Samsung refrigerator

Dear Sir,
With great anguish I am relating the woes of sufferings caused by your service centre and call centre and head office staff

1. I had complained regarding my refrigerator not cooling on 9 th April '18 my model no
RT58EASM1/2008, till date 5/5/2008, my issue is not resolved, it has been escalated with Ref no [protected].
I have had worst experience with your team, 3-4 engineers have visited done some trail and error and it hasnt worked finally as nothing seemed to be working they said the PCB has to be replaced and it would take 3-5 days for the replacement to come, after continuous follow up, today the engineer come for the replacement and he says sorry wrong part has been sent and he cannot do anything about it! He said new part once again has to be ordered, after follow up I come to know the new order is cancelled! Mr. Ali who is supposedly the Customer Service Manager says we cannot do anything now as your refrigerator is 9 yrs old (this was told on the very first day of complaint)
Now my issues are as follows
1. There is complete miscommunication between Service centre and call centre (they are absolutely clueless, W. O get closed based on Service centres feedback without checking with custoer
2. New engineers are sent each time and they do not bother to read previous remarks and so do the same checking with no result
3. Very casual attitiude of the staff including your Customer Service Manager - Mr. Ali
My refrigerator is not working since 9th April and your guys are least bothered, now if I dont get a proper response I am going to express my anguish and disgust on all social media platforms. I regret having all products of Samsung in my house because I dread if anything else would stop working I will have this kind of service again.
Mr. Ali had said he would try to replace the part free of cost, now I think you must replace the refrigerator and also compensate me for the torture I am going thru due to your regrettable service

I had asked Mr. Ali to put everything in writing and he said he would send the mail tomorrow this was 3 days back! Still no response from him.

What kind of Customer Service is this?

Samsung tv

I bought my tv in nov 17, it quit working March 18. Samsung has made arrangements once to send us a new tv, the trucking company will be calling. Then nothing a week later. Then they tell us they never made arrangements for a new tv. Now a month later we can get a refurbished tv, via truck again. I requested a refund because I bought a new tv not a refurbished tv. I've been informed refunds take a long time and I'll have to wait for a call back, this is now may...

Samsung tv

I purchased a 75HU8550 in August 2015 in Canada.
the included remote did not work. Samsung claimed I didn't know how to use it and ended the conversation there. Best Buy to their credit replaced the remote for me, which in turn failed in less than 5 weeks. this time I was on my own, and forced to pay over $85 for a replacement.
within 3 months the set exhibited DSE, where the center 2/3 of the screen is discolored on light content making white content appear deep amber. I put in a warranty claim, their designated repair shop came out and inspected the set and determined the panel was defective and needed replacement. Samsung decided this was normal and the claim denied. numerous calls and escalations later, Samsung still claimed a set that could not produce white was normal.
at about 15 months the left edge of the set developed 2 extreme bright spots, @ 5" long and 1" wide. this time I got the 'your warranty has expired'.
I called the same repair company, and paid them to look at the problem. they have seen it many times, and said it was a known defect on many Samsung models that year, and the following model year. they suggested I submit a claim under Samsung's 'known defect extended warranty replacement' program.
several calls and escalations, and Samsung Canada denied the program existed and refused to repair the set.

a little research on the Samsung US support site confirmed the program does exist, and many on their own board had their sets repaired no charge. Samsung Canada when presented with links to their own support site refused to acknowledge it and continued with their canned reply. the repair shop has quoted me $5, 800 to replace the panel.

in Canada Samsung is able to price fix among the major retailers, and as such, we get the privilege of paying almost double for the same product as US consumers. if we purchase from "non authorized" retailers, or venture to the US to purchase, we get an immediate warranty denied. in return we get the added bonus of being denied almost everything warranty related.

my son's $550 Hisense 65" 4k TV has a superior picture compared to what my $9, 900 Samsung has become in short order. lesson learned, this is the last Samsung product I, and my family buy, including the many laptops, tablets and phones we have purchased over the years.

I'm tempted to place my set in my mall kiosk and demonstrate Samsung quality.

Samsung electric dryer

I purchased all new appliances in the last three years. My Refridgerator has been repaired 3 times in that time. My dishwasher was replaced by the dealer for it's problems. Now, after 19 months my dryer IP panel goes out. Then after about an hour it comes back on. Where are the quality manufacturers today? Almost $8000 and I could have just gone to the dump and picked up the same quality.

