Customer service consist of only indian descendent and they're customer service is horrible, they do not work with you on anything, they ignore your concerns and just keep saying i'm sorry about that, when in fact they're not. They give you the run around and lie to you, they are not a real bank they're rip-offs. I wish I knew then what I know now about rush card, I will be canccelling my account once I get my money back. Do not get rushcard, do not! Get some other prepaid card with two day early deposit, not rushcard!

RushCard / UniRush debit card

I've been with rushcard for 10 years every time my card gets ready to expire in December I usually receive my card for some odd reason this year I did not receive my updated card and was told I could use my card. Will December 31 came and I tried to purchase my kids some pizza to bring in New Years and the card said declined due to my card being expired. So I said that can't be true so then I go to the atm to swipe my card and the atm reads declined expired card. So I proceeded to contact rush card to find out where is my card. I was connected with a disrespectful customer service rep who informed me that my card was sent out December 3 2018 and that I should check my mail box. I then replied today is December 31 you telling me it takes 30 days to receive an updated card. He said no it takes 7-10 business days so I replied so where is my card? He replied check my mail box smh I found that to be rude. Then I was told because they have to send a replacement card I would be charged a $5.00 fee which I think is unfair due to the fact that I'm suppose to automatically get a new Card when my card expires. So I contacted rush again today and asked them where is my card because I need to feed my kids. And why am I paying for a card I never received I'm not understanding. Then the supervisor Tony told me he tells me I can pay for expedited shipping for 35 dollars I'm done with Rush I need a lawyer

RushCard / UniRush online account

I logged into my account then it kicked me out and said my account was suspended. I called twice and the agents were rude. I verified all my information but for so e reason they said my phone number was wrong when I've only had two numbers since I've had this account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no. Now I can't access my account or funds because their customer service sucks, their services sucks, and charge to many fees to have your money go to a card that is scamming people. Now if I give my address, my date of birth and my social security number why can't u be helped and the pin to the card and card number. How do you tell someone they changed their number when I can prove I've only had two phone numbers. I have worked for the government and as long as a person could provide address, date of birth, social security number, their identity you helped them, never denied help because of a phone number. if I stole someone's card I wouldn't know their pin, address, date of birth, or social security number. This is [censored] and I'm leaving rush card and I better be able to get my mind eye tomorrow when I go to the atm since I was told I could still use it.

RushCard / UniRush service

I called n filled a dispute about transactions on my card..Ive never did this before n wasn't told that my card would b blocked n no longer useable.I was informed that a new card would be issued but the address on file was an old after a n in order to send a replacement I had to update online.was also told after calling n later being told my card was blocked n that going online would do no go being card was blocked .I was then told to submit a letter along with id, proff off address saying i give rush permission to update info.I did.was told the proff of residency was not excepted it was the only thing I had being that all my mail I had was to old address that was in liveable do to hurricane micheal.was told to then write a state ment explaining I live with my mother n the bills were n her name along with her signature n her id to show i dont have any other proff of residency. I did that..I fax the documents 3 times n each time only 1 or 2 would b accepted.This experience was abosolutly awful..was told 1st time once card is issued it would take 24 to 48 hours to arrive. Then another person said 7 to 8 days it will arrive.I explained I was told it would b 24 to 48 hours they said mo.I explained how I have been cooperating with them even though they did no explain to me the process of letting me know my card would b blocked n that I couldn't wait that long being that because of all this I'm behind on bills n needed my money.I had to then pay 30 dollars to expedite my card as well as a 5 dollar replacement card fee.This service was the worst I have ever had n will soon b cutting ties with them as soon as i het my card.

RushCard / UniRush treated like a like when I was a victim of fraud

I made a dispute on 11/7/2018. I live in Kansas City Missouri and made 4 purchases on my card locally.

I went to use my card for a 5th time and it was declined. I called RUSHCARD MEMBER SERVICED at which time I saw other charges I was no ware of and disputed them. They were Google apps purchased. I know what they now are.

I called and canceled the dispute on the Google charges. I however still told rep I had not made a purchase to Best Buy in Philadelphia PA for $61.95. And that I only have one card on my account, which RUSHCARD can confirm I have never had a 2nd card. No one knows my pin it is memorized.

I asked to Rep I talk to that he could confirm my purchases at home in Kansas City Mo not PA. He said yes. RUSHCARD has denied my dispute. This is theft and fraud and RUSHCARD has no way to protect this type of thing from happening and refused to even give me my $61.95 back.

I live pay check to pay check i.e my payroll is deposited to my RUSHCARD. I have been with them since 2007 and this is wrong. There is no way I'm in KC shopping with my card and making a purchase at a BEST BUY IN PA. They have treated me like a liar I am a victim of fraud and theft.

I at this point and hurt and feel let down by RUSHCARD. I pay my $5.95 monthly fee every month and have for over 8 years now and to be treated this way is dead wrong.

RushCard / UniRush refund on authorized transaction

did.not authorize a transaction and asked fir refund and not waiting for it, needs to be done by Monday. they said they have to investigate, unauthorized means I did not request this to be done its fraudulant and want it back now. bas bad customer service and will not be using this card after i get my money back. do.not get this card they take money from you every month and then when you have problems they never let u get it back.

