In January 2009, I ordered a snowblower I desperately needed from these people. I paid $679.95. I never received the snowblower, as they claimed the shippment was delayed, then they were different from the one pictured so they had to email everyone a picture to see if they still wanted it. I never got an email from them. In March, I finally told some guy Conner to forget the snowblower and give me my money back. He said sure no problem, I would receive a check within 30-60 business days. Tomorrow is June 1st! And guess what, NO CHECK! I've emailed them too many times to count, and still no response. And when you call the phone number they tell you to email, and then hang up

I'm a single mom, on disability, and I really need my money back.

Can anyone help?

Sent wrong parts wrong frame need to buy new mounting hardware and have my frame extended to work on my motorcycle they will not help me

They told me the trike kit was motorcycle specific. It is not. They told me that it would fit my motorcycle. It doesn't. It would take major modification to make it fit. They won't make it right. 2500 down the drain. I was told that I'd have to pay to ship it back to them.

I ordered a sauna from safer wholesale. It cost $3098. I was charged $270 for shipping. The sauna arrived via UPS freight But the UPS driver told me that the packages were damaged and to inspect closer. I did and realized the roof of the sauna was damaged. The UPS driver told me if I wasn’t satisfied to refuse the package. I then refused the package and immediately contacted safer wholesale explaining that the sauna was damaged and I would like another one sent to me. They said “OK no problem, As soon as we receive it back we will send out another one”. Then out of nowhere a few days later I received an email that I will be charge $940 for shipping the sauna back to them, so they will only return partial of my refund. First off UPS doesn’t charge them anything to them if I refuse the package. Second the shipping back to them would have been $270 at the most. This is a complete and utter scam by this company. Look at their other reviews. Do not purchase from them! I’m starting to think they Do this all the time and I’m getting my lawyer involved. this is so wrong. I can’t stand when businesses take it advantage of people. They should be held accountable and I will not be letting this go.

2 trike will not stay running appears to not be getting fuel. Starts then shuts off. Has new fuel, and is full . Has spark, Battery full

I purchased the 6' Four Person Nordic Pine Outdoor Barrel Sauna w/ Sauna Heater from here. It is so perfect, looks beautiful too. We are so happy we purchased it now we can enjoy the winters even by sitting outside in this pretty barrel. It was worth the pay

When i received it, i saw that the axle was hard welded to the frame, even though the parts list said it had a torsion axle. When i emailed for help, i was told they were "always welded" and the instructions were old and wrong by a very insulting person. This axle makes it unsafe to carry passengers or fragile cargo.

I won a civil suite against them and still cannot get my money, this is a ongoing fight. Someone send me their bank information and information on if they have any items not in peoples hands let in Virginia like storage or even items coming into the commonwealth on trucks. I made a purchase on 4/21/11 for a go-kart. The one that I paid for was not in stock after they already debited my account for it. They sent me a different one with the promise of a $400.00 refund. It is now almost September and still no refund. WHAT A RIP OFF.

Purchased a motor bike, when it was delivered and was missing an important safety feature. It took
me two months to return the bike I had to get a company that would crrate the bike WILL in the store to satisfy this amount but since I don't have a catalog, its impossible to pick something out.
DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY ARE RUDE, NASTY, AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR REFUND/ tHIS IS A TWO YEAR ONGOING BATTLE. MY HANDS ARE TIED.

I ORDERED A POOL FROM THI COMPANY ON 6/18/14 AND HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER WITH NO LUCK AND TODAY I WAS TOLD"I HAVE PRINTED AND SUBMITTED YOUR PAPERWORK TO MY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOU WITHIN 24HRS." WITHIN AN HOUR OF THAT PHONE CALL I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY WILL BE REFUNDING MY MONEY IN APROIMATELY 30 DAYS AS POOL IS OUT OF STOCK. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!..., I HAD TO TURN THEM OVER TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT OF MY BANK...I WAS VERY LUCKY TO GET MY MONEY REVERSED BACK ...They told me they could not except my charge card that I had to send them a photo copy of my check and a photo ID...So stupid me I did...Then what they did was take a computer check and make it out to a different company ( Global Sports ) with your account number and routing no...I was told over the phone that I would get my product 7-10 business days then I was sent a receipt (Finally) that stated 10-15 business days...I did not get the product..Went to my bank told them the whole story..I had to close my account open a new one..since they now have my old account with the routing and account numbers..just to let you know they could keep writing checks to themselves if they really wanted to since they have all this info... I will warn anyone that I know or runinto not to do business with this company...SHAME ON YOU SAFERWHOLESALE.COM

