Sam's Club promotion

Good morning, unfortunately we don't have the flyer with promotion, but if you take the time to check all the calls, tickets and reference numbers related to this case [protected] and [protected] I'm sure you will find something, actually every single call (around 10 already) the associates were able to identify thru yours system information about the promotion, purchase $100.00 or more on line and get a $25.00 gift card.
At this point maybe sound like jock, been calling every week with different persons (Steward, Travis, Gerome and more) every one with different answer, different promise, will call you in 2 o 3 days, never happened, you will receive and email with gift card (electronic) never happened, is unbelievable the lack of service the incompetence to resolve a simple issue, believe me isn't about the $25.00 gift card, maybe is just to prove the lack of care of some of your people.

Sam's Club mccafe k-cup pods (100 ct)

I gave the 100 ct. box of McCafe K-cup Pods as a gift. The family has a Keurig coffee maker and used a few k-cups but had coffee grounds in their cup. They ended up replacing their coffee maker with another Keurig and proceeded to another k-cup. The same thing happened so just on a whim, they tried another brand of k-cup and there were no grounds in their cups. There apparently was an error in production. I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. I am very embarassed and disappointed in this product with your name on it.

· Dec 18 - ordered photos

· Dec 21 - went to pick up photos, they were not printed, Abraham(store manager) told me that they would be a priority and they would call me that day. No call from Sams

· Dec 22 - called and was told the machine was being fixed and we would be in the top 10 to get our photos. They would call us that day, no calls from Sams.

· Dec 23 - called and they were not printed yet. They will call us as soon as they are done. No calls from Sams.

· Dec 24 - went into Sams club . Photos were not completed and was told they were not set up as a priority. Pedro (store manager) told me that they would be done today and they will call me. No calls from Sams.

· Dec 26 - went into Sams club. Spoke with Pedro again and informed him that no one called me. He could not find my photos again. Another store employee looked and said they were printed. My photos were put under their wrong name. He could my folder and gave the the photos and they were not mine. Someone put someone's wedding photos instead of my photos under my name.

Dec 30 - my wife went back to Sams for the Photos and they told her they were lost and she would have to resend them in again.

These photos were for multiple frames for Christmas for our children that came home for the holidays. I would have went to some place else but your managers told me it would be done and I was a priority. Both managers confirmed with us that they would be done and in the que.

Sam's Club customer service

I ordered this refrigerator on Dec 2nd with estimated delivery between Dec 11th and Dec 19th. We needed the refrig by Christmas Day for hosting our traditional family breakfast, so the outside date of the 19th seemed safe. On the 19th I hadn't heard from Sam's about delivery, so I called and was informed refrig was being shipped to their third party delivery vendor Innovel Solutions. Innovel called me on Dec 20th and scheduled delivery for Saturday Dec 23rd. The morning of the 23rd, the delivery driver called and advised that they would be at my home between 3pm and 5pm. After 5pm and no delivery, I called Innovel who told me that the refrig would be delivered by 6pm. After 6pm, I called Innovel and was told they had lost contact with driver, but assured me refrig would still be delivered that day. After 9pm and still no delivery, I called Sam's Club who advised me that they also were unable to contact their "Delivery Team", but that refrig may still be delivered that night. The refrig was never delivered and we never heard back from Sam's Club or Innovel until I called Sam's Club on Tuesday the 26th. Sam's Club advised that the driver had an injury on the scheduled delivery date, so my refrig was being shifted to another truck for scheduling. The refrig was subsequently delivered to us on Wednesday the 27th.

The refrig delivery men who actually showed up were great and the refrig itself is very nice. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service from both Sam's Club and Innovel Solutions regarding the missed delivery date is unacceptable. I understand that accidents happen and would have understood that they were unable to deliver the refrig as scheduled, if I was so informed. But I do not understand the disrespect they showed by making us sit around all afternoon and evening waiting for a delivery that they should have known was not going to happen. Consequently, I would not recommend ordering items requiring delivery from Sam's Club, if the estimated or scheduled delivery time is important.

