Sam's Club unethical behavior and unprofessional service

I usually do not write reviews and or complain, but today is going to be different,
you have a few employees in your Roseville California store on Pleasant Grove, that need some training and or removed from there positions.
Getting fuel today, the attendant/employee likes to use profanity at customers if they pull in the incorrect way after another employee says it was okay at the side end pumps. This happened today approximately at 11:45 am. Will not return to this store again for any shopping. This was not the first incident. Learn how to commuincate professionally, threatened to shut off the pump and then screaming profanity across the pumps in front of many.
Several weeks ago, there was another issue with an employee that takes the receipts at the door and checks them off. She is always leaning across a cart like she can't stand up and she is not handicapped, does not speak let alone say thank you.
I am very surprised that Sam's allows this behavior. Sad situation.
We spoke to the manager concerning the employee at the door, but he did not seem to be concerned and she is still there at the door leaning on the cart and definitely not professional in any way.

Moving on to Costco!

Sam's Club tire service

5/16/2019 member since 2009 #[protected] had a flat tire, had it fixed drove home 9 miles next morning flat again was told by tech that the tire light in car would go out in a few minutes it never did tire was ruined split in sidewall they prorated tire to cost me $62 if it had been done right I shouldnt have to come back until they were wore out dissapointed! just brought tires in november had 9000 miles on them 65000 mile warrenty; had to order another tire didnt have one in stock, now i have to come back monday evening to put new tire on, now I'am running on doughnut tire; I feel that had the tire been fixed right I wouldn't be taking the time to be writing to you now, the new tire should have been ordered with no amount due. I have been loyal to Sams club for 10 years I have brought many sets of tires there . Sam's Club in Charlottesville Va. 22911 I talked with a manager Shawn Hoffman and I told him I was dissapointed with the results he did give me a $31 coupond to put towards the purchase but it should have been for the full amount Thank you for listening

You drove it flat ? You must said so are you really that [censored]ing incapable or seeing how this is utterly your fault. Not to mention you were the one who must of drove over a nail or something of that nature. I've been a member since 1998 for what reason do you feel like you were entitled to get handouts

Sam's Club store management in las vegas store bullying/harassing employees

My sister works at a Sams Club in Vegas, her job was recently eliminated as a comp shipper and was told she will be a cashier and work at membership desk... in the 20 plus yes she has been there that is one job she didn't care to ever do.. Her manager talk to her, she was upset and he told her more then once she needed to turn it around meaning her attitude about the cashier! He has been ride to her also make a comment to her that she can't discuss whatever is talked about between them or she will see a side of him she has never seen! Are you kidding me.. the manager can go around and talk to employees like they are worthless pieces of crap and bully them! Employees hours are getting changed which I understand put purposely changing days off and when asked to change back he refuses! This dude is on a power trip and no matter what Sams is or isn't I don't think they would want any manager being a flat out [censored].. he also told one heavy set women that he could go out and get homeless people off the street and and would do better then her! WTF! She cried for 2 days! That [censored]ing [censored] needs to be fired and my sister or anyone else wont do anything for fear it will get back to him and she will lose her job! It's not her or anyone else.. that sob needs to get his happy [censored] dropped kicked out the f'n door

Sam's Club check out assistant

We just checked out at the Sams in midland TX. We renewed our membership at the register it automatically uncharged us the plus membership. We asked for that to be removed. The cashiers assistant ( middle manager?) said it was just a renew of existing. Which it wasn't that. And she lied and said it couldn't be removed ( even though the cashier removed it with out problem) then she asked if we wanted info about a credit card we said no but she told us any way. She was unacceptable in her behavior not just to us. She harassed a gentleman before us about a credit card. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of this woman. The actual cashier was very friendly. Sam's Club delivery of mattress

