Sachs Solutions software and internet problems

BEWARE of this company! They are the worst! Don't have anything to do with them. They're a rip-off! If you've dealt with them, then you'd know this. If you signed a contract with them every time you have a problem they'll fix it, but not before insisting on MORE money! If you' have signed up with them, make sure you contact a person you know there and feel you can trust. They're few and far between. Whatever you do, DO NOT let MAC WILLIAMS work on your computer. He's extremely impatient, rude, obnoxious and if he feels you're giving him a hard time, he'll hang up on you. So I'm warning you, if you haven't yet signed up with this company and are considering DO NOT do it. Each time you call for help, it's going to cost you LOTS OF MONEY.

Sachs Solutions Incompetent service with 3rd world unintelligible speakers

The company telephoned me within one minute of my informing the computer security of a problem I was having with my desk top computer. The represenItative clearly answered when asked iffy they were with the firewall provider I was under an agreement with, yes, they representatives of that service. A second male representative called stating additional fees for service were required and began remote testing and repairs of the computer. Under his control the computer's function became limited and nonresponsive. At least 20+ occasions other 3rd world callers were contact me at random unscheduled telephone calls and take over remote control and with hours of my time at the caller's direction under attempt to straight out the computer so that it was usable, all reworking were not successfully. This went on for months, calls of one hour and longer were received at random times which were not co-ordinated with me but with no set schedule being established. Going online using 'Google' pages, the exact same situation were documented by others. It time for your agency to investigate this scam!