Sam's Club free food sampler server bad customer service

Hello

I have been a loyal customer since 2005 shopping at the store on 15835 North Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa FL. Today was the worse experience I have ever experienced at this store or any store. My daughter went to one of the free food sampler stands that was manned by KAY (it was by the meat section). My daughter stood there as KAY continued to serve other people who came after my daughter had already been standing there for several minutes. I was standing 3 feet away so I finally approached her stand. She looked at me and said "you are awfully quiet". I told her my daughter had been standing there while she served other customers. KAY replied "I don't serve anyone under the age of 10". I told her she never asked my daughters age and that I was only 3 feet away. KAY then said that she never saw my daughter standing there. Another lie. I told KAY we have been here many times and other employees would ask if she had a parent. KAY began shouting with me telling me my daughter wasn't standing there while others passed her by. KAY then shoved the cracker with spinach spread & raspberry on it and told my daughter "here take this and you and your grandfather get out of here". I was appalled at her behavior. I told her I was informing a manager and she said "go ahead, I don't care".
At the checkout I asked the cashier, Carmen-very pleasant by the way, if I could speak to a manager. She called over a young male. I introduced myself and he said his name was "Michael". I explained my episode today. I told him I was very upset. He agreed KAYs behavior was unacceptable. He said that he would speak to KAYs manager. She is a deplorable person with a horrible personality. She should be disciplined and told to attend some kind of Customer Service Class. I am a medical provider at the VA Hospital. Had I done that to a patient I would be severely punished.
Her behavior was unacceptable and I find myself compelled to write this formal complaint so that her behavior is brought in front of the correct administrator.

I think what happened after that was the worst part. My daughter said that she does not think that KAY saw her. I got so angry at her that I smacked her across the face several times. My ex wife and I are divorced. When I dropped my daughter off at my ex's she was crying. My ex asked what happened, and my daughter told her that I slapped her across the face. That is not all some busy body I found out saw me slapping my daughter and called CPS on me.KAY told two lies, first that she did not see my daughter. My daughter believed this and told me maybe she did not see me. I got angry and slapped her across the face. She started crying and saying she was going to tell her mom. I told her I don't care, go tell her. I don't want to see her again. Then she claimed I was her grandfather. The real reason I am writing this complaint is it caused me a bad relationship with my daughter, and my stupid ex called CPS and she is trying to keep my daughter from me. I told my daughter to shut up and if she said something when I talked to the manager that I would slap her again. Then next time she has a visit with me I would not have her in my house because she is a stupid spoiled brat.

Sam's Club the brand is generic grade and should have name brand choice

I find the list of name brand choices diminishing at an alarming rate. The ones that immediately come to mine are carnation evaporated milk, Lysol professional wipes, raisinets, oceanspray craisins, Smithfield bacon, and starkest albacore tuna.
I have a sams club membership to save money over grocery store prices. Members Mark is not the same as the name brands. The quality is significantly less. If you do not return name brand selections to the inventory then I will not renew. I will coupon and bargain hunt. I noticed that frequently I can find the same price or slightly better by shopping other places, not just Walmart.
If you want to continue in business you need to remember I paid a fee to shop at Sam's. If I can't buy what I use at a better than retail price then I have no need for a membership.

Sam's Club customer service

This complaint is about the same employee on two separate occasions. First, I went to the club to ask about car service.in the middle of my sentence steven (Older gentleman) cut me off and said, 'tires and batteries only'. I said, can I ask you a few questions.. He cut me off again and said 'tires and batteries only'. I said thank you and walked away thinking maybe he had a bad day. This was 3 months ago.
Today I went to ask about tires. He was there again, was fine and smiling when talking to the lady prior to me but was sullen when he walked up to me. From the outset of this conversation, he was irritated, rude, disrespectful and condescending. I asked about tires. He looked them up and had an issue with printer paper. I said, 'please don't worry about it, I will look up more online' which was met with no response. He then showed me prices. I asked if this includes installation and he said this is included, irritated for no reason. I asked..'the premium installation?' he says angrily, 'I have already told you three times.. You can't understand a simple thing?'. I said this is the second time you are speaking to me inappropriately and I don't appreciate it. He says, ‘this conversation is over' and walks away.
He did not tell me three times. And I didn't know if there was a difference in regular or premium installation so thought it fair to ask. It must be a drop in the ocean for sam's club but I took my $1000 business (Tires for two cars) elsewhere.
My family and his coworker witnessed the entire event so there is no dearth of witnesses.
I will call sam's in tomorrow. Sam's staff need a training program on how to talk/deal with customers.

Sam's Club tax

Today I made a purchase in Club 4866 Kennedy, San Juan. I usually go 2 or 3 time a week to buy products for my restaurant. Today I had a bad experience with 1 of the manager in charge. We have a letter from our government where we are except of paying tax for our business until the end of this year. I gave a copy of the letter like I always do. The cashier call the manager to finish the transaction. Transaction that the manager denied because my membership it's not a business membership. The way that she spoke to me without giving me an option wasn't the best. She's is supposed to give the customers the best sercice and fix the problems with the best actitud. I have your membership until January and It will be the last time that I purchased anything in your store.

