Sam's Club auto battery and tires

I have been shopping at Sam for over a decade, and most of the time I never had a bad experience; but recent incident put a really bad taste in my mouth. Couple of years ago I bought a battery for my car along with 4 tires at Sam’s Club at Fry Road and I10 at Kat, somehow, I misplaced my receipts of these purchase. As you all know Harvey storm in Houston, and especially Katy (my home town) destroyed everyone one. Fortunately, my home was survived but some of the things were damaged including my car, along with the battery. So, I took my car after charging its battery and explained the situation to someone name Monique, she introduced herself as assistant store manager. She looked at my car battery and said that she could not help me because I don’t have the proof of purchase. She was not very cooperative, and asked me to first renew my membership (my membership expired because my company provided me Costco membership for a discount price so I let go Sam’s Club member ship). I explained it to her that I am willing to renew my membership at your club but first let me know if you would be able to replace the battery. Her answer was a “flat no”. I also said that I am interested in purchasing 2 tires from you if you would help me with the battery first. She refused my request and reflected an utter unprofessionalism. I am very disappointed at the customer service of your club, I know you spent millions of dollars in marketing to establish your name and just one wrong employee could destroy the image.

Sam's Club concession stand

While at my local Sams Club After shopping I stopped at the consession stand and purchased a Hot Dog combo and took it to go. Once We pulled out the parking lot and got on the highway to head home I opened the wrapper of the hot dog and on the inside of the wrapper was two blood stains. I immediately returned back to the store to speak with a manager, the manager they sent to speak with me was very young & didn't seem to show much interest in my complaint about the blood in the hot dog wrapper. She just said "oh ok we can get you another hotdog" I said no I don't want another one. She said, "we can refund your money" I said that's fine. She asked me to wait where I was standing and told me to throw the hot dog away. I had to advise her to go and check the employees that are working the consession stand and to show them my wrapper. So we walk over there and both workers say "oh we'll get you another hotdog" I stressed I didn't want another one and that everyone should check their hands for cuts. After both employees checked their hands (with nothing found) they just went about serving people. I then suggested to check around where the hot dog wrappers are and also check the wrappers that are sitting out because maybe it was another employee that had a cut, didn't realize it and may have gotten blood on more of the wrappers, No one bothered to do that. I was so disgusted and frustrated I got my money back and left the store.

Sam's Club order was incomplete and the produce ready for trash

please check unresolved complaint:The order pickup was far from complete; all the refridgerated products were not in the car; When we arrived home and were looking for these products we called and a nasty unopolite woman on the phone @ customerservice Lantana commanded us to drive all the way back to pickup the products. How ridiculous and what a poor service club Lantana; dont you realize why we pickup? To win time and not to do your work and correct your faults; we called 10 times and the same women was disconnecting on us or putting us hr on wait; what a shame; We even asked to credit us next visit and that was a drama too. How can allow these customer unfriendly people to work and to mistreat your loyal customers. The phone was disconnected when we asked to speak with the manager; We gave up and Sams is sitting on our money. This complaint should be sent to corporate Sams & we demanding to get back to us within 5 business days or else we will document to BBB & terminate our membership! By the way the discount on the colgate optic white was not even applied, again another reason to confirm that Sams s just sitting on our money. From the previous order the 08/09/2017; Reference # [protected].

Sam's Club customer service

On 8/26/17, close to 8pm, we were done shopping and went to get in line and there were only 2 lanes open and 6 other employees standing around talking or just standing there. One was standing right beside the checker we were in line with. I asked if she was open when we got in line and she said no. We were behind 2 other people with huge carts full of stuff. About 5 minutes later, some lady she knows came up with her cart and she says...I will get you over here. Really? She was standing there looking right at us and opens her lane for a friend. I was appalled! Her name tag said Sarai or something close to that. I don't usually write reviews or complaints, but that was just plain rude!
I think someone should let her know that is just bad service! We paid a lot more for our stuff than that lady did and that checker knew we would be in that line for a while!

Sam's Club extremely disappointed member

Opening account was a nightmare, wrong address the employee entered, and I got approved... this is possible or fraud? took over a month to get the card activated. Once activated, Synchrony Bank unable to activate my mobile number, and they keep blocking the card without reason. Each time I have to call them. Spend a ver 4 hours with over 6 phone calls in 2 months. Enough is enough!

