Russells / damaged furniture
I purchased a madina lounge suite from russells ladybrand in december 2008. I reported this matter in february 2009 and was told the lounge would be collected for repairs, that was done and instead it was badly damaged rather than to be repaired.
Now I want to exchange this suite and I am being told I was supposed to have reported this within 7 days but in th econtract there is no clause that says such.
Please help me deal with this because I don't want this lounge suite anymore..
