Samsung waiting to hear from samsung regarding my phone in for repairs

This is the 3rd time my phone has gone invfor repair due to as far as im concerned the same issue.
Not being able to hear the person on the other end.
1st and second time done within 1 wk
This time im told its a different issue and its customer fault!
And that I need to pay!
That was last wk and I wss told I eould get a phone call within 24 hrs 😠
Im trying to find out where my phone is and im getting no help from customer service.
I pay 200 a month for 2 galaxy 8 phones and they are trying to say its my fault itd faulty!
Im furious.
If no contact from you by the 22nd of Aug im going to consumer affairs.
Ive had enough.
No more Samsung products fot me and certainly not recommendation

Samsung defective television

I bought a Samsung J5200 43 inch LED on March 31 last year. Earlier this week, about 4 and a half months after the warranty expired, the picture suddenly went extremely dim to the point it can barely be seen using a bright light pointed at the screen. Samsung only offered to cover the cost of parts for the repair, but I will still have to pay the technician for labor. It is absolutely ridiculous that Samsung refuses to fully back their defective and over priced products. I personally know others who have had similar experiences with this company, who refuse to buy their products anymore, and I feel I may soon join them. A longer warranty, would go a very long way for customer satisfaction. The fact that the TV failed not even 5 months after the warranty expired is very frustrating. If they would just own up to selling a faulty product and offer free repairs at the very least, it would be a tremendous improvement in their customer service.

Samsung misled information about item bought

I purchased a galaxy Samsung S9 and absolutely love it. I now purchased a Samsung smartwatch gear 3 classic, I read where I would receive a free band for my watch for pre-ordering. I didn't understand that you had to add it to the cart. That is not how I read it. In reading further I thought I would receive a wireless charger. Again nope I don't get that either. Even though it reads that you get 1. So in order to get the free band and pay extra for a small wireless charger I would have to cancel my order and to start over. Why do that when my watch will get here in a couple days. I am very disappointed where in the past Samsung was the best. I have spent a lot of money on Samsung products in the past few months. I am missing a part of my order as far as I am concerned because it cannot be sent separately. To me Samsung electronics were great products but starting to wonder about any further purchases. No one should have to cancel their order and start over to get what was advertised. I am in hopes that this will be addressed. would love a response to this complaint.

Samsung samsung washing machine

We purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Lowes on 8/6/16. Soon after there was a recall which we had fixed. The machine never worked well. In June of this year, it quit spinning. I called Samsung and they were either going to give us a refund or have it repaired. We wanted the refund. We got a copy of the credit card statement and sent it in. We went to Lowes that day and purchased another machine, Maytag. It was delivered the next day and the Samsung machine was taked away. We were not told at the time of the first call we needed to keep the Samsung machine to get the refund. After at least 10 calls, we were told to get the slip showing the machine was hauled away. Then we were sent an email stating that we had requested a store exchange, which we never did. When I called Lowes, they said they had gotten this notice, but they would not be reimbursed by Samsung for the machine since they didn't have the old machine. The biggest problem with Samsung is that on one call they would say no refund. The next call I would get a refund. All calls were recorded, so I don't know why this would happen. We are only talking of a refund for $439.20. I know that I made at least 20 calls. It was so aggrivating and frustrating. I have several friends who have had the same type of problem with Samsung. On one call I was told that the machine was a recall, so even more reason for a refund.

On August 6 /2016 we purchased a Samsung washer at Lowes for $454.79. Shortly after, we had a recall repaired. The washer was always off balance and noisy. On June 12/2018 it quit working. We called Samsung and they offered a refund of 439.20 or repair. We asked for refund. That day we went to Lowes and purchased another washer. It was delivered the next day and the Samsung was taken away. On my next call to customer service, we were told we need a receipt. We didn't have that, so we got a credit card statement and turned that in. On the next call we were told we needed the Samsung machine to get a refund. Then we sent in the sheet that showed that Lowes had taken the washer away. Then we go an email saying we requested a store exchange. We didn't request this. So I called Lowes and they said they had gotten the email too. The problem is that Samsung was going to reimburse Lowes for the machine because they didn't have the old machine. The biggest problem I had was that every time I called I got a different story. One time a person told me that the machine was a recall. All the calls are supposedly recorded, so I don't know why there is such a difference in the answers I get on each call. I think I made at least 20 calls. I have never dealt with a customer service department like this. This has been going on for almost two months and is very frustrating and doesn't leave a good feeling about Samsung.

