the call register shows 16 calls. I took it to the authorised service centre at cbs, they reloaded the software and it started working properly. again after 20 days it had the same problem. I once again took it to the service station, they did the same thing again. this has happened 3 times in last two months. once again it has got the same problem. should this continue everytime ? kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Samsung bad service

I bought a samsung range in august 2009. When I received it, I noticed that one of the four burners was not working. I called service right away. Since then, i've received the visit of about 6 technicians, but they never had the right part. Well, it's been 7 months now, and it still hasn't been repaired. I called sears many times, never felt any compassion or real urge to help. When I called on april 7, was told I would be called back within 48 hours. Never heard from sears again. The service does not exist. I don't know what to do anymore.

Samsung no service provided for the repair of dvd player

Refer bp no : [protected].

1. My earlier complaint on the subject dated 22 feb & 07 mar 2010.

2. It is intimated that I had sent my samsung dvd home theater model no ds110 (Ser no iuay100044l) for servicing to authorized samsung service centre m/s boscos, c-114/b-218, naraina industrial area, phase-i, new delhi-110024 with the fault that the player switches to standby mode after few minutes of playing. The work order no was 144aw dated 05 jan 2010. . They took a lot of time to even response and every time on enquiry told that it will take some more time as the spares are being brought. After a gap of one month they finally told us that parts of the dvd home theater are not available and it cannot be repaired. To our surprise he even told us to take the machine back which we collected back on 20 feb 2010.

3. From the last one months the response of the service centre is unconcerned with the reason that spares are not available. On my representative each visit to the service centre, he has been given a fresh date of collection. There is a total apathy towards the customers by the service centre of samsung.

4. I have the following to submit & complaint:-

(A) how can a dvd home theater which is not even 5 years old be rejected by to the service centre for repairs. That means that any product of this repute company be used for less than 5 years.(B) the service centre has not behaved in a professional manner. Since I am a technical engineer myself and running a big army workshop I have no doubt that service centre has not taken adequate interest in the repair of the home theater.

5. I will request you to look into the matter on priority and pass suitable directions to the service centre for early repair of the dvd home theater to avoid unnecessary agony to the customer else I shall be constrained to raise my complaint in the matter.

6. An early reply & action is requested please.

Samsung when started, it just blows the fuse off

Hi,
I have purchased a samsung ac along with other products from ac (32" lcd tv, a mobile phone and a refrigerator) in 2007. This was one of the worst ever investment or rather burning of money I have ever done.

My ac was working well for an year and few months. By late 2008, suddenly one fine night, my ac got switched off and also its stabilizer. I found my fuse being blown. There is a separate wiring for my ac and it has got a separate fuse to protect other equipments. I changed the fuse and the same thing happened next day. I kept doing this for couple of days and got sick of it and left doing it. Everything happens when the compressor get powered up. As long the outdoor unit is not powered up, indoor unit (Just the fan) works fine. Due to my personal reasons, I was not able to attend to this issue as it would cost me some money.

Recently I lodged a complaint with the customer care and after couple of days a guy came to check the issue and said the compressor should be changed and since (Fortunately) my compressor was under warranty, they changed the compressor. I also bought a brand new double booster stabilizer.

My luck didnt even last for one day after having installing this double booster. I switched on the ac around 11pm and by 1am the fuse was gone. The voltage was quite normal around 190-200v. I am back with my original problem. I did the fuse again and the next day, the compressor started and in 5minutes time again my fuse is blown.

I had my electrician check my ac wiring thoroughly while installing my booster. I have sent emails to the support, the vendor who does the service for samsung. I have 0% hope that I would get any response.

For any reason, do not ever think of buying samsung products. If you want to blow your money, go ahead. If you want value for money. , never go for samsung. Compare products from other manufacturers like lg, onida etc. Samsung products havent been working for me beyond their warranty period.

Samsung refrigerator

I do not like the Door by door Frigerators that Samsung produces. I have bought two frigerators by Samsung and they both are horrible. The first fridge i bought only lasted for about a month and i had to get it replaced luckily it was on warrenty. The second fridge lasted me for about 5 and a half years and the warrenty just ran up. The mechanic told us that it should last about seven to eight years. The problem occured because of a power surge and the fridge is messed up. Now we called the mechanic and they told us the part the part that has to be replaced should take 7 business days now becomes 14 business days because Samsung cannot manufactor the part fast enought which shows how many people are affected by this horrible samsung product. JUST FOR SOME ADVICE TO SAMSUNG DON'T MAKE ANYMORE REFRIGERATORS! YOU WILL ONLY MAKE MORE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE LOST OUR TRUST IN YOUR COMPANY AND WE WILL NEVER BUY AN ITEM FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN!

