Salon Q / Poor unprofessional stylist

I went to Salons on the Hill in Hurst TX Saturday May 5 asking for an appointment possibly same day. Linda Quadri owner and operator of Salon Q in suite 11 graciously accepted for me to return @ 6pm for a cut and style. I returned early approx 5:45pm, she was currently attending to a client, but said she would be with me shortly. At 6:20pm she called me in and promptly sat me in her chair, everything went horribly wrong from that point on. She never washed my hair, or even asked if I wanted a shampoo. She wet my hair with a water bottle only on the surface, then asked how I wanted it cut. I replied I wanted a "bob" ( the easiest cut known to styling). She grabbed the back of my shoulder length hair and cut it off in one slice. She never went back to even it out, and continued this around my head, cutting in blocks never separating or sectioning to ensure symmetry. There are literally CHUNCKS cut into my hair around my head. The Lt side is 1-2 inches shorter around my face than my RT side. I am horrified with her lack of professionalism and careless attempt and "styling" my hair. My 7 year old son has done a better job on his own hair than what she created! When I called back on Monday to tell her how dissatisfied I was, she became belligerent, rude, and completely out of control yelling at me saying she did "nothing wrong!" I have filled a complaint with TX licensing in Austin, but have little hope for F/U. DO NOT EVER GO TO SALON Q unless you wish to look like a FREAK!