I recently purchased on-line a new mattress, order number [protected]. It was to be delivered today, 4/22, between 11:00 and 3:00. the timing of the delivery was critical to me as I am having guests arriving tomorrow that will be staying the rest of the week and will be using the rest of our beds in the house. In preparation for the delivery, I have hauled the old mattress out to our porch so that I could steam clean our bedroom carpet. It has since been rained upon and is now useless. At noon today I received a call from Florida Transfer and Storage (904-768-9074) that their truck broke down and the earliest they could deliver my mattress was Saturday, 4/27.
WHAT the HE-- podunk outfit does Sams contract with that only has one truck, can't get it fixed before Saturday, and won't take the initiative to rent a truck from U-Haul to keep their promised delivery date?
I now have to try and locate a bed and mattress or cots to rent for the remainder of the week. I am incensed at this poor service. This is NOT what I have come to expect from Sams with whom I am otherwise very happy with products and service.
I would appreciate hearing the resolution of this issue that will restore my faith in Sams.

Sam's Club members mark rice

I bought this bag of rice at Sams club. I wish I would have known it wasn't good. I cooked about 3 family serving from this bag. Thinking back one of my daughters got diarrhea, I know I made rice that day cause we even talked about what she ate and I had made rice. But since I made it I felt it couldn't have been that so we canceled it out. Now I am ok to say it probably was the rice. But anyway I just wanted to let you know that the Rice had globs of rice that was reddish and green in color. Smelled kinda moldy. Expiration date is of 2021. 2 pictures added.

Sam's Club bakery

I ordered my child birthday Cake two weeks before her party date and I called the morning of the pick up and asked will my cake be ready at the time of the order two hours before the pick up the Manager said I was about to call you and I knew there was a problem then he said the sprinkles are not in yet what else can I do for the cake I said can I bring what you don't have AND you guys put it on he said no. When I got there he said were are they then I said you guys told me no and he did not care that I was not satisfied. then I called him back over and told him I was not happy then he said I can give you $6 off and I felt that was not enough do to how funky his attitude was the store manager gave it to me for free but the point is stop treating customers like we not spending our money. And not giving a damn of how we feel if you didn't feel like you don't want to deals with customers do the rite thing or don't come to work. Smile and a greet your customer like you are suppose to. These workers are disrespectful and this made my baby party ugly thanks a lot Sams Club

Sam's Club tire department

The tires I purchased never held air. I was constantly going back in to have them checked only to be told it was due to the weather. I'm not young, I have had many tires in my lifetime and have never experienced this on a monthly basis. Needless to say they wore out in record time.

Save your time and money, buy tires anywhere else.

The tires and service is nothing but stress.

Sam's Club auto department

We took our 2000 Chevy Cavalier in for tires at 10:51 am on 4/01/2019. Our vehicle was in working order and brakes were working when keys were given to Sam's club employee. Tires and installation were paid for. $402.28 total. We later received a call saying tires were not in stock as previously stated and they were waiting on truck. We called again around 3 pm to check on vehicle and were told it would be done by the AM. Third call at 6:49 pm advised us to mechanical damage tires could not be installed. We returned in the morning to retrieve vehicle, found the car unlocked with the 4 tires thrown in the backseat. Luckily tires were still in vehicle since employee left it unlocked all night. When attempting to drive vehicle home damage to driver's side rear brake was discovered. Brakes on this tire are no non-functional. Tire locks up and car is not driveable. It was not in this condition when care, custody and contol of vehicle was given to Sam's club employees. We would like to file insurance claim for damage to vehicle and request video footage of what happened to vehicle. Car is currently in parking lot at Sam's club, written complaint left with store manager. We are awaiting contact regarding insurance claim for damage.