Respected headquarters of samsung, i bought a refrigerator from samsung egypt and after one week of usage it stopped working thereafter i called their call center on 16580 to ask for technician on first of july then he came in third of july and he confirmed that this happened due to production fault or mistake as it gives out water from the fridge and it stopped cooling as well so as my right i asked them to replace with a new one but they refused and told me that they can repair it but also they took it on 15 july and they failed to repair it so they agreed on my request of replacing it by new one on 27/7/2015 and they informed me that they will send the new one within 7 working days and untill now i didnt receive anything morever they didnt call me since they took it i am the one who calling them every now and then and whenever i call they promise me that one of damsung representers will call me wirhin 48 hours to send the refrigerator but nothing happened . I suffer from them for about two month and after all this time when i called them they told me that my model is not available in their stores and they can bring another one but more expensive and u have to pay for it . Of course i refused and i asked for my money back or get the same model _quot RT 50H6600SP/MR _quot also they didnt feed me back and i think by this way they will affect samsung repetition as i do really regret that i bought sumsung product meanwhile i don''''t know why there is not any mean of interaction with samsung management only via the call center whom they can not do anything but to say sorry for delay and we will deliver your complaint . Sorry for wasting your time but i do really need your interference to solve my problem as i failed to deal with samsung egypt they gave me very hard times as you can not imagine how i suffer without refregerator in my home for such a long time . I bought I samsung refrig. a little over 2 yrs. ago, about 4-6 ago, the refrig. temp. started rising, beside the fact that the water dispenser hasn't worked for a while, ( thought it might be the $40.00 filter so we replaced it, and it didn't change anything).we need the refrig. to keep the food cool. We took off the back panel and the coils were fozen, we took a hairdryer and for hours defrosted the coils, the refrig. worked for a few months, but now we are going through the same problem, the temp. is blinking and rising and we are losing food, and can't buy food for the refig. I will never buy anything again with the name samsung, thought this name brand would be reliable. When you buy a brand new frig., you would think that it would last at the least 10-15 yrs.

I have had a Samsung refrigerator for just under 3 years now. I am currently awaiting repairs for the SECOND parts failure. The fan failed about 3 months ago. Now the compressor won't kick on. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK! How can a fan and compressor go out after only 3 years?! The design for these parts haven't changed in 50 years -- except that cheaper materials are now obviously being used. Given that I can have my choice of about 20 'fridges from the local recycling newspaper for $300 or less, I doubt that I'll bother to replace the compressor, if they decide they want to charge me, rather than it being covered by the factory.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy in August of 2005 and have had nothing but trouble with it since. After the first year, the icemaker stopped making ice because the heater went out and the water frooze in the line. The repairman that was sent out was condescending to my wife and borrowed our scotch tape to make the repair. He was actually the third sent out. Less then a year goes by and it stops making ice again. This time I suspect something going on with the temp because it gets water and it makes ice, but won't dump. Also, ice cream won't freeze. So it would seem that the temp sensor in the icemaker didn't show it was ready to dump. I went to the website and found the trouble shooting page. There were a number of suggestions that I had tried 10 times so I decided to see if there was a bunch of dust or what have you on the coils. After pulling the frig out and taking the back off I found the fan to the condenser was not working and if you spun it by hand it tried to work but didn't and it made a squeeking noise and it was 1, 000 degrees. So I call customer service and explained we have had issue with this since day one and it would be a feather in their cap if they would send me out a new fan assembly. Reminding her this thing was $1600, just 3 years old, three repairman have been here for this and I have owned a dozen Samsung phones over the years. She said I was too far out of warranty to send me the $27 part. They could care less and left me in the dust. So over $27 I will NEVER purchase another thing built by Samsung and I suggest you do the same. That's unless you enjoy being totally blown off by a company you have spent thousands with over the years.

I told my wife to buy the Fridgidaire.

Beware: Samsung Refrigerators are a Scam. We bought a Samsung Refrigertor in June 06 and they had to replace it in December 06 because it stopped refrigerating. We lost all our food and Samsung was supposed to reimburse us for but never did. They replaced us with Model No: RS263BBSH. - A Platinum that cost about $1, 700.00. It has been bearly just over 2 years and this refrigerator stopped cooling. It is also making a horrible noise. We lost our food again. We called Samsung and they told us that since it was after their great 1 year warranty, we were on our own. We called Samsung's repair company and a repairman told us straight our that Samsung appliances are junk. "Stick with name brands like Whirpool." We have again lost our food and have to live with a constant noise in our kitchen for at least the next two weeks.

