SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I got wrong order and the seller overcharged me

My company placed large order on the website We received the confirmation email and approximate date of delivery. After that we noticed that they overcharged us and provided completely wrong order. I was shocked, so I immediately contacted the rep, who refused to help and stopped to reply to our complaints. I’m very disappointed and better don’t buy from them, ‘coz they are scammers and provide bad stuff.