Sam's Club Annual pass

On March 2ND 2019 I went to Sams club to purchase some items. I forgot my member ship card so I showed my ID in order to obtain my temporary card. At that moment they inform me I had not renewed my member ship. I explained that I had just renewed a few months ago. Unfortunately I also did not have my actual card that day when I renewed my membership. I showed my ID and they printed a temporary receipt for me. I purchased my membership as I was instructed by customer service. We than thought maybe it was under a previous membership I had in the passed. We couldn't find the correct membership I had purchased at that moment I asked my husband to find the day and transaction from our bank statement. I was told by one of the customer service clerks that she would fix it if I could show the transaction. I don't keep receipts which I wish I had, I stepped away to wait for the bank statement because my husband was at work. When I returned I was helped by another clerk. She told me that she could not fix the issue because she couldn't see if it was a membership I purchased. I just want my annual membership I pay for. I can provide my statement information. I have been a member for years and I should have been helped that day. Everybody was rude and even the male manager that assisted me that day. spoke to me as I was making this up even after I showed the transaction. I will provide my card number and all I need but I would like my membership I purchased please.

Sam's Club unlimited car washes offered

We are new members of Sam's Club in Temple, TX. We have the Sam's Plus membership because we were told by the associate who signed us up that we would receive unlimited car washes as part of our membership. The car wash was still being completed, but we found out that when it opened in early February we had to pay for car washes. We would like to have the unlimited car washes that we were promised.

Sam's Club snack bar

Your snack bar is totally disorganized
Waited half an hour after ordering a hot dog
Still no hot dog
I asked for and got my money back
The employees were nice but everyone was standing around waiting for their food & getting frustrated
It was not particularly busy around 3:30pm on 4/21/18
Seems like a small thing but to be truthful this happens a lot, people waiting forever to order and then get their food
You guys could be making money hand over fist at this concession but you are just wasting a great opportunity
Four registers ...only one open...only one person bringing up food orders
Why even have a concession?
Costco concession is busy like hell all day with at least half a dozen registers open and a ton of people working behind the counter
In Hawaii we love to snack while we are shopping and we like Sams a lot but your snack bar at this store is really sad

Sam's Club I am complaining about how I was treat for the time I was working there and how I don’t feel like it was looked into properly

Hi my name is Shemeia Mcclinton and everyone called meme for the time I worked at the sam's Club and from the beginning to the end of me working at Sam's club it was nothing but drama and [censored] from time I started to the time I got Terminated off the Strength of so one not liking that I put the Customers 1st and that I asked a 2nd Opinion about putting a raw muffin on the floor and my manger at the time was feel some type of way after that and after that everything I did right was so wrong and it just seemed like after that did with the muffin my rights was so wrong and then he came yelling putting a muffin in my face and also told me if I went to the store manger again that I would be in trouble and then told me I was being Insubordinate and define witch I didn't feel I was doing if u seen a product on the floor that wasn't cook or wet in the middle that's not something that should be left on the floor at all ... So I called him over as I should have done and he had a whole Attitude and I asked him what I should do the 1st thing he done was Stuck his finger in the middle of the muffin and then looked at me saying ppl do things differently with a Attitude and walked away, I was just told a day before that if we see anything that we are to make sure it's removed or we will be in trouble by the team lead ... I got fired on Retaliation on the fact that I asked about muffin that was wet on the top do to the trying to rush product on the floor and not letting it cook Properly...But he couldn't give me no Valid reason on why he Fired me because I did a Awesome job with my work I was always on time I was early to the point where they always asked me to clock in early so therefore you can't fire nobody or a muffin being raw and then he turned around and said that I didn't get along with the girls which that was false information because he knew he couldn't fire me over a muffin so he used the fact that I had issue with a girl Brittany who was hired by the team lead and that is her cousin and so called her friend wen everyone and the girl Brittany told us when we started that was her cousin and I never worked at a place where u was allowed to hire your family or friends and allow them to do whatever they want to do ... From day one I knew it would be drama because he told me at the interview that there was nothing but drama and as long as I listen to him and do as I'm told I'll be ok and that he was trying to get rid of some of the ppl that was already there and when I start ... Mike and Roxanne are the worst ppl to be running that bakery because I never Heard a manager talk about some of the Employees the way he did and how he said [censored] them and that's cool that man should be gone alone with Roxanne and Brittany who is her cousin and that should never be allowed at all ... Then the girl Brittany lied and said I threating her witch isn't true at all and they said they was gonna Investigate and I don't see how they never asked none of the girls that was there what happened they just took Roxanne and Brittany word for it and let them two do all the things other workers got in trouble for like going on breaks together and things like that I would really like the Videos to be watched and u can see the things I'm saying are all true and not to Mention all the coaches there are very rude and disrespectful and feel they can be because they been there for years there is no way that mike sure still be a boss and Roxanne to be a team lead because right is right and wrong is wrong point blank... I want things looked into much more than they was I want all the girls talked to as well I'm also gonna keep going to the news and all that ... I'm also gonna show u some photos that can show u how things was left from time to time and how I worked as well...

