Hello I had a deal with mr sadid or SID lodi I think he is a con artist has anyone else had any problems with mr lodi? I do not want to get into details on the internet I am elderly and I think he may have taken advantage of me could someone post a phone number so i can contact you Thank you
Sadly I am also working on a file with Sid and I have had the absolute worst time from start to now. We are now in escrow on our 2nd extension and I am not able to reach him at all and he is not returning anyones calls. We need to find a way to get this guy out of the business.

THIS PROPERTY WAS FORECLOSED BY THE BANK, THE OWNER WAS RESTRAINED BY THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES TO COME NEAR THE PROPERTY AS THE PROPERTY WAS CONDEMNED BY THE CITY AS UNSAFE. THE OWNER WAS ARRESTED FOR BREAKING THE COURT ORDER. THE REALTOR HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FORECLOSURE AND HAS NOT BENEFITED AT ALL FROM THIS PROPERTY. THE OWNER IS A LIAR.

I am sorry to hear that you are another victim of Sid Lodi. I would like to have more people come forward who have been frauded by Sid Lodi. He is an agent with Omini Investments located in Diamond Bar. He sells real estate with a suspended real estate licsense. Mr. Lodi has sold my home in West Hollywood, saying it was a foreclosure sale, and sold it to a private investor without my consent, or knowledge of the intent to do so.