My brother originally ordered a 400cc Sand Sniper Dune Buggy. This was a bucket list wish purchase for my brother who has terminal cancer, he wanted he and his wife to enjoy some evening rides in his remaining days. Two days after bank draft cleared ($5750.74 this includes the vehicle, shipping, additional residential shipping, 6 months extended parts warranty) Jake (salesman) calls and said that they did not have this model in stock and it would take a very long time to get from manufacturer, blah blah blah HOWEVER he had a new 800cc Warrior which was bigger, better, blah, blah blah that he could ship out immediately and the price on it was $750 cheaper than what my brother had already paid. Salesman, Jake, said he couldn't refund the $750 but he would issue a store credit. Anyway, my brother let the salesman talk him into the 800cc model being that it was cheaper and could ship immediately. My brother (with my sister in law on speaker phone as a witness) ask if he would have to assemble anything and was told that he would only have to put the wheels on, gas her up, get license plates and go. A couple weeks later is when the nightmare really began... the trucking company delivering it called and said that he would have to come to their terminal (50 miles away) and pick up the product if he didn't have a forklift to unload it with. So much for the extra $295 he paid for residential delivery, huh. He gets it home and the assembling began, the front and rear suspensions had to be assembled and installed before they could think about putting the wheels on (had to recruit some help because my brother is not physically able to do that type of assembling; too strenuous). When they took the plug out of the oil pan out pours brown liquid that looks like chocolate milk? Great Sports said this is standard oil pan filler liquid so as rust will not set up? Anyway, they drained it all out then when they poured the coolant into the radiator I notice the fluid is running out of the oil pan (wait a minute, that's not suppose to happen.). Then the fun part, I called Great Sports, Inc. to get some help. What a joke! They were no help at all. So, my brother had a professional mechanic come and take a look at it and he said that without taking anything apart he could tell it needed a head gasket (3 cylinder), thermostat gasket and an exhaust gasket..And if I was a betting person I would say that the block is probably cracked but I do not know that for certain at this point. Anyway, we passed this info on to the parts department at Great Sports, Inc. and three weeks later my brother received a head gasket for a 4 cylinder engine (mine is a 3 cylinder, did they not look at my paperwork before they ordered the parts!), thermostat plug was twice the size of the one needed without a gasket and GS said that since there were only 800 of the 800cc produced they could not find an exhaust gasket (in other words...they said, too bad, so sad can't help you with that buddy). After tons of phone calls that produced no resolution I sum this experience up by saying, I watched my brother spend over $5k with Great Sports, Inc and they failed to mention that he was buying a 2007 model (not new model as described) 800cc piece of junk that would have to be assembled and that it would not be operable upon arrival! Buyer beware. There are hundreds of other people out there that have been HAD by this company who operates under multiple names. Do your homework before you buy.

I purchased a Dynamic 1500 Infrared Space Heater on a 24 hour sale from these clowns thinking that they were a reputable co. Purchased Dec. 13, 2011. Received it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and family. It worked ok for a few months about (6) to be exact and died. I had an electrician check it out and he said it would cost more to fix then it was worth. So I lost $218.00 and they lost a badly needed heater. My paperwork accompanying the heater had no return information of any kind. I decided to check them out on-line and I found they are a scam and dishonest. Could not return item or get a refund. I decided to write this comment to warn others and maybe somehow get a refund.,

