several months ago I bought a new Samsung S3 phone. After aprox. 3 weeks I had to send phone back for repairs. As soon as phone came back I still had the same problem. This went on for a total of 4 times till I demanded a new phone. They sent me a new phone and when I received it I could not activate it with boost network.AFTER 2 WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS WITH SAMSUNG THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIRS. HERE WE GO AGAIN. These people are total SPACE CADETS from 10/15/15 till present day 1/16/16 last ticket number [protected] last supervisor I talked to was ORLANDO

    first phone started 3 weeks after I received it on 10/15/15 this went on for a total of 4 repairs for the same problem. finally I demanded a new phone and when I received it on 1/4/16 I could not activate it and it had to be sent back. These people lie to you and care nothing about wasting your time.