Samsung samsung galaxy note 4

Hi... I am complaining based on thenew and recent update on the samsung galaxy note 4... It sucks because after intalling the update your phone trips off everytime... And it shows the uneeffectiveness of samsung... It s very bad because without the charger plugged in it doesnt work... Real bad and unuseful and you cant uninstall theupdate... Very poor

Samsung 55 inch smart tv - ua55hu7000r

I bought the 55 INCH SMART TV from Carrefour with 2years additional warranty. Just after 3 years and 3 months the display of the screen stopped working automatically, there was no accidents or even movement of the TV it had been on the same wall since the beginning.
I would like to request Samsung to have it repaired without any additional cost since it is a very renowned brand and to have it stopped working right after the warranty span is unacceptable with such a prestigious brand.

Awaiting positive feedback on the same please

Samsung no return label provided. was charged $200.00

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone directly through the Samsung web site. The deal was that I would return an iPhone 7 Plus and receive $200 off the retail price. When I received the new phone, there was no return label in the box. Samsung then charged me $200 for not returning the phone. When I called Samsung Customer Service, I was told that the label was sent to my Email address. While on the phone, I checked my Email account and informed the Customer Service agent that I did not receive an Email containing information regarding a return label. Instead of helping me to resolve the issue, the agent indirectly called me a liar. As an IT professional, I also have a catch-all Email account that captures all Email, including spam. When I check that account, I do not see any Email from Samsung containing information or a link to a return label. I should point out that this is not the first time that I have purchased a cell phone directly from Samsung, I returned the old phone and it was a smooth transaction, so I don't understand how this second transaction could be so different from the first.

I'm looking for some help here, Samsung!

Samsung washer and dryer

Hello. I currently ( but not for long) own a Samsung matching washer and dryer pair. I just want to state that I will ne officially boycotting Samsung products across the board! My washer and dryer have been the biggest pieces of junk I have ever experienced in my life. Washer shaft broke on my washer and the apparent fix isnt cheap of course. My dryer recently had to the drum replaced due to extremely cheap materials. Repair cost $350 and who knows what the cost to repair the washer will be but we ll never know. I m cutting my losses on these garbage products and I advise others to do the same. I hate they're products so much I am going to spend more just to replace this junk with something of quality. Customer service is a complete joke. Don't waste time calling, its you're fault no matter what! This isn't the first time also I very heard how it's my fault. I have a Samsung S8 and that purchase was a huge mistake as well! Had the phone for less then 24 hours and when I bent down to tie my shoe ( in my living room mind you) my phone was in my breast pocket of my shirt. It slid out and dropped approximately no more then 12 inches and the screen cracked. Come on. 12 inches and a broken screen! People drop these all the time and no solution. I had another phone for 3 years and it w as s accidentally dropped multiple time without this damage but it wouldn't be good business for crappy Samsung to make a quality product! I just want everyone out there to know that it isnt just appliances and phones. This company should be bankrupt for the garbage they produce and borderline illegal in my opinion. They're products look nice but that's it! GARBAGE! ITS ALL GARBAGE! Just save yourself some anger and time. Stop buying this trash they call products! Boycott Samsung products all the way around and let that garbage producer know that hard working people will not be scammed. Just buy something else entirely! That's the only way you won't be disappointed! I will never buy they're products of any type or anything they produce under another name ever again! If I want to work for my money and just flush it down the toilet then I don't need Samsung! I have 3 toilets in my house! Samsung, you and all company assisting you SUCK! I will tell everyone that will listen and hope that someday you go out of business for being the cheap, garbage producing company you are!

Samsung s8 premium care cancelled without notice

Absolutely terrible customer service. The excuse that they are just agents doesn't sit well with me. I understand that but the company takes no responsibility for providing any support.

On April 13th 2018, when issues with Bixby caused the phone screen to continue to turn on and off, I called in for assistance and all they could recommend doing is sending in the phone and paying the deductible so they could replace it with a "like new phone". No responsibility for the fact that their software caused the issue and insisted it was being caused by a crack in my phone screen. I declined this option and went ahead with restoring the factory default settings and was able to resolve the problem myself.

