SABC / TV Licences — poor service from tv licence
Tv licence number: [protected]
Payement was made in November of 2016. Done via the FNB cellphone app. I have emailed the proof of payment through numerous times and my account has still not rectified.

I have had no joy in resolving this matter, on top of that i'm been charged interest even though i have made payment.
The call centre agents are absolutely useless, cause if they feel they don't want to assist you then they put you on hod and then you must explain the whole reason why you called. It highly frustrating and annoying. I do hope that I will get a response here and assistance in resolving this problem.