I am commenting today as a very satisfied customer of Safer Wholesale. I recently purchased a motor scooter from them and am thoroughly impressed with both the quality and professionalism of this company. I must admit that I was very skeptical of this companies reputation at first, due to the volume of negative feedback about Safer Wholesale that was left on various different feedback sites. Do not, and I repeat, do not be swayed by this feedback! A lot of the reviews were left by individuals who do not appreciate the nature of “Wholesale” entities. They sometimes act as middlemen who make arrangements with various other retailers to provide you with a deeply discounted price on items that could cost you almost double elsewhere. I will qualify my opinion by relating my own experience with this company. When I ordered my scooter, I was informed that I would receive it within 10 - 15 business days. I received it on 7/19/2012, which is Nine business days after placing the order! I emailed my request for the Certificate of Origin/Title on 7/20/2012 and received it today, 07/23/2012. My sincerest thanks to Veronica for her speedy response. The delivery company that they used (R&L Carriers) delivered it undamaged, except for a small dent on the chrome accent located on the muffler, and were very professional in arranging a convenient time for delivery. Kudos to you guys. You did great! I will be sure to recommend Safer Wholesale to all my friends and associates who might be in the market for a great deal on a name brand scooter. So, to anyone taking the time to read this review, do yourself a favor, when shopping for a moped/scooter, give these guys a ring! Believe me, you won’t be sorry. P>S. I wish more satisfied customers would leave feedback. This helps a prospective customer, like I was, weed through all the negative comments out there with better peace of mind! I buy stuff from amazon all the time, fine what and the name and search amazon they will probably have it.
I have never had a bad time with amazon. Once I had problem with receiving the product and blamed Amazon.
Guess what it was the Gov run Post office. I have Medications go to a Po Box, so the kids wont steal my meds and dope it up.
No Box on the street, so they wouldn't deliver my stuff.
To fix the problem I put us a picture of a mail box on a Pole, and since then my mail comes to a my PO Box now and ever thing works now.
That's our Gov, funny to me many people want it bigger, boy what world do they live in.

i recently bought a scooter from safer the guy on phone told me 10 to 15 days its now going on 20 days and i cant seem to get a straight answer, Now I'm reading these complaints and I'm getting real nervous.I like to believe in the best, the type of scooter i ordered safer is the only one that carried it so i went with them, So far everyone i talked with was nice and seemed to kind of give me a answer but told me to leave my number and they would get back to me.i leave them emails they sent me coupons to buy more stuff, i still did not receive my scooter .i hope I'm just jumping the gun, safer told me i would hear from them tomorrow, so ill give them the benefit and if i don't post back on this than safer is just some times late and not that bad of a company, keeping fingers crossed.i really hope i get an answer tomorrow if not i was told i could do a charge back threw credit card company i used, and that means I'm not charged for the scooter i get a full return of money i was going to give them and their is nothing they can get from me as far as money that's why its better to pay with credit card rather than check or other methods, people pray for me that i get my unit from safer I'm a hard working good American person that tries to see and believe the best in everyone and everything,

I finally recieved my scooter. Charged the battery and filled it with gas. Scooter didn't start and the gas leaked all over the driveway.

We are dealing with the same issue in colorado. Bought a bike earlier this year, and the thing is it has all the street legal parts But the vin number they couldnt find so we had to request a new one. too find out all this time later that this bike is NOT STREET LEGAL in colorado and it states on their website that this is STREET LEGAL and the salesman even told us it was thats why we bought it. Not my Fault i have no idea what the vin number is or what the Epa sticker says untill you buy the bike. They said they would refund it now but now basically told us to go screw ourselfs. It's okay we are haveing somebody looking at this for us right now.

On scooters call the supplier at Kandi USA [protected] they seem to understand what is going on with unsafewholesale AKA Great Sports and they helped me. Save ALL emails to safewholesales to document for they run their mouths. Email constantly to get more information. Then send ALL your emails from safewholes to sales@kandiusa.com attn: GM of sales with your complaint and cc to saferwholsales.com. Look up online Zhejiang Kandgi Vehicles Co., LTD that is the manufacture of All Kandi products. Same as with Kandi USA make your complaint with all emails from safewholesales cc saferwholesale.com. Call constantly, record all phone calls, and type them into a transcipt. You then will have documentation of all the deception, BS, and especially the LIES. Me! I was told the scooter will be shipped this week but with first, it was the wrong scooter ( my fault, really), the second was 2010(my fault didn't ask).
Explaination no 2011 scooters in the USA and I got them because I had talked Kandi USA who told me that they had no 2010 scooters.
I am not done because it is my time to get them. UNSAFER

I think the way go is a class action complaint to the Attonery General of Illinois about the total disregard of consumer rigths. File a complaint for Thief by Deception under Penal Law 540.19 a class D felony. I think the numbers are right but can look it up on line under Thief by Deception. No just one complaint but anyone who has a complaint with get together and file together. This company UNSAFER WHOLESALES tells you what want to hear and does nothing but screw you on products, delivery, and most important price.
Please respond to this because I know how to get them. Enough response to this, I will start will give all the UNSAFER'S my email and phone number and let us get them. Bill

Yes...the Attorney General's Office is the way to go. I onced worked as a Home health Aide. My Client and I Parted Unamicably. He wasen't going to pay me my last check. So I called the AGO, and; they actually have a department for HHA complaints. I left a note on my client's door telling him I was going to do this(and, his wife works for Lawyers, ) and I received my check the next Friday. The Better Business Bureau will mark the complaint down but; they won't actively pursue the Company.