There should be a class action suit against Samsung for this product and I am sure we are not the only ones.

I bought a Samsung 26cf, french door refrigerator in July 2008. It cost about $2, 000. DO NOT buy this product because the icemaker is a piece of garbage. My icemaker died within 18 months. This is planned obsolescence, even though Samsung may deny it. If you live in a warm climate like I do, you want an icemaker that works. My other icemaker worked for 18 YEARS.

My retailer, Lowe's, was extremely nice and worked with Samsung to extend my paltry year-long warranty, and they agreed to replace ONLY the part. This process took about a month, after numerous phone calls and much time on hold. However, Samsung denied my claim to pay for labor, which was a whopping $169. Who out there feels that an 18-month-icemaker made of cheap, flimsy plastic is worth that much? If I had to pay for the whole thing, which, luckily, I didn't, it would have been at least $369 or more (the icemaker runs about $200). For a flimsy piece of plastic.

I have learned my lesson. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. My friends and family won't either.

I have purchased the refrigerator in Apr 2004.after initial installation it becomes problem for me. the compressor get unserviceable four times. every time the repair was under taken by authorised samsung engineer only.the enviromental condition is idle as per service engineer.on 16 Jun 2010 the compressor again becomes unserviceable. the repairing cost is beyond economical repair. now we are loosing our confidence in samsung product.because the repairing cost is going more than a new refrigerator.

kindly look in to the matter and send your representative to analyse and take corrective action.i wish you will show interest and expedite the action.

Just brought a Samsung refrigerator and had it installed by Best Buy this morning. Broken, refrigeration part does not cool and the water dispenser does not work. Vials of Insulin ruined in this heat. Effectively told by Justin, Celeste, Mosch I might as well die, they did not give a damn. No one at Samsung will help me, Justin told me to dial 911 or get an ambulance or find a way to an emergency room.

Please do not buy a Samsung product.

Put this in the bracket of a Kervorkian episode but I do not want to commit suicide. Why do they think I do and are so willingly doing nothing thus effectively abetting a human being's potential demise? They'll do nothing and won't get anyone to even try to fix the unit for more than a week.

Called "Mr. Bill" by Justin. What a racist characterization. I thought slavery was illegal but not for Justin. That characterization is one of addressing a person as less than human and who should be picking cotton on a plantation by a Samsung representative. What's next, cracker, honky? What's the latest racist slur to characterize me?

Did not enough of us Americans die for Koreans? Why are the willing to see me die? Why are Justin, Celeste, Mosch, Samsung et al. so uncaring which reflects such willingness to put my life at risk?

There is evil in this world but until today I never came face to face with it. Demonic, demonic, demonic! Racist, Racist, Racist!

DO NOT BUY REFRIGERATOR FOR SAMSUNG !

Smart are those that visit this web site before they purchase a refirgerator these days. Old days of the "plug and play" type product are gone in this catagory. Why because of Company's like SAMSUNG that try to plug in their cheep electronic controls into a product that is more dynamic in "the box" then intertainment gadget "box". Freezer sections are horrfic, Ice makers part fails need the whole Main board, new main boards, control board doesn't interface again when power is shut off on the next turn on etc.. on and on it goes. How would you like to come home from a nice vacation and find out there quick power outage and SAMSUMG FRIGERATOR decided some for awhile too - not reseting - all food spoiled ice stored dumps on to wood floor water migrates under to take the whole floor, out, gone ruined, to be replaced
by A EX SUMSUNG CUSTOMER.

I have another samsung gaget that I like LCD TV. Liked the price too once. Now it is the WOORST TV deal one could one could get for what it costs. The way it works is that SAMSUNG'S LOSS on OTHER LOOSERS PRODUCTS gets picked up by the TV MARKET and maybe a good tv product ? MAYBE IT''S GOOD for you considering the price - Good for you ? THE DEAL SUCKS for me as I like you ok, but not well enough to buy you a SAMSUNG LCD TV

We bought their french door with the two drawers and the compressor went out in less than 60 days. They couldn't get anyone to work on it so said they would refund our money. That was in October, it's now January and they still don't know when they'll get our refund check out. They say they are back logged.

Samsung pathetic after sale service

This is in regards to my samsung airconditioner which I bought two years back. Suddenly it stopped working & I called up samsung customer care # [protected] & lodged a complaint on 1st april, 2017. I was given a complaint # [protected] and as promised that an engineer will visit my place within 24 hours.