Today I paid my card in full and they blocked the card after payment in Sam's Club, no one is able to activate it, keep saying "we have to send you a letter in few days with a code" sorry but I cancelled the Master Card card and Cub Membership, got compensation from Sam's Club and left. Worst Bank service ever encountered with MasterCard Synchrony Bank. Literally they are useless and unprofessional! Too many issues in 2 months of nightmare. I have other Credit Cards, and never had anything so bad. And people online are sharing similar issues with Synchrony Bank. You decide.

You can save some money, but hours of stress and lost time! Glad to be back with Costco.

I hope someone can get back to me because the next step is to sue your comany for time loss, pleasure, stress and impact to my credit. Sam's Club name makes me sick right now. I tried multiple times to fix problems but your client here got fed up!

Sam's Club pharmacy department

First, I would to tell you that I love Sam's Club Pharmacy. The pharmacist, Victoria is absolutely wonderful. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist tech, Dana is also absolutely wonderful. I am very happy to see her when I come to pick up my prescriptions. Both of these people are always a joy to do business with. They seem to love their work and enjoy serving others. I cannot say enough good things about them.
But there is a link in the chain at the pharmacy. The service tech, Terrie is a nightmare. She is extremely rude. I cringe when I see she is working. There is no friendliness. She barely looks at me. It takes her some time to acknowledge me at the counter even though I am the only one there infront of her waiting for service. Anything she is doing is more important than helping me. When she finally speaks to me, she does not look at me and talks in a monotone voice. Her customer skills are lacking so much that it is so hard to believe she can even have a job working with the public.
I first thought it was just me she was rude to and accepted that it was just a personality conflict. But then I repeatedly witnessed her having the same reactions to every customer. Even the sweet senior that has multiple presriptions and must visit the pharmacy frequently. That is not acceptable! Terrie is just a very unpleasant person.
The Sam's Club Pharmacy is wonderful. It is ashame to have a person like Terrie working in such a a sensitive business as a pharmacy...or any other service job. If you didn't have such wonderful people like Victoria and Dana working in your pharmacy, and great prices, I would take my prescriptions some place else. This is how extremely umcomfortable Terrie's rudeness is.

Sam's Club products in your sale ad.

I got your sale ad in the mail, I look through it to chose products that I may want to purchase. So this ad was the most recent from 8/23-9/17/2017. So, first I went to the Folsom, Ca store (which is closer to me) to purchase a few things, one of which was the pack of post it pop-ups, with dispenser. So, I looked all over, I got someone to help and they did a search and found that they didn't have it. So I went to another Sam's about 7 miles away the opposite direction, and to my surprise ( HAHA) they didn't have it either, and to top it off, they helped me a step further and checked with stores all over the area and NOT one store had this item. I am highly disappointed and really irritated with Sam's over this. I usually have been able to at least get any item from a store, even if the main store I go to doesn't have it, then another store would. So I am very unhappy with this. This is false advertisement at its best. So I will calling BBB over this. You advertise an item, whether on sale or not and not one store out of 50 have this item. You should really not advertise an item if you cant make sure that you have this item in stock, this ad goes for 2 1/2 weeks and people do use this item and this is just not appropriate nor acceptable. So I sure hope someone reads this and follows up, because I will contacting the Better Business Bureau, this is false advertisement at its best.

Sam's Club done with them

This is goodbye to them.
They caused me a complete mess. They shut my account down and my credit was ruined 3 times because of them. They claimed my information was wrong sooo for some reason they made a decision to reject my payments. Great job. Doing similar actions at the store has brought the same outcome. Thanks for your attention. That's all I wanted to say.

Sam's Club bakery department

8/18/17
Today @ 11:45 am I called to see I could get an 30ct order of cupcakes for 8/19/17 /@ 10:00 am. An employee told me no and then hung up the phone. I called back and was told that that wasn't taking any more order for today. I was calling to see if they had any cup cakes already made and when was they done but again I was hung up on.

Sam's Club hold on cc, bogus interest charge, given run-around by sams cc people

I bought $5 gas at sams club and paid at the pump with my cc. My bank account online showed the $5 purchase plus a $100 hold that stayed on my account for 4 days though the $5 cleared overnight, which is standard.

We pay our sams charge in full every month before the due date, and for the past several months before we receive the mailed the paper bill. We keep printed receipts of the running charge every month so we know what is due and have perfect credit. Our latest bill showed an interest charge on $84 and change. The bill says if there is a discrepancy to write them in orlando, not to call. We did and asked them to explain both of the above issues. Today we received their "response" - a copy of our latest bill with no explanation of the above issues and questions about them. Their response also said if we had other questions to call the number on the bill, the same number the bill says to "write, not call" if we want a verified response. This is the proverbial run-around.