Samsung bixby levels

To Tim Baxter and the other Samsung Administrators in North America and Korea and Asia in general: Please bring back Bixby Levels to the Samsung phone Note 8 and Note 9 and the future Note Ten. Now without Bixby Levels, there is no incentive to use Bixby anymore. Before, we could try out Bixby daily and give Samsung technicians feedback when Bixby did not work. Samsung frame tv

Purchased a brand new samsung frame tv and no remote in box. Called samsung and they refused to replace at no charge.
They will now lose a customer!
13 total tvs from samsung and samsung will not send to me a remote control at no charge. Never seen customer service like this before.
So sad that all my appliances are samsung too. I never thought id been treated like this.
Back to Sony!

Samsung samsung c7pro mobile

Sir this product of samsung has an issue of getting moisture inside it and there after it show on charging that it get moisture so I thought of going to service centre of samsung as I went they said that this product as an issue of moisture so they will use to get heat it up but as they heated mobile my mobile screan got damaged and also usb port got damaged and know they are telling that it screan cost would be 5500 and 2000 for usb port but as I only taken it 5 month ago and it's in warranty so I want my new set from company or they used to get cover it . I am from Kanpur and purchase it from Krishna mobile's pls tell the solution of issue

Samsung galaxy note 8

I am a fan of Samsung products, I like Samsung electronic devices very much. I have been using Samsung smart phones since Galaxy S7 edge. However, I was not having as good experience as before on the service issue happened to my Galaxy Note 8 recently.

I bought my Galaxy Note 8 in Dec 2017, I was satisfied with the performance until May 2018. I found color difference on parts of the screen when presenting the same picture. Therefore, I raised service ticket [protected] on May 19th and mailed my phone back to service center in Texas. From the service record, the solution was screen replacement.

I got my phone back on Jun 5th, the color difference issue was solved. However, I found a bad pixel on the left bottom of the screen which was not there before. This was an unexpected issue, because it should not pass the functional check before sending to me. As a result, I raised a new ticket [protected] and sent my phone back to service center for the second time. The solution was replacing the screen as well for this time.

I got my phone back again on Jun 18th, the bad pixel issue was solved. I was hoping the phone should be as healthy as before. However, two weeks later, my phone dropped into water when I took pictures besides the pool and I pulled it back immediately, but it wouldn't power up when I checked the phone later. Since Galaxy Note 8 is IP68 water proof, I was sure the phone could survive it, and the problem might be caused by other issues. So I raised another ticket [protected] on Jun 30th and sent my phone back to service center for the third time.

Unfortunately, this time the solution of issue was "unrepairable" due to liquid damage. I was shocked by the result because the Galaxy note 8 is waterproof and I have been using it with wet hand or even in the rain with no problem before. I called online service several times and they even raised my ticket to upper level case management team, but all answer I got was liquid damage was observed so they could do nothing about it. I am nowhere now asking for help, so I am trying writing to you if you could help me with it.

My concern is that since my phone was repaired by service team for twice (one of them is unexpected due to screen with bad pixel was replaced to my phone), which means the phone was opened for at least twice. Therefore, the capability of waterproof may be impacted due to multiple times of screen replacing and phone is not sealed well.

Samsung washer

Your customer service is extremely bad.
washer WF45M5100AW/AR - Serial 02C05NAK101689B

Received washer on April 25th and it is not working anymore. Both mother boards need to be changed. Customer relation tells me the parts order has been placed but it will take between 7 to 14 days to receive them. This is unacceptable. This is a brand new machine. If you cannot repair it immediately than change it.

Samsung no service when product is out of warranty

If you live in Durbanville, throw your Samsung items out when the warranty has expired and buy a new product from a different brand that supports their goods after the warranty has expired.

If you have a Samsung product out of warranty in Durbanville you have to deal with either Liptronics or Ocra Electrical as they are Samsung's approved service providers in this area.

Rather give your gardener a hammer to hit the equipment and see if it works. He will most likely be more effective than these two companies and he will not be rude and abusive as the staff of these two companies is.

And don't waste your time to complain to Samsung they don't view it as their concern that they have appointed two companies that are no good.

Bottom line, do not buy Samsung their products might be good but their service is non-existing and I know that me complaining is not going to change anything as there are enough suckers like me but at least I got it off my chest.

Samsung gear 2 watch

I am writing this to complain about the customer service at samsung. I got the Samsung gear2 watch in February of this year. I have had to send it back 3 times to be repaired. I am now on the 3rd time and they have had my watch for a month and a half. I was told a month ago that I would be receiving a NEW watch as a replacement. I have called at least 7 times to try to get this issue resolved and I keep getting the run around. I have have been told mutipal times that I would be called back in 24 to 48 house and haven't recieved any. I have asked to speak with someone in charge multiple times and been hung up on. 2 weeks ago I received just the face of the watch with NO charge and NO band so I can't even wear it. I will absolutely NEVER EVER EVER purchase another samsung product again! The situation is still not resolved as of today and I was on the phone for 2 hours and was hung up on 3 times! I am beyond frustrated! It is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable that this is the was customers are treated. This was cost a lot of money and it us obvious that it was wasted money as I don't this the issue will ever be resolved. I should be getting a refund for this product!