Till 3rd april, I didn't receive any call from them & I again called the customer care number & was given a service center # [protected] as they are the ones who send engineers. When I called there, person by name of sumit from wazirpur told me that ''people at customer care call center are bunch of jokers & don't know what kind of work pressure they (Service center people) are going through''. He said that there is no way my complaint can be addressed on 3rd april.

I agin called up customer care & was promised that it will be escalated & they'll call back. I got a call & was promised that it an engineer will visit my place at 11:00 am of 4th april. When no body turned up till 12:00 pm, I again called up the service center number to enquire that by what time an engineer will come. I got a shocking statement that there was no call made to me from samsung & there is no way an engineer can come before tuesday, 6th april.

I again called up customer care & spoke with a supervisor by name of karan & he put me on hold to enquire about the same. He assured me that I will get a call back in 30 minutes & my issue will be resolved today itself. But now it is more than 1 hour & no one has called me or visited my place.

My point is that a big brand like samsung can do such cheap stuff then how can we trust the rest of the brands in market. People from same organisation pass loose remarks for their own colleagues & make false promises. One hand of such a big brand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. When we buy products we get promises that the after sale service will be best etc. But when it comes to keeping those promises, brands like samsung do such cheap stuff.

I have 3 airconditioners at my home from samsung & have received a great mental harrassment & false promises that I will never buy any samsung product & will also make sure that no one from my near ones buy any samsung product in future.

Hello!

I have bough a samung split air con on 4th nov, 2017 from jainsons - anna nagar-chennai.
Just few months after the installation I have been facing problems from the a/c and have made numerous calls to samsung ccustomer care. Everytime samsung sends a service engineer, the person comes collects service charges, does some wiring here and there and confirms that no problem would come but only to my bad luck that every 31 days samsung aircon gives problems and very smartly they come and collect charges again. Tried speaking to their superiors, but no one comes online and disconnect on our face. The service engineers comes and asks personal money to repair along with the samsung co. Charges. I have paid so much of money already in this aircon and I dont understand where am I going to bring so much money every month to repair this a/c. Filled up the gas last month and now again the cooling goes of and all samsung ppl have to say is we shall send a person tom and you will have to pay the service charges and any other charges as per engineers inspection. What is this co. Money minting machine has been installed in my home. The worst service and air conditioner. I have lost my faith and patience. Its very hard to earn money these days and very easy to shed it on a 21k worth air con and by now its already 27k-huh.

No help and no solution seems to be coming and I strongly suspect of being given a defective aircon. No electronic will give so much of problem every month by month and samsung customer care has just to say that we will send our person!

Please help me get justice from this money shedding air conditioner.

Samsung fridge side freezes

I have a Samsung fridge that freezes everything in the fridge side. I have reset the temp to 46F and put a thermometer in the fridge and goes to 32F while the setting shows 46+F. Have called a tech to look at it...he's not here yet, but this does seem to be a common problem.

Samsung not attainding complaint since one week

My complain no is8403426521. I regularly call in given no1800110011 but everytime call centre boy tell me you will be called by our engineers but no call received. I first complain on 24/3/2010. Now they reregistered our complain on 27/03/2010.
I care service centre karampura, delhi will be given our complain no. But they didn't pick up our phone. What will I do now. I want to install my split ac also want servicing of it. I purchase this one year back.

Samsung support is therefore requsted kindly do the needful in this matter.

I am using many appliances from Samsung like LCD, TV, Mobile Phone, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, AC and Digicam. I purchased LCD in March 2008 which was having operational guarantee of one year from Samsung. I was disappointed to notice that LCD card got damaged only in July 209, just after 15 months of purchase.

I am your a valuable customer from ALLAHABAD.I have submitted my Galaxy Grand set in Gyanshree Interprises in ALD on 09/02/2015. It was third time submission and complete time taken by service center about one month.No any result yet today.
This is no way to serve your valuable customer. Now, I don't have another way to go to the court, but I never expected to go to the court at the time of purchase your precious phone. I sway... I never buy a product belongs to samsung...and discourage my belongings also...

Samsung abnormal delay in replacement

Sir/madam,

I have purchased samsung hdd hd-160jj bearing sl/n 137311flb61688 in nov'06. This drive became faulty and I got replecement in may'09 with hdd bearing s/n 35161qss200488. This replaced hard disk again went faulty in feb'10 which I have given for replacement on 11-feb-10 at cspl computers pvt. Ltd, chintels house, 16 station road, lucknow. My job card no. Is [protected].

