RX Online / Bad experience!

On 3.23.08 I ordered a prescription from RX Online ( They sent me a tracking number through USPS but the package was delivered to someone in Texas and I live in California. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and they told me I have to contact USPS but I can't make changes since I wasn't the sender. They then admitted they made a mistake and promised a new tracking number the following week. I follow up with them everyday and I occasionally get a response back stating they will have an update for me soon. It has been over six weeks and now they no longer respond to my messages. They don't have a phone number of physical address; therefore, I should have known better.
