SA Florist / Extemely Poor Service
I placed an order on line on teh 8 February 2013, Made a payment on the same day as per instructions. I mailed the proof of payment immediately. A week later (14 Feb 2013) on teh day of the delivery, I call to find out on the delivery status, I get told they did not receive payment, I resent teh proof of payment, tehy acknowledge the payment and say teh delivery will be made teh next day with an apology. The next day, nothing, I call no answer, I sent a mail, no respond.
This is a dissapointing, poor service and unreliable.
