Saletab / Unprofessional behaviour
To whomever it may concern,
I recently(11-11-2016) purchased a Mobile phone online on www.saletab.com. The order was placed and the money was taken from my credit card. As i was waiting for the next stage, i received another email stating that my order has been cancelled due to pricing error. Since then i have been following up on my order by continuously emailing the customer department. First they said they are looking into the matter and now they have stopped responding.
All i want them to do is Honor the price they advertised, Just like any other business would do for its customer.
