Email enquiry - no response from Salama.

Service request: Need for claim approval from responsible insurer.

Desired outcome: Need action tp approve the claims, This complaint due to not reachable to the motor claims.

Salama Insurance Investment in Islamic sharia compliant policies

Kindly requested all not invest or withdraw what ever policies invested in |Salama group of Insurances as they are cheaters and non-trustable with the dubious and malicious policies for which i am suffering.
They are cheaters in trapping innocent people like us forcing to invest in the name of Islamic sharia investments which are fake in reality.
Hence, i kindly request all the investors or planning investors to refrain from salama investments.

Salama Insurance Takaful and Idikhar Plus

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have the following plans been issued via and by ADIB Bank:
1- Family Takful - ULHYS180068780
2- Salama - Idikhar Plus - ULIP190075644
3- Salama - Hyat Superior - ULHYS180074524
4- Aman - [protected]

ADIB had closed all my account even though it was explained clearly prior to closure about the above plans via emails where they did not bother to take any actions to find a solution. They did not even reply to my emails in a timely manner.

Due to ADIB failure, We need to speak to a senior person at Salama to find the proper way to continue with the above plans or to have an exit strategy away from ADIB.

Kindly advise who would be the right person to discuss the subject and please consider this as the second level of escalation.

Salama Insurance the auto repair of my car

Hello Salama
I am so much disappointed by the garage you referred to us.
It is located in Al kabaisi road Abu hail deira Dubai near RTA service center.

The just made my car worst and what's more disgusting was I found all my tires soft and they can't explain everything to me.

I hope I could get an action to this issue cos every damaged of our car is being paid by the insurance and I don't deserve bad repair. Please take some action on this. The garage contact number is [protected] his name is Nelson.

Salama Insurance involuntary loss of job benefits after paying credit shield

I am following for the involuntary loss of job benefits from salama insurance for the last six months even after submitting the required documents.
My case no.CLS-182180 and CLS-180735.
I am not getting any support from them only a couple of mails informing that required amount have been sent to Dubai islamic bank which they say they have not received.my settlement given by my employer al futtaim has been blocked.pl help me.

Salama Insurance addition of medical insurance of a new employee in the company.

Dear Sir,
i want to bring one complaint into your notice which is on going by 45 days. Our company Muhammad Saad Nawaz Est. added a new employ into their team as per new laws Saudi laws his medical insurance has to be done from the same insurance company as of the other employs. So we contacted Salama Insurance company as we do always and the person we contacted was Mr. Syed Fasih as per my information and emails are attached below. Your Company (salama insurance ) charge as the full year amount of cash of that person as per your system error. we paid the cash but when we receive the policy it was for 2 months only. We asked for refund the person Agreed but still we didn't receive any. He is trying to play with us and now i am wanting for your action.
Hope that this issue will be resolved soon. Looking forward for your prompt action.

Salama Insurance salama insurance involuntary loss of employment benefit claim no. cl-w-171772

Hi, My self Sajjad, I lost my job in June 2017 I was having Salama job loss Insurance UAE (Claim No. CL-W-171772) and I have submitted my claim on 06-June-2017 and I received confirm receipts of my submission document. On 29-June-2017 I send email for not received my claim they reply me your claim is under process and we will get back ones we have completed. Again when I send email on 19-July-2017 they reply Please note that your claim is still under process. We’ll get back to you once we have the decision. Again on 08-Aug-2017 after 2 months completed I send email for asking my claim status I didn't received any reply again I send 3 reminders on 08, 09 and 11 of Aug-2017 I received email from (Hala Al Badine) that (Referring to the above-mentioned claim, please be informed that we need to verify your current employment and residence status to proceed further.) in this 2 month still my employment details are not verified? and more strange is they are asking me to submit my original documents and passport to Abudhabi branch after 2 months this is happening with Jobless person...is the Employer is waiting for more then 2 months after cancellation there Employee?. then I submitted whatever document was possible with me again after sending several reminders today I am getting email that we regret to inform you you are not covered with this plan. Presently I am in India I got cancelled and exit from UAE and still jobless and wants to pay my Loan dues which I was taken from DIB bank I am very disappointed.
One of the strange thing is there official web site (https://web.salama.ae/contact-us/#feedback) never work if you want to put a complain its only for front end not for listen the query from customers. I have all the chain emails whatever they replied.

Dear sirs,

Sub: non-approval of hernia surgery for card#[protected] - policy med/1372/2016

I understand from mednet that the request for approval from nmc speciality hospital was not approved till date.(medcnt-7726).

Iam shocked to know that a false statement has been fabricated by salama arab islamic insurance for disapproving the surgical process.

If salama arab islamic insurance can show me the documents received from zulekha hospital & nmc speciality based on your investigation, it would be helpful for me.

I wanted to inform you that, im suffering from repeated hernia pain and because of your false assessment im not able to perform hernia surgery.

Salama Insurance Hyat plus - family takaful

After my two of job in abudhabi, i was introduced to salama insurance by one of my relative. The salesperson approached me, telling me that he has a 7 years islamic plan(HYAT PLUS), where i can invest money each month. This is pure life insurance plan. I was told that the first 3 years i wont be able to withdraw cash, but later i can. And they will be investing my hard earned cash on islamic bonds.I signed up, believing that it is a savings account, and i can get the cash any time after three years. But now, after 20 months of investments, due to personal problems, i have stopped contributing, and i have checked their documents, and asked their customer care about the plan. I have been totally cheated by their salesman, coz the first two years of my investment value is nil, and i wont get a penny from this.. And im not practically guaranteed any profit from the profit of the bonds they invest in.. This is a real scam.. Please guys, i have lost my money, and if you are gonna invest your money with this insurance, pls be careful.. Never trust their representative.. Tell them to give full plan details.. before signing the documents..

Already pregnant and does not mention while applying for salama insurance.so salama have blocked all my approvals regarding this.from now, coming 6 month is my delivery, so will you accpet my maternity coverage?do you?