Initially I was told that replacement will be made in 10-12 days but till today I have not been given replacement. Yopu are requested to look into the mater as apart from data loss due to hdd failure delay in replacemnt if further adding to my losses as I am not able to run my system.

Samsung samsung bad products, worse customer service

I had bought a samsung ac 1.5 t from next showroom for around 25000. And since that day I have been repeateadly having problems with the product. The gas leaked just after using it for 1 year. And whenever I register my complaint with samsung it takes 3-4 days to get a call from engineer and around 5-6 to get my complaint resolved. Imagine you buy an expensive ac and then pay a lot of money to keep it running every year and keep making numerous calls to their customer service call centre and still sleep in delhi summer heat. My latest complaint refrence number with samsung is [protected], and I have been waiting for engineer callback since 2 days.

I bought samsung split ac 1. 5 ton with model number as184ewbnstl from aarco one lajpat nagar market I - 3 on the 20 / 03 / 10. On the same day of installation. I had observed that it was emitting lingering fishy smell. The next day I had lodged a complaint with rregistered number [protected]. The engineers came on three occassions assuring me that the smell would subside as time progresses. Days fades away but the smell still remains. Samsung india are using poor quality products that are not ideal for customers health. According to medical research, that stench smell that is emiitted from running ac contains poisoneous gas that can ruin your respiratory system. It is my advise to everyone to undermine cheap products like samsung brands that can be detrimental to your health. Avoid buying products from arco one lajpat nagar market @ shop I - 3. They only care about your money and indifferent about the product and you. They don't possess any business ethics and the manager is fraudulent. Indians should be careful when shopping from this samsung outlet

Samsung replacement parts

Samsung electric range ftq386lwx. Original price $1699 purchased at sears.

The convection fans stopped working within 3 months. Waiting for over 3 weeks for parts that were supposed be a rush order.

Now the stove takes 30 minutes to get up to temperature and then fluctuates up to 100 degrees. I used the steam clean feature and small pieces of metal are falling off the oven walls. I will see what happens when I use the self-clean feature.

Samsung keeps telling me to call sears, and the sears repair tells me they can't get the parts from samsung.

My problem with the stove is a little different...the two rows of buttons on the right hand side of the stove suddenly stoped working. #(2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 and start buttons) Everything else works. Except we cant cook in the oven, because the start button doesn't work.

We had this problem when we first bought the oven, but fixed it buy making the stove perfectly level.

This time that didn't work, any ideas or suggestion?

we have the same issue untill we replaced the top broiler element...now it heats up to 350 degrees in 10-12 mins.!

I am also having the exact same problem with the temperature. It started 5 weeks after purchase. Or that is when we detected it as my wife tried to bake a Banana Cake, that flopped.

It is 100 degrees off when the preheat beep occurs. It takes an additional 22 minutes (30 minutes total time) to reach 350 degrees.

Sears has replaced the Thermal Sensor twice and the Electronic Control Board. Still the same issue.

They have now deemed it "non-repairable" and I have to fight for a replacement under the protection plan.

This is exactly what has occurred to me, but the stove is only 1 month old - fan still works, but the temp fluctuates and takes forever to preheat, same model of stove, no satisfaction from Samsung or Sears either I am also in BC.

Samsung washing machine board problem

My washing machine was not working. I made a complaint to local service centre in trivandrum, kerala. On 2 months before. The service engineer visited 2 months before and said that, the board has to be replace, so u have to get the board with in 5 days. My complaint no is bo412. After that nobody turned up. I made a call somany times.. No response till now. If this is the situation with your servicecentre then what we have to do... Kindly dothe needful as early as possible.

I tried to use one of your Official Certified repair man. After getting a bad estimate, I got my money back from the 1st company. It was for a door seal for $400 wow., I tried a 2nd company. They took $100 deposit by personal check for a seal part and never showed up to put part in. They kept my money. As it turns out the whole machine is bad. The steam cycles does not clean and leave whites dull. It can't take out stains. It cannot handle large loads. The 2 tubs that are suppose to work together are warped and are banging into each other - great only 2 years old. I am reduced to no steam and very small loads. The machine is terrible! and you have dishonest certified repairman!. I am in small claims court trying to get my $100 back. You treated my son in law very well with his refrigerator. Sure wish you could do the same for me. For a company your size, you should protect your name by providing honest repair service. Discouraged and Disgusted Catherine M. Samsung disgraceful samsung lcd tv promotion in qatar on 11th march 2010

This has reference to the mega promotion of samsung lcd 37" tv held in doha qatar on the 11th of march 2017.
This promotion was advertised in qatar news papers on the same day, and offer was 50% off on samsung 37" lcd tv's.