Sam's Club I am complaining about bad quality parts

Hi there my name is Andre knoetze i logged a complaint for a gomoto strider 125cc the rear wheel bolt brocken off, the petrol cap brocken and the screws that holds the exhaust system to the engine one nut brocken off please can i have info on what is happening they sed that they will let me know off a pick up of the motorcycle at my house i want to know also if it is possible if i can get a loan motorcycle while myne is being repaired under warranty my number is [protected] thanks please help

Sam's Club customer service and website issues

Today I was into pick up a order I ordered on line - first we will address this issue - it has been weeks I have been having issues w/ your website - I was using chrome browser but now its not working - I get to the check out page and its blank - so I go to internet explorer its not much better but at least I can get it to work - I have tried changing my credit/ debit card and it wont let me - so I am having to pay in store now - getting to the store and the kioske doesnt work most of the time - so I haft to manually key in my name etc — then I am left standing outside in sub zero temps because no one comes to the door to let me in - sometimes the door is unlocked so I open it and go in - today I get chewed out for doing so - its below zero w/ the wind blowing so lets say its around -20 or -30 outside - sorry I am not waiting for them to come open the door - there have been many times they just sit there in the store looking at you from the counter — the woman that chewed me out her name was jessy - first time someone has ever said anything to me — to be honest I am about ready to cancel my prime membership and go to costco when they open! I have reported this website many times and it is still not fixed!

Sam's Club treatment of employees

I worked for Sam's Club for 5yrs. I was just terminated. I received my first write almost 2yrs ago when a fellow coworker and I had a disagreement and I raised my voice as I was walking away from her. Then in November I was told I was being written up for my attendance when I called out 2 days because my daughter had to have an emergency c-section. Then my grandfather passed away and I called out 2 days because we had to drive out of state. I was pulled into the office and told I had 7 unexcused since March and I was receiving my 3rd write up. I questioned my manager and said that meant termination she said no they had a new system. I went on through the holidays and new year busting my butt to prove I really loved my job and would do whatever they wanted, needless to say last week I had a member call upset that glasses he ordered were still not in and he had been waiting for 2wks and we told him 7 to 10 days. I checked into it and apologized because his frame was on back order he started to raise his voice saying he didnt want.my excuses he wanted his glasses, I explained again his frame was on back order and do to the holidays a lot of our orders were delayed again he was stating he didn't want to hear my excuses so I apologized to him saying I would have the lab send me his lenses and get his frame from another store and would have my manager call him he again yelled at me and said he didn't want my excuses so I told him sir I will have my manager call you in the morning thank you goodbye. I immediately printed off all this gentleman's info to contact my manager and explain the situation. In the meantime he called back and spoke to a store manager telling her I was rude and hung up on him. Previously when we had patients that acted like this that made the situation uncomfortable and we in anyway threatened and the member was not going to calm down to speak to us in a normal tone we could remove ourselves from the situation as long as we made our manager aware of the situation, which I did. On Friday of this week I was taken into the office and told I was terminated for being rude to a member

Sam's Club service

On December 21, 2018, I went to Sam's to pick up Sister Shubert's Rolls for Christmas dinner. We were ready to check out and there was no one in the line we were headed for; however, the cashier took and waved a lady over to her, instead of us, who was first, and her cart was stacked as high as she could get it. This was at the Bryant-Irvin Sam's Club and it happened at 11:13 a.m. and my friend and I were not happy about this as we had to wait for two other customers to checkout. The name of the cashier is Colette and she should be made aware of this complaint that it does not happen to someone else. I have been a Sam's Club Member since they moved into this area and were first based in the White Settlement Addition. I never have had this kind of behavior from anyone in Sam's Club and I am appalled that this happened, but this time I was very unhappy with this employee.

