I recently purchased some goods off you but the goods were sent to wrong postcode by mistake although the rest of my address was correct and would show on my billing card address I purchased goods with. I contacted your customer services and spoke to kiera and chantel and they told me that I was not able to have refund and that if i
Wanted the goods I would have to travel to the address that they were delivered to 37 miles away. I'm sorry but I find this reply totally unacceptable and disgusting, if this is your way of treating customers I would never recommend shopping with you to anyone, many thanks victoria tabor.
