I contracted SaffronEdge (also dba SaffronTech) on July 11th, 2019 to build my eCommerce iOS application from scratch to public launch. The timeline of the contract was supposed to be 2.5 months (11 weeks or 77 days) which was supposed to be completed on October 23rd, 2019.

SaffronTech failed to meet this deadline and have taken over a year and counting to the point I had to end the project with them. Per my contract with SaffronEdge, I do not owe them any more money and they were to deliver my files. SaffronEdge instead extorted an additional $1, 250 from me to deliver the files contrarily to my contract with them.

Most importantly, they still have not delivered all my files for the project even after I paid the money, they extorted from me. The few files they have delivered are incomplete and inaccurate and the majority of others, they are refusing to still deliver.

This company has caused my startup a lot and they are not taking any responsibility at all. I am reaching out to Complaints Board to help retrieve back my $1, 250 they extorted from me because not only did this company fail to meet the timeline of our contract, they failed to deliver the project, and also failed to deliver my full files for the project.

Company owner is well know that employees are not getting salary on time but still they do not do anything for this. There is no proper facilities of cab for night shifts Employees have to travel a lot in unsafe environment of "saidulajub" behind metro station and specially in "Sainik Farm Office". The main problem is this company senior management is full of torture, they don't give salary before 15 which almost half the month. If you want proof you can see employees last 4 months salaries. Hope they give salary on time one month but all the time they give salary after half the month. In past months most of the manager resign including me because of this salary and management torture. Owner are full money minded they also do fraud with clients and they have lot of negative words on foreign press release about saffron tech including (SEO.in) cheated on them for the sake of making money.

They make new websites like (SEO.in) and fool the foreign clients which mean they are destroying our India's image. becuae of this kind of company our reputation of India is going down. I have the proof of the foreign clients complaints.

They manupulate the employee and give so many hopes when they join and after joing they always give you threat that they will fire you without any reason. specially senior level they play games with other seniors to make junior level fool and torture them with usless things. Senior management are including (Pritesh, Sam, Sabha, Ankur) They only want people to work as they want if someone try to do good thing so they stop that person and make him fool with unnecessary things and make him to resign. Specially HR including these four people they give executive designation on paper but they take always manager level work from that person and when person ask for increament or improve the designation on paper they torture them to resign. Which is happening from last past 6 months so many good employees resign because they give executive designation on paper but they take work like senior level.

don't think that i am saying lie here is the proof of other complaints.

The company named saffron with website www.Saffrontech.com is totally a fraud company with so many other fake name a like itchimes, where all the managers are rude and unmannered in behavior. Their Managers like Anurag maurya, Johny and one guy who always put a head phone in his ears are so unprofessional that they never talk in English and dress professionally.All of them always tries to disturb and mentally harash a junior employee.Both of them will always shout guest post guest post b coz they don't know anything other than it in seo.They even don't check the spelling and duplicacy in the guest post content and post it every where.Anurag always say in hus bihari language"arey hamra jesa seo manager tum ko mila hai jao aish karo".
Anurag himself always talks with girls in phone while working in the office and makes lots of mistakes in the on page seo and guest post.

And regarding to Faisal kaleem yes he is so rude don't allow his employee a full 1 hour lunch break and force them to sit like a slave in the office computer.

Coming to the point of sachin he comes there just to make time pass of his night without doing any types of works and doing lits if funny jokes there with his relative managers and disturbing lady employees like Swati with double meaning words like swati tum kyun nahi nahati.If he has to do this why don't he make his a separate cabin and do whatever he want.

The office is in the basement with no proper ventilation and any exhaust fan.A place in the basement has already lack if oxygen and accumulation of certain harmful gases. I had asked the office management to put some exhaust fan in the office but they just refused it rudely.

Each day there happens a dispute between employees for sitting in good conditioned chairs, half of the chairs are fully damaged there but management is totally ignorant to this .
Each month there is wrong calculation and distribution of salary to their employees which get solved after few days but why this mis calculation happens each month.No software company in India have such a scene of salary issue

Saffron tech is one of the worst companies becoz
(They make new site becoz their previous site got penalized by google. Now u can understand how much they know about digital marketing)
1-they do black hat seo
2-they make false commitment to clients
3-they make client sites vulnerable to google algorithms like panda penguin and many more to come becoz of doin spam activities by using the identity of client sites
4-senior management is pathetic becoz they dont know properly about digital marketing
5-senior management dont allow juniors to grow in terms of money and knowledge
6-senior management is full of relatives...therefore they dont allow juniors to get ahead of them
7-they always scondle their employees no matter how much effort juniors put in work
8-not good company to work in
9-not good company to give projects to do digital marketing

I have also Bad experience with saffron tech pvt ltd & my all friends have also same. I have worked approx 1year. When I left the saffron tech pvt ltd they deducted 7 days salary without any reason. They only take projects and worked of client till the first installment when they receive payment from client they ignore them. They work only 5-10 days total for one client in a Month and all the links are created by software which is spam. They have one software (Imintelly) who actually doesn't tell anything. They use this just to make the client fool. This is very sadi company. Most of guy's are illiterate not having technical experience. Very Poor Company. Guy's Please beware of such fraud company. They only make the client fool and dont know the single word of SEO.