I was about to order a Sleeper Sofa from Safer Wholsale, but now I am reconsidering doing so. I think when it comes to ordering online; I will stick to reputable companies known by most to offer good service, knowledgable and courteous staff, and quality merchandise, like: Macys, Target, Walmart, etc...And, I think I'll check out a local store for my sleeper. To the Woman on disability: I'm sorry about what happened to you. I too am on disability. Fortunately, I live with a Nurse who makes decent money, or i would be up the creek! Call the Better Business Bureau, and threaten them with the Attorney general's Office, and even a Lawyer, as a last result. Everyone is afraid of lawyers. And, as for me; I'm trotting on down to Jordan's Furniture...

So i've been researching saferwholesale.com extensively and kept seeing websites like these that expose their fraudulent practices and im quite proud that i have. When i 1st came across their site i saw my dream moped ( The Blue Maui Dreamer 49cc ) on sale for only $589.00, the original price was supposedly 1600+ and claimed that i was saving over 1200 dollars. It also claimed that this was a one day sale price only and i became skeptical of it and thought hmmmm maybe i should hurry up and buy this but then my logic savvy kicked in and i began researching if saferwholesale.com was legit and sure enough it was absolute ###. So i came back to the site a day later and wouldn't you know the same scooter is on sale for * ONE DAY ONLY * sale price, and i came back the following day just to be certain and you bet your ### it was on sale again for a ONE DAY ONLY SALE PRICE OF 589.95 *WOW* So i called the company anyway just to see what they would say asking them if i had still had time to buy this item ( referencing the one day only sale price ) and they said yes. So i said to the rep. acting as if i was someone interested in buying this product after he asked for my CC# ( yes its 3475 6578------ You people are fraudulent scamming sons of ### and you wont be getting my ###in money good day!) and HUNG UP.

These hotlines and complaints to the Better Business Bureau are great to vent but if you go to the State Attorney General of Illinois, you can file a simple consumer complaint form. Use Great Sports, Inc aka Gobeltrailor, Inc and (un)saferwholesale, this should get attention if all make complaints. Bill

Based on all these complaints, if I were a company executive of Saferwholesale I would ask myself one question, how can we stay in business without a lawsuit? If what these people say is true, and I am currently waiting on a Moped from them, when will the slippery slope of poor service and quality cause a major class action litigation?

I should have researched this company first. I finally received the scooter I ordered about a month and a half ago but guess what no paperwork. I thought it would be the perfect birthday gift but he cant even ride it. I am very unsatisfied.

I am still trying to get them to return the scooter that they sent me that was not even what I ordered. My husband finally unwrapped it today as every email that I have sent stating that I want the scooter THAT I ORDERED or a refund they just go around that subject and tell me that they will give me a 1 year warranty on parts only (all the other sites that sell this scooter automatically come with a 1 year engine and frame warranty and then you can buy a parts warranty). Which means if a part is messed up they MAY send me a part in it's place but I have to take it to a mechanic to fix the problem. Once my husband unwrapped the scooter he found that the side view mirror is totally inoperable. He then found the owner's manual in the trunk. The scooter only holds weight up to 176 lbs. - the only person in my house under 176 lbs. is me. The scooter was not purchased for me. We purchased the Cobalt Blue Sicily scooter, 6 HP scooter that was supposed t hold up to 300 lbs adn go 45 mph. We received a Baby Blue ZNEN scooter (which is not on their website) that is 4 HP, goes 25 mph and only holds up to 176 lbs. They will not return it, will not give me my money back. They have offered $120 and a parts only 1 year warranty and a helmet. Well, that helmet is not much good if no one can ride the scooter now is it? NEVER, EVER BUY FROM SAFER WHOLESALE. THIS IS THE MOST UNSAFE PURCHASE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!

