They cheated and scammed us and many others out of good homes try getting your home appraised, it is worth less than what you paid. According to the public records of the Investigations of the homes your home was in FACT one listed that is why your roof was replaced. Me again. Still reading these posts. The homeowners association dues for my house were $112 when it was built. In January 2009, four and a half years later, my dues went up to $115. Yep. A whopping $3. In nearly five years. Very reasonable I think.

I keep reading these posts. There are so many inaccurate statements written. The Rancho Obispo development has 53 homes. Only 7 of them are for "poor people" (including me!) that are in the Affordable Home Program.

I'm heidi of 1773. I see someone is reporting that I had a leak in my roof. NOT TRUE! My roof was perfectly fine. I have always been Very Happy with Hertel. I found them very gracious and responsive to all my needs. I have a twin home. My common wall neighbor has sex very loudly with all her windows open. She also isn't bright enough to move her headboard two or three inches away from the wall. When I talked with Hertel and told them of my discomfort with my common wall neighbors sounds they doubled the insulation in my common wall at no expense to myself.

This mess gets bigger by the day he also has been dealing with Meridian Realty Consultants at the same address as Regal General Contractors with "Partners" Devon Nicole Fowler (Giordano) and Co, the Bankruptcy investigation will uncover all this buyer beware of the mess.

They are now in chapter 7 RW Hertel & Sons was ordered this week into Bankruptcy, they now will face investigations and trustee's to undue there scams and pay those Fowler and Hertel scammed. Once and for all they are now over, let the cell doors come closing on them.

Hello where is the missing builder Hertel ? There email is gone the web site removed the phones and fax numbers disconnected they are NO where to be found last week one of there soon to be x employee's said all have been closed or laid off, They the owners Ron Hertel and Bob Fowler are hiding some where ?

They are in default on millions in fraudulent loans, do pay for services rendered have bounced checks all over the town. The Modest Bee just this week is reporting they have been cited for causing environmental damage to there now closed and bankrupt project in Patterson, Ca Diablo Grande Legends, LLC got there fancy airplane confiscated and now seem to be hiding ? I was told by the DA's Office it appears they are in some trouble with many banks and homeowners for defective homes and the Contractors State License Board has issued a Notice of pending revocation of there license for FAILURE TO PAY FINAL CIVIL JUDGMENTS.

But that still does NOT answer why my New Hertel home is falling apart ? and no one can be found in the company to fix it ? Regina Cera says all the homes are falling apart that is why they are going out of business.