Lots of people started going in to samsung showrooms located in various places in doha. It was a total disappointment for thousands of customers when they arrived at the show rooms. According to showrooms lcd tv's were sold out even before they opening their show rooms?

1) I was personally there to buy a 37" lcd tv at the samsung showroom located at the centre shopping complex next to ramada plaza hotel at 8.45am as they open their showroom at 9am. What a strange answer from the showroom manager? He mentioned they got only 11 pieces and all were sold out even before opening the showroom.

2) then from there I rushed my self with a friend of mine to alnazar branch which will open at 9.30am. We reached the showroom at around 9.20am and what another reply from a filipino salesman mentioning that they opened the show room at 7.30am and they sold out all the 37' lcd promotional tv's.

3) then we went to lulu centre and salesman at the showroom (Tv section) mentioned that they got 100 tv's for the promotion and all were reserved by the lulu centre staff members.

This has been happened in almost every showroom and it was hard to find a customer who bought a tv other than the friends and relatives of showroom employees.

I think these kind of promotions are so disgraceful and a total dissapointment for th customers. Hope, many customers in qatar would have complained about this and look forward samsung to take care of their reputation without letting the showroom managers and employees cheat the customers.

These comments were truly based on my experience and I heard the same with many of my friend

Our icemaker stopped worked in our brand new refrigerator. There aren't any repair techs in our area because Samsung refuses to pay enough. Their idea of a resolution? Cut the cord on the refrigerator, send it to them (so that our refrigerator isn't working) and maybe 2-4 weeks later we will get a check to replace our refrigerator. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. They don't care about us as customers at all.

I bought a brand new phone (Samsung) and entered into a new 2 year contract. 4 months later the phones internal antanae went defective and caused the phone to not be able to send or receive calls. After several trouble shooting attempts including a complete factory reset and new sim, verizon said they were sending a new phone to replace it. When the "new" phone was received it was nothing more then a used phone. I spoke with several representatives, and 2 "supervisors" who told me that because I used the phone it wasnt new anymore and they wont send me a new phone. Not only was nothing done to settle this issue and replace my new phone with another new phone, I asked then to let me out of the 2 year contract since the phone they sold me was defective and therefor the line is a waste. They refused to do anything.

I had a net 10 phone for a year and I had to get it shut off for a little while. so when I get back home I go an buy a 50 dollar air time card and went to put it on my phone, well when I did this I called the 22890 number and they said it could not be activated at this time so I waited tried again and nothing. so then I called the customer servise and we went through a whole crazy procedure in which I had to wait 24 hours and to try again. so I did and at the end of the 24 hours it still hadn't been activated this was on November 21st and it is now dec2 and my phone is still not activated. I have gone through the procedure well over 30 times and I receive the same results so they had me buy another phone to see if it would work so now im out of money with no phone to find work so basically they stole from me and I am going to take legal action

New samsung tab neo 3 not working efficiently
I purchased a samsung tab neo 3 in 7th October 2017. Ever since that day I have been facing en-numerous problems it hangs constantly, when looking for a contact it keeps scrolling down, it switches off automatically during a call and when it doesnt, the call refuses to get disconnected. All this and its hardly a few months old. The Ceo's office Mr.Prashanth PAL calls back and says I should have it fixed by the service centre .But please answer this, if in a couple of months it can cause havoc, what happens after a year when there is no warranty? I can forsee there being a million problems more after warranty expires. And there answer to this is simple, we ll give you ONE WHOLE MONTH extended warranty FREE. LIke thats going to solve anything! This is an absolute case of a big company penalising its customers.

I hope that you ll respect your customers and give me a refund or replace this model.

P.S It is more than obvious that the Tab neo 3 is a faulty model and should be pulled of the shelves.

My samsung galaxy s5 was updated a few weeks ago and since then I have been having problems with both my phone and my nook which is also an android. I am having trouble reading newsfeeds as they freeze while reading, phone is unresponsive, goes to black screen and goes back to the beginning of the feed. I went to at&t for a solution to the problem, which they acknowledge is there but stated as far as they know there are no updates in the planning to fix affected phones. This is unacceptable to me. I paid too much for this phone for it to malfunction