I ordered a scooter from this company. It's the 500 Watt Electric Speedster. I have not received it and I was told 10 business days. After calling several times and being put on Hold over 10 mins. Some one picks up to tell Me I would have to call back in an hour, that their Computers were down. They could not help me with a Tracking number. I'm so afraid I'm not going to get My Scooter that I got as a gift for my Brother. I will be out $ 820.15 . When I talk to Matthew that took my order on March 26/2017 He ask Me to pay by check. I said No, I will be using My Credit card. He charge me $59 .00 dollars extra just for using My credit card. Plus He charged me $149.00 for a year warranty. Total $820.15 . Now today I called Safer Whole and Spoke to Roger, and He tells the scooter will shipped April 14/2017 . After reading all the comments from people that have ordered from this SO CALLED COMPANY, I feel like I will be Scammed too. I called My Credit card company today and told Them about My problem with the order. The Person told me to give the Company the 10 days of receiving my purchase and if I don't, Please call My Credit Card Company back. I will NEVER Order from Safer Whole Rip off again. I had a weird vibe about ordering from them. I wish I had went with my gut feeling and Not ordered from them. This company needs to be shut down. God Bless Us that have been Scammed.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 scooters from "safer" wholesale on April 15, 2011. The scooters were delivered on April 27, 2011. The salesman Charlie (Chuck) told me that the certificates of origin were at the company offices in Illinois and Chuck told me specifically that once I received the scooters, I needed to email customer service and request the certificates and they should be in my mailbox (Florida address) in 2 to 3 days. On [protected], the day after the scooters were delivered, I emailed customer service and requested the certificates of origin. I got a reply from Allie in customer service who said, "I have requested that paperwork from the manufacturer for you. As soon as I receive it in from them I will get it processed and mailed out to you immediately. Typically this whole process does not take longer than 2-3 weeks at the very most." After 3 weeks of waiting, I called customer service and was told by yet another rep that this process can take FOUR weeks. Then after a full MONTH of waiting, I emailed Allie in customer service and DEMANDED to know where my certificates were. I got a reply from Brittney in customer service which said "I received your paperwork in from the manufacturer on May 24th. I processed it and mailed it out to you on that same day. You should be receiving your paperwork shortly". On June 6th 2011 my patience ran out. I emailed Brittney back and DEMANDED to be contacted by somebody with authority or I would report this to my local attorney general, I was immediately called by GINA, who stated that she would reprimand those who lied and mislead me. Gina PROMISED to start the process all over and request new certificates of origin from the manufacturer and promised to overnight the documents to me. Gina also said that she would keep me posted as to what "solutions" were reached. It has been 3 days and NO WORD FROM GINA. Obviously it is GINA'S JOB to BS and "pacify" customers who are being SCAMMED. It has now been OVER 6 WEEKS since the units were delivered and my scooters are GATHERING DUST and USELESS TO ME because I cannot register them without the CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN. ALSO, BOTH scooters have electrical problems with the lights and one has engine problems and requires so many restarts that the starter and battery are failing prematurely. Can you say INFERIOR PRODUCTS? So far, I have been LIED TO by CHARLIE (Chuck) the sales rep, I was then LIED TO by ALLIE in customer service, then LIED TO by BRITTNEY in customer service, now I'm being PACIFIED by GINA. I know full well that this company has NO INTENTION of resolving this matter in a timely manner IF AT ALL (I believe the latter), but they certainly TOOK MY MONEY in a hurry. My mistake was NOT RESEARCHING SAFER WHOLESALE on /link removed/ or on consumer complaint sites such as this one. I REPEAT... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is *AMAZING* that this company is allowed to continue RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF after YEARS of complaints such as this and others posted here, as well as those posted on /link removed/ I see that saferwholesale.com has their spies responding to these complaints and FURTHER deceiving those who have been wronged by their employer. To those, I ask this question: "HOW DOES IT FEEL, DEEP DOWN IN YOUR HEART OF HEARTS KNOWING YOU ARE AIDING AND ABETTING A BLATANTLY CRIMINAL COMPANY like safer wholesale? Hey, it's a paycheck RIGHT?. People, don't believe the posts from this company's representatives stating that safer wholesale, Great sports inc. will work to resolve these issues, they do NOT. This company is NOT a "great sport" nor is there anything "safer" about dealing with them. PAY MORE and BUY DIRECT FROM A DEALER even if it means driving a few hundred miles. At least you will have direct access to a company that WILL work with you or refund 100% of your money should the product be defective or unsatisfactory.

I ordered a moped on the 21st of last month and I am wishing that I get my product soon. I ordered as a gift for my husband and I have not received any email telling me when its going to be delivered. When I call everyone seems very nice, but all of these reviews I just read has me sort of skeptical. I am really skeptical now because they wanted me to use an electronic check and I did. Hopefully everything turns out fine.
