Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within the bags. It outrages me that Sam's club does not allow customers to bag their purchases. They want consumers to stand outside in the rain, heat, cold or whatever to bag their purchases. I consider this rude and a disservice. If Sam's club wants to turn the bags inside out at the cash register to verify that theft is not occurring then so be it. Rudeness and inconsideration should never be part of a business plan.
The customer service numbers listed on the app are not working, it just gives you the days and times to call from 7am to 11pm and tells you to call back at those times and says good bye and hang up. I attempted several times to call after 7:30 am and after 8 am but no one answers, it's just a automated message.
I placed the order online on November 4. I called last Thursday to let them know and was told it would be re shipped but it was not. It shows they arrived last Monday November 6 but it did not. I called on Thursday November 9 and they said they would ship but I still have not received the order.
i have bought 2 gallons of whole milk there and they go bad days before the run out date wha it the hell the milk was lumpy and sour and u canot drink it i have seny u all the information i have if u aint gonning to do nothing leave me alone

This evening, I was planning to cook the garlic sprouts that I bought from your store a few days ago. I noticed that there were many dyes on the garlic sprouts when I cut them into pieces. The function of the dye, which is obvious to make the vegetable look greener and fresher. However, it does no good to human.
Someone hit my brand new truck today 09/23/23right around 2:30 , so I have to call 911 and make a police report and the officer said he can’t even see the vehicle that hit me ,Sam’s club manager didn’t even let me see the cameras

I got a screw in it. I was able to drive to the Vero Beach,Sams Club. I was told that they cannot fix the tire and the tires that are on the car are incorrect size so that was installed on the car. They wanted to put a miss match size on or I need to purchase 4 new tires

Getting put on hold literally while talking to customer service rep. It happened at aprox. 12pm on 13-July-2023. I was calling to see when my bread would be delivered for my Sam's Club order #[protected]. When asked what I was calling for, I was put on hold while talking and eventually was hung up on after about 14mins without no help.

I go to a few Sam's Club to get gas. Can you please explain why the fuel price at store #8125 is almost the same price as Quik Trip across the street from there when all the other Sam's Clubs fuel are discounted? Why would you not give the people that lives in North County a discount on fuel?

I purchased a 75 In Samsung TV, during the purchase the clerk advise me a protection plan will cover the TV, once the manufactory warrant expires, which I later found out was very untrue. Allstate advise me that the protection plans start the day when I purchased the TV. not after the manufactory warrant expires.

These KCups spew coffee grounds in the coffee cum and over the top of the KCup. This happened to me before with this brand but i thought i would try it again. Definitely a big mistake. I ask for some form of refund.

I bought 12 $25.00 gift cards over 3 different orders back in October for Christmas presents. None of them are working. Sam's does not want to deal with it. Now I'm out $335.76. I am very upset with Sam's Club.
We never received our shipment of 5 bags of mortons water softner pellets. Your email said it was delivered mon,oct 31st @ 7:05 pm, but we never received it. I was personally home in my living room which is right by my front door.
I am also supposed to have a delivery today i hope it gets here.
I filed a complaint some time ago about them stealing $3,000.00 from me for hearing aids that wouldn't work. I've heard nothing from anyone. Did you just laugh it off and say, dumb guy shouldn't have tried to buy hearing aids that work from Sam's!

Price at Maplewood sams club in Saint Louis is 3:54 per gallon versus other locations in St. Louis like Kirkwood and Manchester which are 3:14 per gallon. This seems like price gouging by the that sams club store.

I have been buying your raw Cod for many years. It was the best! Now you changed companies and it is terrible. Smells fishy when you open the sealed packets. Does not taste good. These are things you lose customers over. Does anybody take a good look at a product and eat it before you make a switch?

I wish gas's buddy would only allow posting prices for everybody. This is a great app but when I travel it is a pain to get to a gas station or company that sells. Airwick refills priced wrong and the refund process took 25 minutes although there was only three people in front of me.

I purchased 2 tubs of formula may 31st, 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered June 6th. Well here it is June 7th, 2017 and my order has still not shipped and nobody can tell me when it's going to ship or even cancel my order. Very disappointed with this, Especially when my child needs this!
Went to purchase a cake at Sams club in Pearl City, Hi. Ask worker in bakery to decorate with Happy Birthday. Went home and notice she spell birthday wrong. Also writing so bad, like a child wrote on cake. Check photo. Should return money paid for cake. No answer from store.