Two weeks later, I get a notice that my Premium Care was terminated due to the auto pay not working due to a new credit card. I never got any notification of this prior to the cancellation but they insisted I was sent a notice 1 month ago to the email address they told me was on file. I don't delete any emails so I know this was untrue after searching my mailbox. The suggestion was to re-enroll but due to the crack this was not an option. They then said to bring it to a samsung store to get it repaired so I could enroll in the premium care support that I had already been paying for for over a year. All I wanted was for them to renew the Premium Care that they had cancelled without notice.

I've had similar experiences trying to order a washer/dryer combo in the past. This company does not care in the least about their customer's because they know that individual purchases are just a drop in the ocean in regards to their revenue. And unfortunately I made the mistake of buying directly from them instead of through Verizon.

Buyer beware, you will receive no support from their customer service to resolve your issues.

Samsung microwave and stove

1- i purchased a new microwave in june of 2016. After about 1 1/2 years of operation the reheat function stopped working. I paid $65 for a technician to come to inform me that a sensor had to be replaced-for a total cost of $215 (not including the $65 already paid). Needless to say i have not proceeded as the total cost of the microwave was $249. One would expect a microwave to work properly longer that 1 1/2 years.

2-i also purchased an expensive dual oven electric stove in june of 2016. The heat regulation is very poor on three of the cooktop burners.

I would never purchase nor recommend any samsung kitchen appliance.

Samsung should stick to manufacturing tvs.

Samsung washing machine

Please tell me how Samsung is still in business. Please tell me how a consumer is supposed to get any compensation from this company? How on earth are they allowed to just give you the run around and not stand behind their products. They are allowed to simply rip people off, and we can do nothing about it? There is NO phone number for any type of corporate office, the ONLY number is their typical 800-SAMSUNG number. Even when I find a different number online for the company, it just takes me to the SAME customer service that the 800-SAMSUNG number did. HOW CAN A PERSON TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY? HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SIMPLY KEEP A PERSON'S MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHOUT ANY REPERCUSSIONS? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THIS!

Samsung customer service and repair

On April 14th I spoke to Samsung about my defective cell phone that had two prior ticket numbers repairs on same cell phone since purchasing it.. She gave me new ticket no. [protected] and said she would email the prepaid label and this would be n/c... I printed off label as we spoke about the return. She said attach to bubble envelope and drop in mail box for the label for prepaid. I dropped in mail box immediately. I did not realize that she told me wrong for it ends up being a ups label. So I can not track since label is ups and was not taken inside post office. I tracked ups label to find out it was not shipped so it did not return to ups from the post office. I call my post office and even annex that the mail goes to but she said they will probably still deliver to your address on envelope 2800 Technology Drive in Plano, TX. with postabe due. I am going to ask that she let me know asap if the repair dept. received it yet. If they did fine but what happens if it arrives postage due? I put the ticket inside the bubble envelope with ups label on outside which does have your address and phone number on. I even called customer service to say send me another phone not new but one similar to replace lost one and I will use it til you get the package and fix mine. He said they could trade me if mine arrives but not until. This seems to be left on my shoulders but I feel like I did everything I was told to do but was told wrong. Samsung cheap backing on samsung 8 plus

I purchased my Samsung 8 plus on February 15th, 2018. Once it came in the mail I immediately put it in an Hard Case. Two days ago I was cleaning my phone and realized that the back of the phone was cracking like shattered glass. The phone is 2 months old and in a hard case. I do not remember dropping it. I purchased the phone directly from Samsung and Paid around 800.00. So I called Samsung and they said I would have to pay to repair the phone. Are you kidding me? I pay you 800.00 for a phone. That is cracking when it is in a hard, protective case and it is 2 months old. I have always used Samsung products but if this does not get resolved. I am done with Samsung.