Sam's Club delivery

My name is Ken Cunningham I was to have a tv delivered yesterday but it didn't make it on the truck so it was rescheduled for today. The delivery had the wrong tv, ours was delivered to someone else and it can't be corrected until Tuesday because they will be closed. Plus they will need to go to the customer ours was delivered to and pick ours up and bring to us. Which means a tv probably being used all weekend making someone else's Christmas happy.
Ours on the other hand will be without our Christmas present and to top it off when we do receive it will be used.
Is this the best we can expect from Sam's?

Sam's Club poor customer service order number [protected]

I'm wishing I had ordered from Amazon.
It's taken a month to get my order and the delivery company was a no show. I still do not have my order.
Amazon has always delivered my orders including large items usually within 2 days 5 at the most.

I sent the following complaint last night to your support group. The response I received was horrible. Apparently she did not read or comprehend what I sent. Poorly written response.

MXD set a delivery date for Thursday, December 21 between 530 and 7:30 PM Final delivery appears to be crate and barrel delivery service.
At no point have I received a phone call concerning my delivery which was missed, it is now 9:30 PM.
I called crate and barrel help line but they don't answer their phone after 5 PM. I called MXD customer service line they tried calling the driver cell phone number no answer.
It has been a month since I ordered this mattress. I'm very dissatisfied with the length of time and the lack of concern for customer service not even a courtesy phone call tell me they were coming.
I intend to contact high-level management for Sam's Club, MXD and crate and barrel .
this was supposed to be a Christmas present and now it appears it will be well after Christmas if it comes at all.

I am not happy.

Sam's Club kalamata olives

On December 17, 2017 I purchased kalamata olives and when I got home and opened the product there was mold growing all over the top and inside of them. I live about 40 miles from the Kingston, NY store so I cant just hop in the car and get a refund or show them the mold and I usually only go to the store every few weeks to stock up. Please send me a refund and coupons or discounts for my next visit due to the inconvenience of this issue. My client number is [protected]. Please attain my name and address from there.

Sam's Club customer service in the tire department

Hello. I just wanted to drop a quick note regarding on of your employees in the automotive/tire department. I didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was working the cash register on Sunday, December 17th at 2pm. He was extremely rude to every customer there, including me for no reason. When I originally approached the register to let him know I had an appointment he said "and" then just looked at me. His condescending tone of voice was unprofessional and it is my opinion that he should not be around customers. I didn't even want to go pick up my car because I would have to deal with him again. I work in customer service as well and I would never treat customers that way. Dealing with him is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I love the great deals at Sam's club and the tires are priced better than anyone, but I can't see myself being a return customer as long as he is the face of the department. Thanks for your time.

Sam's Club availability of handicap electric shopping carts

I am a regular shopper at the Franklin TN, Sams store. And for the last (5) months each time I go there, I have to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 min's
a get a Handicap electric shopping cart. As it is there are only (5) of these carts available at any time. So I ask that you please seriously think about adding at least (3) to (5) more to this store, at times one or two may be out of order, or in
need of charging, as was my case today, I got to the rear of the store when the one I was using, you guessed it, it stopped because the battery ran completely
out of juice even though it showed at least a half charge. It took another (45) min's for me to get another one. The dairy food employee found someone with a radio to call to the front for a replacement one. I am unable to walk more that (50) to (75) without great pain. So for the Silver Haired Grandpa's and Purple Haired Grandma's who shop at this store, please think about adding more of these carts, there are hundreds of us who shop here weekly and really need them.

Sam's Club service from employee was not good

I was on my way out after shopping at the Monroeville, PA 15146 store and saw 3 outdoor deer I liked. I ask for a price, the display was the last one so I purchased them and said I would return the following day. First problem was the associate at the desk was bothered because there was not a sku and she had to look it up. Second problem this same associate has another customer come back to her and makes me wait so she can wait on this customer. Third problem. I come back the following day with a truck i borrowed to take the deer home and they sold the deer that I PAID for to another customer. BAD experience overall. The associates that were working at the desk that day apologized and were very nice, but it was a waste of my time and it made your store look really bad. I was refunded, but I think its unacceptable that I paid for it and you sold the item anyway!

Sam's Club members club organic almond milk

I bought the 3pck organic almond milk of members club and the expiration date was April 2018 but it already has clot and some kind of wired stuff.. I do have the picture of it too.. it's newly opened bottle.. I loved your product so far but after seeing this I've doubt in my mind that I'm going to buy it in future.. But that's different story.. I wanted to solve this problem .. ASAP..