Sam's Club not filling an opiate prescription - lufkin tx

I have been on total disability since 2012. I have been on prescription pain medications oxyconyin and oxycodone since 2008. Sam's Club pharmacy in Lufkin TX (Brandon Mgr)) refused to fill my oxycodone. I have Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sarcoidosis, resulting in CHRONIC PAIN.

We just moved to the area and from my very 1st interaction with the pharmacy I should have known what the end result would be. I was talked to in a very condescending way and told that even after speaking with my doctor(PCP), in his professional opinion, I didn't warrant the medication that I have been on for the past 10 yrs. Since when did the pharmacist become a doctor?

Brandon said I had multiple prescriptions for opiates from an out of town doctor...
yes I told him, we just moved here of course they were from out of town. They were from only one Dr that I had seen for the past 5 yrs ...that in fact continued my pain regime for my pcp in Madison Wisconsin from which we had just moved from.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for MANY years have never been treated this way Have never been discriminated against in this way as for as ADA(disability).
I will be filing a complaint with the American Disability Act...Texas Pharmacy Board, National Board Of Pharmacies and any other government agency I need to.
I am An RN and this was NOT the journey I had planned . I would love to be working, I loved being a perioperative nurse and for chronic pain to take that all away I say not fair. So when you find a regime of medications that make every day tolerable you cling to it and for a pharmacist to tell me in his professional opinion he could not fill my prescription is unconscionable.

I would NEVER EVER TALK TO A PATIENT THE WAY HE TALKED TO ME EVER!
Just so Brandon knows yes I UNDERSTAND rules and regulations because I am a medical professional. AND I ALSO KNOW THERE ARE EXEMPTIONS TO EVER RULE AND REGULATION. and for this discussion its me and the so many other Chronic Pain Patients that are the exemption. And if they go to the Sam's Lufkin Pharmacy they will be shunned and treated as a drug seeker.

I have an appointment with a new Primary care physician here in Lufkin and would like to know that when he continues with my past medical care and send the scripts to Sam's are they going to fill them?

Sam's Club bridal ring special order

My husband ordered a bridal ring for me back in november for a christmas gift. We were told by the latest it would be here no later that december 23rd. While it did come in on the 20th of december, it was not what we ordered. We had specified in gold and it came in silver. As this was a gift, we were very disappointed. The manager, mr. Moody then told us that he would discount and have it overnighted. It was discounted but as for overnighted this did not happen as it is now december 29th and today we were told that it has been ordered. We were told that we would be kept up to date and today after we called we did have a return call from the lady who works in jewelry. We have been sams members for over 20 plus years and to say we are very disappointed is an understatement. Today we were told this company, fred goldman is responsible for it being wrong and they are closed until jan. 3rd. Why we were not told they would be closed on the 20th is beyond me. As we would then know that it was not possible to overnight. Today we were told it had been ordered and waiting on certification. We just would like the real story and why we did not get as promised. While this might not seem important to some, this was a nice promised gift for christmas which during the sell we were told no problem. I feel as if someone is liable and responsible for such negligence. Our names are charles and robin townsend. We would certainly welcome feedback on this. Not impressed with the way this has took place. Nor do i feel anyone else would be either. Thanks for any insight on this matter.

Sam's Club ninja foodi one day sale

I was on the Samclub website at midnight to get the Ninja foodi as advertised in their one day flyer for weeks and it was sold out. How can that be? You were not supposed to log in until 12:01, which I did. Obviously, Sams did not have any available to order. Then I went to the club at 7:10am on the day of the sale and was told it was sold out! I am disgusted with Sams for not having enough of an advertised sale item available ANYWHERE! Costco here I come!
