Here is my experience with them - I will never buy from Sam Ash again due to their horrible packing and customer service. I received 6 orders so far that were not packed with any protective materials or it was just set on top and the equipment was smashed at the bottom of the box. Some items were supposedly new and had been previously opened/used/scratched/b-stock? Otherwise the equipment was broken/damaged due to improper packing. Contacted them numerous times - originally talked to the shipping manager and was assured that my orders would be properly packed. Got last package with crushed software boxes and scratched discs. Left messages, emails. No response back, I have returned items over and over again and after my last batch of emails, just got a generic response from the President of Sam Ash. No apology or any resolution to the problems. Will shop at G.C. or any other store/on-line mail order but NEVER AGAIN AT SAM ASH!!!