We will stop using our credit at sams and may cancel our samsclub membership all together. Something is hanky-panky with the samsclub credit people. We don't trust them. They are probably ripping off thousands of members and of course will not respond directly to questions on these issues.

Sam's Club store pickup of wonderful almonds roasted & salted, 1.5 oz - 24 ct.

On Aug 10, ordered on your website 2 of above at $12.98, T $25.06 for pickup at Fresno store. Received email cancellation notice Aug 11. Thinking I made an order mistake, I reordered Aug 12. Your website showed 5 units available. Received another email cancellation notice Aug 13. Went to website Aug 13 and saw that item was on;y available by mail at higher price.
Under the circumstance I think you should send me the 2 of thee units at $12, 98 ea, postage free.
If you agree, please charge my Sam's Club account and send the units ASAP.

Sam's Club tire service employee

I visited the Sam's Club #8210 in Fort Worth on 8/9/17 around 6:00 PM. I have always in the past had very good service, especially from the tire service department. This time was completely different and out of character from all other experiences.

I am a 56 year old female, small in stature, and was wearing office work clothes (white pants this day, specifically) and I needed to have my tires' air checked - especially the spare tire which sits on the back of the car (I drive a Rav4).

The serviceman left me dumbfounded when he, first, only wanted to check the spare tire, then left me to finish putting the cover on the spare tire after airing it up. When I finished putting it back on (which by the way is not easy) my hands were filthy, like a mechanic's hands, and I asked to clean them. He never responded...the service man with him did and that man allowed me to wash my hands in the garage before leaving.

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer as I did then. I am not a complainer as a rule, but this was so blatantly rude that I wanted Sam's to know since his actions to me will undoubtedly be repeated to someone else.

Sam's Club handling transactions, collecting fraudulent payment.

I live in Austin TX, I work 14+ hours a day, 7 days a week, I'm 58 years old. August 7th 3:03pm, I recieved an alert my Bank card was used to charge /$ 468.10 at store 6482 in Dallas TX. I was at work in Austin, my card in my wallet.

It was a charge, the Sam Club employer did not verify the I'D or signature. My account # was on a card which apparently had been made up, the name on the card was Brian, my name is Eric Wilhelmi. The cashier did not I'D the Charge or recognize the names were different. It doesn't stop here.

I spoke twice with the Store manager and was text a Jpeg of the transaction. The store manager agreed it was Fraudulent. The transaction was invalid. The pending hold on my funds would be dismissed. My card I blocked after the incident. 14 hours later the Store collected what it knew was Fraudulent at 5:03 am.

I was on the phone with the Store today on hold for a total of 4-5 hours, hung up on and treated rudely. Sam's Club has disgusted me thoroughly.

Always do the right think-Marine Corp taught me, my money needs to refunded asap.

Sam's Club pizza

Went to order a pizza to take with me this weekend and it was BURNT. The workers said it was normal and they couldn't do a thing about it. They said the cheese pizza always burns. I suggested they lower the temp by five degrees or take it out two minutes earlier to which they said no we can't do that. I've been getting Sams and Costco pizza for years and the cheese has been fine. This particular store burns it and serves it. It is a shame.

I tried to place an order for quite a few items on satuday at 12.01 am..i had stayed up because I did not want to lose out on the items as there were no rain checks on the one day only sale.imagine my disapointment upon trying to log in and being unable to do so because my e mail address had changed(at least 10 years ago) and i no longer knew the password.I called the 888 number, waited 45 minutes and finally gave up and ordered as a non member..i paid a 10 percent fee.i also wrote an email to the contact info for sams.com.i called today and was told that the surcharge could not be refunded.I do not understand why.the gal that I spoke to seemed to have difficult understanding what i was saying and asked me 3x what the problem was.i have been a member since 1993, i gave her all that info.Her name was Khadijah.I asked to speak with a supervisor and was kept waiting for 15 minutes .the original gal came back on asked me the same questions over again..once again, i explained AGAIN. After another 35 minutes, I still had no answer, no email that she was trying to reset and no help at all.please help me, please make this right.i have shopped at sams for years.I also shop at bjs and costco, but i spend quite a bit at sams.i always buy my tuires and cat food there.the nearest store is 125 miles otherwise I would have gone there and perhaps i should have called a store.After 45 minutes on the phone, this gal jyst was gone..the music started playing and i was back to square 1.The 15 plus dollar surcharge leaves a bad taste in my mouth because i am a member and it is not my fault that The computer could not accept my new e mail address.however, that vague and peculiar customer service person.I am so very disapointed ..thank you.. best regards colleen braun [protected]