Samsung samsung s8

Galaxy S8 phone, under warranty, stopped charging/screen won't turn on. Shipped to Samsung. Samsung's repair facility without contacting me shipped it back because the didn't have a proof of purchase. I called 4 hours after receiving the email, escalated and spoke to an ECR. Provided a valid proof of purchase while he was on the phone with me, he confirmed it was a valid POC and sent me a shipping label but they couldn't stop the return shipment. Waited for it to get back to me. Shipped it back. Waited 4 days...

Got another email they were shipping it back unrepaired. Called CS and they said the POC wasn't valid. Confirmed with the CS that it /was/ valid in all respects. Was told the device shipment would be canceled and they'd repair. Was told they'd call me back to confirm. No call back in 5 hours. Call back in, CS says they shipped it back. Asked for escalation. Got hung up on. Called back, left on hold for 20m then asked whether the proof of purchase had been sent in...

How is this a thing? These support tickets have notes on them. This is some of the worst support I've ever received from any company.

Samsung scam

Please see photos below. I was contacted by the person on messenger, stating that I was selected for the prize of 800.000.00, and a samsung notebook, after accepting a friend request. I questioned the person on why wasnt I contacted before friending them, and they said they tried contacting me before I friended them. Here is the info in the pictures attached.

Samsung samsung galaxy s8

Samsung Galaxy S8 purchased approximately 11 months ago and still under warranty, started malfunctioning with a black screen that would randomly appear. Called Samsung Tech Support and completed all software repair steps, when none worked, I sent the phone in to Samsung Tech support for hardware repair with the promise of "If we cannot fix your phone, we will send you a brand new replacement phone." The repair took approximately a week, leaving me without a phone for a week which is a huge inconvenience, and they sent it back saying it was fixed. I opened the phone and the issue was still happening. I called Samsung Tech support again to complain, but instead of replacing my broken phone with a new one as promised, I was told that I would need to send in my phone again for another week of service. I told them that I was promised a new phone if they could not fix the issues and that it would be a huge inconvenience to be without a phone again for another week. I spent 2 hours of my time on the phone fighting with them, only to be told too bad, our policy is that you need to send it in again. This policy was NEVER made clear to me the first time I sent my phone in for service, even when I specifically clarified that "if we cannot fix your phone, we will send you a brand new replacement." I was blatantly hung up on by tech support three times during my 2 hour conversation with Tech Support and Customer Relations. In addition, when I sent in my first phone for repair, I received an email from Samsung, saying that I needed to include the charger or my phone would not be fixed. I included my charger, and the charger was not returned with my repaired phone. When I complained about that, I was told that I was not supposed to include the charger and I would not be receiving a replacement for it. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and I will not be doing business with Samsung again in the future.

Samsung refrigerator

Hi, on Friday i called to speak with someone regarding my fridge. Everyone i spoke to was extremely kind and helpful, i took the surveys and gave them all 5's. I though how refreshing it was to have such nice mannered people and how quickly they answered the calls.
Today however it has gone down hill FAST ... Having called back about my ticket number i was transferred to the device department by mistake, i was then transfered to another department who said i needed transferring, someone picked up after I had been on hold for a very long time and hung up on me, i presume by accident, placing me at the back of the queue again. The automated voice asked if i would like to be called back when someone was available... I said yes... I got a call back which put me on hold for 13 minutes, i was then told there was a long wait and would i like to be called back... I said yes... I was called back and put back on hold... This is a very annoying and very rude system, call me back when there is someone available to speak to, i am at work and it is not for you to decide that i can just be placed on hold for very long periods of time. I finally got to speak to someone to be told that having paid for my repairs ( at least 200$ ) it would be garenteed for 90 days... Are you KIDDING me ? This is a 3000$ unit which went wrong 10 months after we purchased it, i couldn't call sooner as i had a bereavment and so by the time i got round to it it was out of warrenty by 3.5 months...the people on the phone on Friday tried to help with that but couldnt do anything. Ok so i left it too late to call, i am mad about that, but understand... What i cannot believe is you think it is ok for a fridge of 3k to last only a year ! Then have me call, be on hold, wait for a repair person, wait for the repair to be carried out and pay 200$ or more to be told if it happens again after 3 months i am not covered ... This is really disgusting. I wonder how would you feel ? A 3 grand fridge that breaks after 10 months ... Been on hold half the morning re routed to the wrong departments and when you ask for the consumer department email you are told you will be tranferred... I said please do not transfer me and she Went right on and TRANSFERED me .
Now i am livid.
I have a great idea, how about making the unit match the price point, i.e high end! This thing should last for years and not need reparing after 10 months and then maybe again in another 3 ... Do you think this makes me feel confident about your product and or the repair that i am about to pay for ? It is pretty despicable. I wonder how any of you would feel about been told you will have to go through all this again in perhaps 3 months?