i bought my Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone about two months ago. i was experiencing a problem with my camera and fingerprint scanner. i went to the heartland repair center on 8th of july on wednesday. i told them about my problem.
in starting they were not able to understand my problem. i showed my problem to 1-2 executives working over there. Then some other executive came and understood my problem. at 5:15, they told me that the will repair my phone and give me back after 1 hour. after 5 mins, they told me that i will get my phone back tomorrow. then i had to return back.
then, i went there on 11th of july, they took my phone and repaired it.. on job order, they put condition of scratches. i asked them about which scratches. they told me you have have minor scratches on home button. i said ok. but when i got my phone back, it was full of scratches. the silver lining of the camera was all rugged and faded away.all edges of phone were scratched. when i told them, they said the technician is laughing at these minor scratches. and what response i got was that i already agreed to condition of scratches, so they will do nothing. that's it. my phone no longer looks new. it looks like if i am using some old purchased phone. what the hell!
if i am paying full price for my phone, then why should i get the repaired product. they changed the whole camera. and according to policy, the phone should be repaired after 1 hour or less. but i got my phone back after more than 2 hours. they must have done something with the phone or replaced with some other phone. i don't know. now, this has been my worse experience with Samsung. i earlier have been using Samsung products a lot, but now i think that i should switch to some other brand. such bad products and customer service even worse.
i tried calling the executives, but they just forward my call to automatic recording instead of forwarding it to the supervisor of the heartland repair center as i wanted.
i am already too much bothered and harassed by the company.

I sent the galaxy note 4 in for repair phone was in perfect condition cept for a black screen, samsung said there's liquid damage and will not do the repair, but when i got my note 4 back from samsung, my note 4 got a major broken screen and black rubber piece sticking up on top of my screen, also my charger hold is totally damage..I call samsung and one of the agent in Customer Relation name Yanson Phenendo or Yanson Hernandez, very impolited and bossy, will not transfer call to his superior when customer request always raise his voice on me =(, his ID is Stad007, thats what he gave me, he said that Samsung broked my screen on purpose so that i cannot do anything with the phone =( .. then hung up the phone on me UNBELIEVABLE, CALLED in again other agent said samsung would never do such a thing then transfer me to yanson department again, got hung up again, called back again, got place on hold then got hung up again, called in again, again and again, but this is not going anywhere, BEWARED WITH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE..NEVER BUY ANYMORE SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER..

Terrible Customer Service!
After almost exactly 1 year (the warranty time), my Samsung tablet requested one of the "automatic updates". Unfortunately I did it, and immediately after that my tablet would not connect to Wi-Fi anymore.
I called the customer service number, hoping someone would just tell me what to do and the problem would be fixed...
No.
Instead the first person I spoke to listened when I told him what the problem was, and I told him that I had purchased the tablet a little over a year ago and that it was not under warranty anymore. He then proceeded to ask me my information, model number, etc...even making me get a magnifying glass to read the tiny writing on the back of the tablet. After about 10 minutes of information questions he then proudly told me he had figured out that the product was not under warren any more...DUH.
He then said he would transfer me to Technical support. Ok, so this other guy comes on and proceeds to ask me the same 5 minutes worth of information questions. After all that he tells me that he would be glad to connect me to a technician who might be able to help me. He then wants my CC information so they can charge me for the technical support. I asked him if I would be charged regardless if they could fix the problem or not. He first told me "No". I asked him if the Tech would let me know what the charge was before doing anything. He said he would. He then launched into a spiel about a one time tech support offer for 119.00...so after he had just told me I would not be charged if the problem could not be resolved he then proceeded to tell me it would cost 119.00 just to talk to a tech to find out if the issue could be resolved...I hung up. Well over 30 minutes of wasted time and frustration.
Went to my computer guy, who told me how to reboot the tablet...For free!
Samsung...never again!

Samsung Service the Worst To Date I am always amazed at the piss poor quality of service you can get nowadays. The issues never get handled the receptionist are rude as hell and you get to lose hours of your life to these inconsiderate $%453% ers. I do not recommend any Samsung Products anymore. They were my favorite, but keep having minor issues that can’t be resolved by their inadequate service centers and phone centers. The whole organization is incompetent and their insane message…”did you know we are on the net at Samsung.com/us./me/”, who gives a flying crap….message that repeats every 4 seconds, I am not exaggerating, every 4 seconds throughout the hour you have to spend waiting on someone, who then asks you the same questions on your product, to then be transferred again and again to repeat the same information, and then to be cut off, not 1 time, but 3 fracking times. I spent the last 2 hours dealing with the inane crap. Will never buy another Samsung component again, and will return any given to me. NO MORE, NEVER AGAIN.

Samsung gas of compressure leaked

I purchased a refrigerator of 240 lit, frost free, double door of samsung at vijay sales on 16/06/2008 in chembur, mumbai, india. Gas of compressor leaked within a period of 18 months only. Compressor is guaranteed for 5 years. I had to pay rs.1000.00 to company's mechanic who rectified problem on third day. I had to throw away 6 litres of ice cream which melted away.

