Very unprofessional business. She will waste aspiring model's time and money. She wasted my time, now I'm trying to find another modeling agency to model for now... But it's hard to trust. Do not go to this company. The model pictures I paid for looks cheap. Sabrina, the owner, has a very bad and unprofessional attitude, doesn't know how to do business with models and their guardians. Other businesses look down on her business because of the reviews they received about her by word of mouth. The fakest person I've ever met. Smiles in your face, but then talks about the models behind their backs. This is not a good role model and business woman. Never met a kind of "business" like this one before. Will never go back. I believe you can find a better modeling agency than this one!
Yes I did check out the company to see if there were any bad reviews posted. I even checked out the BBB. I didn't see anything bad so I gave it a shot.
But, you learn from things like this, and I've definitely learned alot. That's the only thing I can thank her for. Just learn from your mistakes and keep it moving.
I hope and pray to god there is nothing wrong with this company ... I am now as we speak speaking with the secretary sending pictures in to try and full fill a life long dream I have had since childhood .
Wow, I've also heard about this company. And what I have heard was not good, either. I'm in the fashion marketing industry, and from business woman to business woman, you must act professional at all times, and should treat everyone with respect. The fact that this person did all of what you said, isn't a great business person and should find work in a different field. What I heard about this company was kind of similar to what disappointed model stated above. And the fact that I've heard this more than once, it's a red flag right there that it's no coincidence that I've heard it more than once from different sources. Also, you can clearly see that this lady is unprofessional, because look at her reaction towards the first post. I mean, how unprofessional can you get? If someone releases their feelings about a company, you must always keep it professional. I'm not saying don't defend yourself, but I'm saying to do it in a civilized, professional, sophisticated way. Seems like this lady has some serious problems! I don't think disappointed model had a problem with the photos and photographer, by reading the rest of her post, there were more significant things that seemed to have bothered this model. Look deeper into what the model stated.
You can find cheaper and better work easy if you just search at the online modeling sites that are free. Photographers are always trying to build their portfolios and usually dont mind doing the pictures for the ability to use them in their own references.
And you not going to see anything bad on me, because I cant make agents pick models if you dont have what it takes, , , doing ten shows or less dont make you the next top model, , , and if you that good dont stop with me, , , go to some more agencies and see what they say and if you makew ill guess ill see you where you need to be, , , i can push you all day long but you are who you are, , , stop blaming me fore your rejection, , , i have been rejected to, , ONE thing for sure i am no coward, , , and will lose no sleep in the city!, , , , , LOOK FOR MY NEW magazine, , , 40 40 club for fashion week in ny, , , and by the way doing shows still in the metro!1 wish you all the best! through god all things are possible and i continue to thank him for all my blessings!
First of all, to the PUBLIC, , , , This is a bitter person who is no longer part of the company, I represent as the face of ! I am not a photographer, I can t take pictures, , If you or anyone is upset with the pictures dont blame the photographer, take a look at yourself, Everyone who knows the bussiness it takes time to be a model does not happen over night, and surely not even within a year, In the ten years of working never had a problem with anyone, , some people cant take rejection well, , like the judge said your feelings has tooken the best of you! I have made it, you cant and will not break me, , still in bussiness, , have all my credentials that i have proven in court and won with this same person, , doing shows in the same town, , , I cant make someone pick someone to be a model, , but i will strive hard for there success but if you are not totally committed what do you expect . Any to YOU! you can type to your hands fall off, , I want complaints, police and google to know this is how tragedys start, , , i have a stalker, , this person is still dwelling on me like you know me personally, , , I can assure you i will not lose any sleep over you but I am going to pursue with the righrt percautions, , , this is not about the business its about me being mean, , want some tissue, , , keep it up somebody is going to get hurt, , , so CXonsumer complaints you all have this and you all know records and keep them please take this serious1!, , , I have a psycho on my hand !
Wouldn't have checking this agency out BEFORE you went to work w/ them been a better idea, OP?
They might be a "bad" place to represent you...but you chose their company.