Samsung defective galaxy s7

My galaxy S7 does not rapid change. The battery drains while using the phone attached to the charger. I took the phone to a repair shop recommended by Samsung and they cannot repair it. I contacted the ERC department for Samsung, I explained that my business would be damaged by having to send my phone in for service, which requires a minimum of a five day turnaround. There was a hold of $431.92 placed on my credit card to facilitate shipping a replacement phone. I was promised that within two business days I would receive an email telling me when I would receive the replacement. I initiated this request on 6/9/18. Today 6/9/29 I still don't have a replacement phone. The Samsung support number is being answered by outsourced centers around the world. They are running me around in circles and never helping to resolve my issue. I request that someone with the authority to resolve this issue contact me at [protected]

Samsung samsung phone lost inside wy914

After compliments,
I would like to report that, I lost my mobile phone, a Samsung DUOS ( black color) in the air flight WY914 on 21/6/2018. I was traveling on the aforementioned date from SLL to MCT and on takeoff, I set the phone in Airplane mode and put it in the seat pouch in front of Seat No. 22B.
Upon transit to the MCT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I found my phone missing, and alerted ROP authorities through MR. Hussein AL Shakri. A preliminary search didn't turn up the phone. I also lodged a written complaint with the Missing Baggage Dept, in the TRIVANDRUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT through Ms. Devika.
I humbly request the concerned authorities to do the needful and facilitate the process for recovery of the phone.

Samsung not connect to wifi printer

Can anyone at Harvey Norman give me advice on tablet and wi fi printer duo .?
Got sold 2 non connectable printers ( one was non wi fi brother printer )
Samsung Tab A6 wi fi connected to pocket wi fi.
Been to the Aurburn super store twice already and i dont feel like going back to that store for some non tech sales rep diatribe who will only try to sell me something i dont need.

I Went to the Harvey Norman Auburn flagship store.
Sales rep sold me Samsung Tab A 10.1 with a non wi fi big brother printer.
I Went back to a long queue for technical advice and on sales rep advice purchased a Cannon wi fi printer which dosent connect either.
Sales reps dont have enough technical knowledge to properly advise customers.
Now i have to go back and get refund.
More wasted time.
I have no confidence at all that any Harvey Norman sales rep can advise me on a wi fi printer that will connect to a Samsung Tablet.
Twice bitten threee times shy.

Samsung the company unitronics not getting back to me on whether the part is available to fix my phone

I have paid for a repair on my Samsung 8 cellphone to have the back screen replaced. This was in January 2018. I have not been contacted by the Samsung Smartcare centre in Century City Canal Walk since then. Proof of payment has been sent to them and I have gone to their premises twice already to enquire. I was told that they do not have the part to replace in stock. This is unacceptable. Please advise?

Samsung washing machine

I have bought a washing mashine from your branch in egypt but after two weeks the washer was shacking while spinning so I contact them and they sent me a guy who told me that the board is ruined and he has to change it so he did that for free but after two days the same problem apear again and when I contact them they sent a guy and ge told me that he will do to change the motor and this was two weeks after I bought the washer so I told them I want to change it but they did agreex and told me the same problem has to happen at least three times so I said ok and they change the motor but from 3 month the problem happen agian but just for one time so I said to myself may be it's ok but about one week the sound become so lound and it vibrates very hard so I contact them and they sent a guy to solve the problem but this time when he was a bout to fix the problem I told him don't do it beautiful this the third time and they have to change it so he told me that he will write a report and then they will change the machine for me but two days a go I received a call from them to tell me that there is no problem with the machine and they will do nothing for me so I asked for supervisor and the girl I was talking to told me that someone will contact me within 2 hours but a day past and no one call me so I called them yesterday and a rued guy (his name is ahmed saied) told me the same thing but no one called me till today so I called them for the third time and I insisted to stay online till I talked to a supervisor and she told me that this is the company policy and she said "I will do a extra mile for you" try to solve the problem and I will call you back but she didn't and that was a about 12 hours ago. I am attaching the video were they say that there is nothing wrong with thw washing mashineo