Sam's Club online ordered cards

I ordered holiday cards with an expectation of picking them up on Saturday 12/9, it is now Tuesday 12/12 and they are still not at the store. I was kept on hold for an hour with multiple people telling me they could not find the order. Finally one rep found it and stated it wasn't shipped until yesterday(after the supposed delivery date) and that they may not be there until Friday but can not get a tracking number. This is completely unacceptable. These are for my work not myself and the only reason we ordered from you because of the pick up date we were told. This needs to be address ASAP as we needed these cards yesterday to meet our deadlines. At this rate all my confidence in Sam's Club has been lost due to this lack of communication and customer service. I understand it's the holiday season and your company is extra busy. But do not include a delivery date you're not going to even come close to and on top of that not communicate with the customer about it!

Sam's Club sampler pie

On December 10 th I went the the owasso Oklahoma location did some shopping bought a sampler pie which the label stated it had peach cherry blueberry and apple pie in it got home cut into the pie discovered no peach pie at all and the apple pie has nuts in it so I rechecked the label doesn't say nuts at all so I was concerned about this called the store I purchased the pie from to inform them that there is nuts in the pie and the lady I spoke with said ok i will check the labels the pie was made on December 6 th so how many other people got this kind of pie and what if someone in there family is allergic to nuts which is why I was concerned but they didn't seem to care at the store which upset me.

Sam's Club tires

I bought 2 tires on 1/23/2017 for $305.01 that was installed on the front of the car. I took the car in on 9/22/2017 and told them the tire keeps going flat. They told me that I needed to buy a new tire. I explained to them that I just bought both tire in January. They said the tire was defective and they would give me a new one. On 12/10/2017 I had the same problem as the first tire. This time the tech said that the wear was on the inside of the tire so I must need a front end alignment and there for my warranty is no good. I talked to the manager on duty Lorelei who would not give me a business card or first name. She just sided with the tech. There is no test that was preformed by them to verify that there is something wrong with my alignment on my 2014 Toyota Sienna. I even sited that the last manager replaced the tire as defective that I bought together. Two tire completely down to the wire in less than a year and less than 30, 000 miles rings out loud those tires have a problem. I would like my money back for the tire and I won't buy any more. This Sam's Club store number is 4822 and is located in Murrieta, California.

Sam's Club christmas cards

I ordered christmas cards on cyber monday -- i have always gotten my christmas cards at sams and they are always ready within a few days. Nothing on the ordering website told me it would take over 10 days this is crazy! and unacceptable! and i was told the cards would be in today, 12/7 at 11am and still sams can not locate the cards! i was on the phone with sams today at 2:33pm for 34 minutes with someone looking and having me on hold and never giving
me a answer ( i can send you a picture of the phone log on my phone) -- i hung up after a 1/2 of waiting -- this is unacceptable . Sam's Club refuse to process online refund for online merchandise

I purchase a product online and the incorrect item arrived with defects. Called the online number to inform and request an instore exchange. The technician was quick to place me on hold, but finally returned with the options of in store return or mail back.

I expressed in store exchange again and it was documented and agreed. The merchandise was returned in store for an exchange, but all items were sold out and this is were the problem started.

The manger was unable to process a refund, due to the call centers online remarks listed as return by mail and the computer would not allow her to. I clearly said i would return in store.

The manger called the 1800 number and I listened to the representative tell the manger to just process the return, but the system would not allow her to, again. The representative said a refund would be processed by sams club online within a few days.

Two weeks later, no refund. I called sams club online services and they saw the notes. My case was suspose to be sent down to a manager etc for a refund. A month later, no refund. Called again and the same response, sending down to a manager etc for a refund. Over another month later, no refund. Called back today and spoke to a Liz who didn't really listen to me, but did a lot of talking about the process, which i already have been through via sams club online call center and within the club.

I expressed the experience ive had waiting for a refund and wasnt geting off the phone, until i receive a refund or store credit. I was placed on a long hold in a very rudely manner. Liz came back to the call telling me i only have the option of going back to the club to verify a store credit or locate the merchadise i left at the store for a refund back in sept.

I asked for a manger and she lied and said this is what the manager said and she wasnt available. I've been very patient waiting for sams club online to refund me, but nothing to date and I have to experience a rude, unprofessional customer service representative. If I can't get a refund, I will take my business somewhere else and terminate my membership. Sams club ask me for a discounted membership, since I serve my country in a outstanding manner. But now im mistreated in regards to a refund adding up to be a little over $40, it's the pricinple and I work to hard in the USAF.
