I deposited 1000$ with this company on the 17 January 2017
All was fine and seemed above board till they sent an email last week stating they were upgrading the Servers and trading would only commence last Thursday the 6th
Since then, they have stopped all form of communications and shut the website down
Other companies that seems to be connected to them are ACM FX and Global trading pros
Sakura claimed to be regulated by the Financial Serviced Commission in Vanuata with number 014783
All 3 websites were created by a Michal Truban with contact number +[protected]
A lot of people have invested here what re
what recourse do we have?

To all live account holders (gtp-FX.com, Sakura trading, acm-FX brokerage)..., report it to actionfraud.police.uk.
I Have contacted Vanuatu financial commision as well.still don't have response. Please contact them. the more people complaining the more they will make immediate action.

I deposit 1000$ [protected]. I don´t remember in whitch country they operating. I have also open a fraud crime with http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/contact-us, I don´t know if it helps.

You can report this online using the option 'Investment Other'. Please even if you deposited 1k your complaint is very important I already submitted my request for the police in the UK to investigate they said they will need all evidence in the future if we complain together they will have enough evidence to investigate and prosecute these people please do not be afraid to do this because I am pretty sure some people gave all their money to this company we need to do something about it.

Dear fellow traders and investors let’s do something about it before they completely disappear. As soon as I get answers from other institutions I will post it everywhere I can.
I have deposited 4600$ in an investor account and been with them from last four months never had any feeling like this did one withdrawal also last month just to check and everythng went smooth but few weeks back they sent one email if i make my acnt 15k they will instead of 25% will charge 10% which I refused but suddenly this happened unable to contact them website is down phone are down too, Kindly please guide what to do next ..

Hi All...I have e mailed the Vanuatu regulator of the scam. they have acknowledged receipt and will respond. i will update you if i hear anything. in the meantime if anyone has any leads please share. thanks.

I am another victim of this company regulated in VANUATU before this all situation they asked me to deposit 20k I'm glad I didn’t, the first thing to do is to write a letter of complaint to the Vanuatu regulator since they are listed in the regulator's website with an active license until October, another thing to do is to contact the local authorities in the countries where they operated provide names and phone numbers address for them to investigate, if you sent the money through wire transfer alert the bank that received the money inform them of the SCAM situation ask them to provide all information related to this criminals to the local authorities guys please do not give up even if you deposited only 1k your complain is important. let's help to stop these terrible situations even if we don't get our money back.

Is this for real. I just made account with them. I thought system will be back in good terms.
I made a withdrawal request on the 28th March and till date there is no fund received.This is a scam. the website does not work. What legal recourse do we have. we cannot allow cheats like this to get away.
