I purchased a brand new laptop and few days later I noticed extremely high noise coming from the DVD unit. I asked for replacement and they said I had to pay shipping charges both ways because I live in Canada.

I sent the faulty unit, and once they received they said it was ok but they will change it anyways!?.

I had to argue with them because they didn't want to use my FedEx account to send it back, but they wanted to charge my credit card.

After I received the spare unit, I found they sent me an used unit, old and not even close to the unit I purchased the laptop with. They said they wanted to try a different brand to see if worked (!!!), but if I wanted, the same type of unit the laptop came originally with, I had to send the one I have first paying shipping charges both ways again.