Good evening.I submitted a complaiint testerday regarding a regristration problem with an old e mail.i ended up having to purchase the items as a non member.I submitted an email and was told that i must call.I called yesterday.My problem was finally resolved after being put on hold at least 5 x.i was not told that i was being put on hold and the lack of understanding was unbelievable.For the first 45 minutes, i was told i could not get a refund on the 10 percent surcharge even tho i am a member.I do believe tge gal hoped i woukd gang up as each hold tome got longer.I actually wrote my complaint to this address and sent it while i waited..Finally, she said i woukd get an e gift card and she sent a link to reset my password..way over an hour..
I am really disapointed in your customer service., In my 62 years of life, i have never had such a pecuilar and frustrating conversation.I will stil continue to shop at sams, but never again online. Nd i thought net ten was hard to deal with..a piece of cake compared to your customer service...best regards colleen s braun

Sam's Club automotive service

On 8/5/17 I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled 11 am appointment with jeanine for 4 tires. I was told 4 people ahead of me, so approximately 2 hr wait. At 1230 I asked her how much longer, noting only 1 car being worked on in 3 bay garage. She said 4 people ahead of me still! After 2 hours. I asked dante to refund my money already charged me for 4 tires. I do not recommend sam's club, la marque, texas for anything!

Sam's Club food court

First of all I love Sam's Club, me and my husband goes twice a mouth to the one in San Bernardo, Cal. And eat before we shop, we always get a hot dog, slice of pizza and a pretzel. The line is always so long with only one window open. A few months of ago they ran out of cheese for pizza and today 8-4-17 after standing in line for over 22 minutes at the peak of lunch time were told it would be 15 minutes for hot dogs, I asked why didn't they replace they before they ran out with no answer, so I asked to speck to the floor manger Teresa so after about 5 minutes I asked were she was and when someone went to get her she disappeared. So I went to the front desk to speak to the food court manger Chad and told him my problem about the hot dogs and Teresa, I also asked him why he didn't make sure the food was replace he didn't know either and said he'll talk to Teresa and said he was sorry and gave me a $15.00 gift card and one hot dog. So me and my husband went back after about 20 minute's later and after another 10 minutes in line were told their will be a 15 minute wait for hot dogs. In the past few mouths the quality of the food has gone down, Please help because we ready don't want to eat at

Sam's Club birthday cake

I got a cake made their like 3 days before my child birthday on July 22...I clearly gave her what I wanted on the cake it was wrote down on a paper..so we get a call the same day of the party and we were asked questions like we never ordered a cake...so once we got the cake it was soooooo big and thick now I'm use to my sams cake being soooo good but this was bad the taste was off cream was tooo thick..they had messed up on the cake because they called us and asked what was on the cake they put another layer on the cake with the right colors we 39.98 for a full sheet cake totally disappointed...that never happens evvvvvveeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr...WHAT CAN BE DONE...

Sam's Club new pick up procedure

When a customer order online and comes into the store we're told to sign in on a kiosk then return to customer service which the line is usually long that we have to stand in to get a piece of paper to take that paper to go to the front of the store which is usually the location where you guys keep the items that we are coming to pick up then to wait for them to come to the pick up area or ask one of the cashiers to call somebody. Then after someones come now they have to go get the Frozen items or cold items.
What is entirely too many steps for a customer. We already had to stand in the customer service line, now you want us to go to a kiosk and then go to customer service line. So instead of getting a spot and customer service line I have to go to the kiosk and then be farther in line because I went to the kiosk

Sam's Club customer service

I sent my daughter to pick up several things from the bakery for a large bridal shower. I forgot to give her my card. Maybe it's your policy that there is nothing you can do to help me, but I also have a BJ's card and they have accommodated us with the same situation. They were very helpful... So when the lady in customer service told me either my daughter but a one day pass or pay ten percent on the order. Frustrated 😟 I asked to speak with a manager, the first time on hold for 15 min, the 2nd time I don't know where she transferred me to, the third time she connected me it just ringed, the fourth time I told her that I didn't appreciate how she treated me and that I would be contacting corporate. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of assistance and professionalism. This took place 7/22/17 at 11:00am. West Haven, CT Sam's club
