[Resolved] Safecart / safecart phone check

Tried calling Safecart a couple of times, one in January and the second on March 23rd, to remove my bank charge and when I called they hung up. All I'm asking is to cancel my subscription with Safecart, and it appears that this is fraud. Fraudulent charges are against the law and if I continue to see charges appear on my account, I will notify the police about this.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