Samsung, do you have anything to say ?
Your products do well only around warranty period? So you are also one of the over smart & worst manufacturer ?
You give warranty on compressor for 5 years and if gas is leaked within 18 months, it is the fault of purchaser ! Is it so?

Samsung horrible store manager and customer service

The tv that I bought was sold off to someone else

My friend and I visited the best buy store located in plano on 6th of march 2010 to buy a tv for his apartment. We spent about 3 hours before we could finalize and decide upon which tv would best suit his needs. We decided to buy the 46" samsung led 6000 series, 120 hz tv which was priced at 1299.99 $. We received great help from one of the best buy representatives called dj.

We made the payment for the tv and decided to pick the tv as we did not want to pay 79 $ for shipping. We had a toyota camry and thought the tv would fit in, but it did not. So we decided to rent a truck for an hour and pick the tv. As it was pretty late and the store was about to close, we decided to pick the tv the next day. (Remember, the tv was sold to us) on march 7th, at around 4pm, we rented the truck from lowes and went to pick the tv. We waited in the customer care queue for about 20 mins and then we showed them our receipt and asked them to get our tv out so that we could load it in the truck and take it home. After waiting for about half an hour, the customer service representative at best buy told us that the tv was sold to someone else as it was not tagged properly.

I just could not believe her. How could they sell a tv that was already sold to us. We told her that we wanted the same tv or another tv with the same configuration. She said, that was the last piece and so nothing could be done. Later after arguing, she said, there were 2 tvs of the same configuration that were available at some other store which was about 2 hour drive away. It would take about a week for the tv to get transferred to the plano store. We were pissed. It was a big inconvenience for us. We talked to the store manager (Mike) and explained the situation, hoping that he would understand us and come up with an agreeable solution. We had rented the truck for an hour (By then we had already spent more than an hour and a half in the store). The store manager said, all he could do was, pay us 25 $ for the truck rental that we had paid. We asked him, if he could at least deliver the tv for free at my friend's house once they get it from another store. The store manager (Mike) said delivering will cost 79 $ and that is too much for best buy to bear. (What about the inconvenience that they have caused to us by selling the tv that we owned to someone else?)

We asked the customer service (Brittany) , to check when earliest we could get the tv transferred from another store. She called up the store only to let us know that the tv is not available anywhere within texas. We were mad; we were completely dissatisfied and very angry as that was the best configuration and price that would suit us. The store manager finally agreed to give us a 200$ off on any other tv that we decide to buy from best buy. He was trying to compensate for all the inconvenience that was caused due to the negligence of the best buy staff. By now, we had spent about 2 hrs in the store and had to return back the truck. We decided to come back the next day and buy another tv and get a 200 $ off.

The customer service (Brittany) was very polite. She said, she would return back the money that we had spent for the tv that was sold to someone else. We agreed and got back the money on the credit card and decided to come back the next day. She also said, that she will not be working on the next day but she will inform the staff that will be working so that we do not face any other problem

On march 8th (Next day) my friend and I went back to best buy during the lunch time (As both of us work) and decided upon a 55" led samsung tv (Listed price 2199.99 $). We thought of renting a truck, once we are sure of getting the tv. We went to the customer service and there was a person called (Tyler) who was helping us. Brittany had told tyler and written up our entire case on an a4 paper and had put it on the soft board there. Tyler was aware of the entire situation and just to make sure that he was doing the right thing, he called the store manager (Named bryan - mike was not working that day). Brayan came to the customer service counter, checked something on the computer and said, " sorry, we cannot give you a 200 $ off on this tv, this tv is already listed at a very low price" I got furious. Every person in the store says something different, I do not understand whom to belive and whom to not. I explained the entire chain of events that had happened the previous day and he said, he could not do anything about it. He said, the store manager (Mike) who committed to give 200 $ off will be working on wednesday (March 10th). So come by then and talk to him.

I have never seen such a horrible way of dealing with the customers in my entire life. I hate best buy and will never ever think of buying anything from here. I was so pissed off, that I just told bryan that we don’t want anything and we will never come again to best buy. Later I thought, I should have at least asked for the names of the people that I was dealing with so that I can complaint. I went back to the store and asked for the names of all the people that I dealt with.

I will wait for a few days to see if any action is taken for the complaint that I am submitting. If not, I have decided to file a lawsuit against best buy for selling a product that belonged to me and for such a horrible customer service.
