Today I was into pick up a order I ordered on line - first we will address this issue - it has been weeks I have been having issues w/ your website - I was using chrome browser but now its not working - I get to the check out page and its blank - so I go to internet explorer its not much better but at least I can get it to work - I have tried changing my credit/ debit card and it wont let me - so I am having to pay in store now - getting to the store and the kioske doesnt work most of the time - so I haft to manually key in my name etc — then I am left standing outside in sub zero temps because no one comes to the door to let me in - sometimes the door is unlocked so I open it and go in - today I get chewed out for doing so - its below zero w/ the wind blowing so lets say its around -20 or -30 outside - sorry I am not waiting for them to come open the door - there have been many times they just sit there in the store looking at you from the counter — the woman that chewed me out her name was jessy - first time someone has ever said anything to me — to be honest I am about ready to cancel my prime membership and go to costco when they open! I have reported this website many times and it is still not fixed!