Full Description: I have faced one of the most disrespect treatments from Samsung Egypt as my mob got damaged however this spare part got damaged one month ago with the same defect and now i have to bear the full cost to get it fix, anyway i gave it to the maintenance center last Saturday to be received after 48 hours then i called the call center to get sure if they finished, i surprised that they telling me, the didn't get the approval to fix it so far and they don't know when will receive it and i have wait till the approval obtained, is that normal! and now i don't know when i cant get my mob, I'm really very frustrated

Samsung dryer - dv 42h5200ep/a3

DV 42H5200EP/A3 - Our Dryer had an error code where the lint sensor kept blinking, on 4/4/18 when I called 1-800-SAMSUNG the CS person did not have an idea of how to help, she sent an email with a troubleshooting link that did not work, I did find a way to find the information, but it was not helpful. She then told me if that did not work that I would have to call a repair person as they had no service center my area to help me. I called Appliance ASAP and they got someone out on 4/6/18. They did a diagnostics on my machine and determined that the motor & blower (that has a 1 year warranty, my machine is 1/5 years) the control panel (2 year warranty) all had to be replaced, totaling ~$979 (see attached estimate). This company did a check and these parts were not available anywhere (new or rebuilt) in the Continental US market. I called Home Depot in Snohomish on 4/6 and talked to the manager, Brian, who escalated it to his team that works with the manufacturers. When I did not hear back I stopped in and talked to someone in Appliances who printed off the warranty information on my dryer. After playing telephone tag and getting no where with Home Depot, I was told to call Samsung directly. On 4/13 I called and after 3 hours and being hung up on 4-6 times I finally got to someone that would help. An exception was made (ticket #[protected]), and I was to wait 24-48 hrs until someone called from the service center to book an appointment with me. I got a call on 4/16 at 12:30pm PST and they left me a message to state that they didn't have the right address, but there were no Service centers in Washington State, the ticket was closed and to call 1-800-SAMSUNG to update my address. I called back 45min later and they closed the ticket with no notes. After getting hung up on again several time and waiting for over 1.5 hours, I finally got through to Corey (Employee # 303133) who stated he would reopen the ticket #[protected] (received another email with the reference number #[protected], email attached) I confirmed my address, and given that there are no service centers in my area he got an exception to allow me to get Appliance ASAP to perform the service and to have either them or I call [protected] to determine if these parts (parts numbers were on the estimate that Appliance ASAP provided). I contacted Appliance ASAP and they agreed to perform the work and work with Samsung on reimbursement for the Labor, that it would be best for me to call the Parts department and determine if the parts are available and have them directly shipped to me. When I called [protected] they stated that they do not talk to customers only service centers, the woman who answered wouldn't repeat her name, she asked me what I had done to even help myself in this matter, I told her what happened, she said I don't talk to customers and hung up. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG back twice and after getting hung up on again, I finally reached Osnilda and she was very nice, after she did a lot of research ( about another 45 min-1 hr) she created another ticket (Ticket #[protected]), she stated that I needed to have this 2nd ticket created, the Dispatch unit needed to do one of two things, either confirm that there were no Service Centers that could service my unit OR if there were deem that the until could not be repaired, if either of these two criteria were met then Samsung would be able to offer a refund. I confirmed my address 3 times with this CS rep. I received a call on 4/18 @ 10:20am PST in which the Dispatch unit informed me that there were no Service Centers anywhere in my area that could service my unit. I confirmed my address with the person who called. I then called 1-800-SAMSUNG and after being hung up on once I called back and talked to Angelic (#[protected]) who stated that what I was told by Osnilda was incorrect and there was nothing that could be done. I let Angelic that after asked for a supervisor/manager for about 4-5 times I was finally at the point where I was demanding to talk to someone. She then transferred me to Larry who is a case manager (10:50am) He stated that my dryer old had a year warranty and that the documents I had were wrong. There was nothing that Samsung could do for me, if I wanted to have the company that I originally had come out and diagnose it fix it I could, but Samsung could not help in any way. At 11:34am, I instructed him that I was done with all the run around that Samsung has done since this started. I was done with being hung up on, I didn't want to be put on hold any more, I asked him what his escalation process was and who he escalated issues to, he never did answer me. I let him know that I wanted him to discuss my case which whomever he needed to and that he needed to call me back [protected]) and let me know what Samsung was going to do to help me out.

I do not want to pay $979 to repair a machine that is being discontinued that I can go to Home Depot to purchase right now for $648. We purchased a Refrigerator, and washer/dryer in July 2016 and installed it in our brand new home in August 2016. We loved our Previous Samsung Refrigerator that we had for 12 years which is why we kept with the brand. We will purchase more appliances from this company in the future. But this experience has been horrific and I have higher expectations for how customers are treated. Especially when you purchase something this large and used so much, and it is only 1.5 years old.

Samsung washing machine

In October 2016 if not early November I purchased a defy stove and a samsung washing machine from fair price in southgate value market, I have been having endless problems with the samsung washing machine from last year early till date the dryer is not working I have contacted samsung a couple of times the first two times they sent a technician to fix it, then I have logged complaints on hello Peter, contacted samsung and was told I would be called back till date no one has ever called me back I have been stuck with a useless washing machine that doesn't work it only washes and the dryer is not functioning if I wanted to do hand washing I wouldn't have bought the machine it's pointless though having it in any case it's as useless as not having one, I have given samsungs call centre agent my numbers two of them but I can tell you this I have never received a call back till date and iam getting irritated coz they won't even extend the warranty of the time wastage their doing I have heard it with the bad treatment I am receiving as if their doing me a favour I didn't win that machine I bought it cash with my hard earned cash had I known it would be like this I would have just bought a different brand.

Samsung complaint of bad quality product

Dear Management,
Watch out your Malaysia Microwave and Oven Klang, Selangor plant, all the microwave and Oven plastic parts content recycled resin and I know some of the OEM supplier use 100% recycled resin especially internal parts that we usually won't find out.
I know because I used to supply to them and I personally see how they mix and match, all your purchasing department staff will cover for them because they get pay and commission (Monthly USD5, 000 or above). Every time when Samsung HQ send people to audit or spot check their factory and Samsung purchaser will inform the OEM supplier to exchange the resin from recycled grade to Virgin grade until your man leave their factory.
They common use recycled such as ABS, PC, PP Black(100%), PPFR(100%) and POM(100%), I write this complaint letter because of unfair to the consumer, we pay full amount to buy your product but we didn't get good quality product.

Samsung mobile phone maintenance

I purchased a Samsung S8 from Samsung Egypt, and paid extra fees for VIP services. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and their branch where I purchased the phone was shut down. I contacted the call center and they insured that as per my phone serial number I am entitled to the VIP service but they are refusing to fix my phone for free as per the VIP service unless I have the receipt. I tried to reach a solution with them but in vein.

Samsung tv curved uhd ua55mu7350s

I want to tell you about a horrible experience with #samsung_egypt when my fiancé & I decided Samsung ( smart UHD 4K curved - 55 inch ) & cuz we trusted such a big name & though it would be a great experience & would be a great thing to get as a first thing to our home & what happened was the exact opposite we got the screen on the 3rd of feb from down town store & I've examined it at the store & we ship it in the car & was advised from the sales man who refused to ship the screen throw the store & insisted to ship it myself after assuring that its will rapped & assure it doesn't need any special shipping method & when I went home & took the screen from the box I found I big black spot on the left side of the screen & here it all the disaster started, i called the call center & promised me with a call back at night from a technician & that happened two days later & asked me to send him a pic of the screen while it's on & the serial number & I did & of course no reply & on the second day I got a call from the call center asking if the technician called back & advised that it's an internal crack in the screen & it's what cussing the black spot & it would cost me 11K to get it fixed as any crack out of warranty & what happed is a miss-use from me end cuz of the shipping & on the second day I went to the store with the TV & they advised that they can't help as they only a selling store & advised ether to go to the warranty warehouse or to call the call center so I want to warehouse & they refused to help & said we can't take any screen bigger that 32 inch as it can be broken & advised to call the call center to arrange a home visit or it talk to them over the phone & only advised it's a miss-use & here stared the contradiction & the call center manager that I asked to talk to advised this time that transportation should cuz any damage & when the home visit technician came to the house do you have advised that this kind of screen specially the curved one needs a special Shipping condition& technician who can assemble the screen at home And later I found out that the screen specially has a lot of problem as was mentioned in more than page on the social media and its very fragile and a lot of people complaining about the same model specially

Samsung 32’’ smart led tv

We purchased Smart 32''LED TV from Dharmendra Electronics(Samsung shop), mall Road, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.
The shopkeeper took Rs 92, 000/- by my credit card and shopped with Paytm(without consent) on 04/03/2018(Sunday).
The owner requested my mobile on the pretext that being Sunday they forget to bring.
In good faith I gave them my mobile and credit card(my mistake trusting them). They gave computerised bill for 49'' TV against our requirement of 32 inches tv.
Shopkeeper said, we have to buy some other product to cover the difference.