RushCard / UniRush a credit card that closes on holidays???

So apparently this is the first year that I can't get my paycheck on time because it's Thanksgiving and the bank they use is closed. So I say to whoever she was " rushcard closes on holidays now?" she didn't know how to answer that question. This company has become horrible over the last few years. Money that was refunded back to my account was pulled by them and held for up to 10 days. But it's my money. You are holding a refund for days for safety reasons? I can go on and on. But I'm done with them. And I'm spreading the word about them. It's Thanksgiving.. And my check is held until tomorrow. Because they are closed. GTFOH!

RushCard / UniRush debit card

I noticed in august of 2018 that Rush Card wasn't sending me any text alerts or billing statements so I called and inquired in August of 2018 as it appeared that my account status didn't look as if it was right. Upon doing so, i asked for monthly billing statements in which I use to receive but wasn't. I called when I did not receive any billing statements. I receive billing statements by email and notice that there was an error in an unauthorized transaction of 1, 822.00 thay was done in March 2018 but I had no clue or no way of knowing, in which they told me send in proof and they would honor the dispute...only for them to lie to me and charge me 30 for a card that I could not use for 30 days an then tell me that they denied my dispute. I am requesting a refund on the unauthorized transaction and I would like to sue Rush as their improper administrative procedures and unlawful practices are fraudulent.

RushCard / UniRush rushcard

I have had a horrible experience myself with this organization. I have been a Rushcard member for over 10 years. My card expired on 10/31/18 unbeknownst to me. My new card was never received by me. I called the company to see what could be done being I had been a loyal member for so long. I was told nothing could be done. In order for me to get another card I would have to fax several documents to their organization and that was just to change my address. I decided I did not feel comfortable faxing anything to these people and that I just want my account closed so I can cut ties with this organization. I requested this on 11/1/18 and was told it would take 48 business hours for the request to be received by the corporate office and that I should have my check within 7-10 business days. It has now been 6 business days that have passed and my check still has not been cut. I called again on 11/6/18, still nothing but a customer service rep that stated he would send another request. I called again on 11/9/18, still nothing and yet again I am told that another request would be sent and that I have to wait another 7-10 business days. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Word of advice...do not do business with Rushcard because the service is absolutely horrible.

RushCard / UniRush tracking order# [protected]

I have been a customer since 2013. I called to confirm a transaction on my account for $10.54. I called to dispute the charge because I know I did not purchase anything for $10.54 today [protected]. I was transferred to the dispute department. While I was explaining to the women(rep) that I ordered something back in Aug from Amazon and was very disappointed- she interrupted and told me she would need to cancel my card. I specifically told her not to cancel my card. I will contact the vendor and see if I could get the transaction reversed because I don't have any means of funds without my card. I told her that I use my card for transportation to and from work. I disconnected the call. I contacted Amazon and they were more than happy to reimburse, reverse the transaction for $10.54. I received an email confirming my card cancelled and I will receive another in 5 to 7 business days. I spoke to supervisor Clark and he told me there is no way the fee of $35 for expedite delivery could be reversed. I have NEVER had a fee waived. I will tell everyone I know not to deal with Rush Card. I would make a blog, YouTube video and state facts on every app I can think of. I am dissatisfied with UniRush. I am removing my direct deposit and never using my card. I requested not to receive anymore solicitations from this company ever again. I depend on my debit card. If I lost it which I do every other month I pay for the fee but when something like this happens, we should have some type of option other than terminating a customer card when they have no means of writing or check or withdrawing monies before the card is cancelled especially if its under a certain amount; which is less than the expedited fee

RushCard / UniRush dispute transaction

On September the 29th Comcast withdraw $147 from my RushCard account which I do not give them authorized permission to do on September 28th I called Comcast to let them know that I have made the payment and for them not to automatic draw from my RushCard account on September 29th they unauthorized pulled $147 from my account I called them had a Comcast supervisor on three-way with a RushCard dispute agent and he told the RushCard dispute agent that they unauthorized pulled money from my account which I did not give them permission to now RushCard has denied my transaction claim after being with them 10 years I am currently looking for a different card holder because I was not at fault the Comcast representative that I had on three-way also let the RushCard representative know that I was not at fault I am totally disappointed and rush card dispute claim handling

RushCard / UniRush retrieving my password

Lost my card, tried to retrive pass word via email.but for some reason THEY !have the wrong email address (ITS NOT MINE!)GAVE THEM ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BUT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS I CAT GET PAST THE LOG IN PAGE.
FUTHER MORE CUSTOMER REPS ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN EXPLAINING THINGS.VERY DISMISSIVE!
WHY DO I NEED TO SEND TONS OF DOCUMENTS JUST TO RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD SO I CAN GET A NEW CARD? AFTER ALL IT'S A PREPAID CARD!(MY MONEY)

This [censored] is ridiculous I sent in several documents with my personal information and with this being a prepaid service this makes me extremely uncomfortable and every time I call to check in there's a different excuse of why they can't release my fund's Im so done with this company.

I'm having the same issue! And on top of that they keep taking money that I can't keep track of cuz I can't get into my account to see any transactions. I just know I'm missing at least 100 a month in charges I'm not making

RushCard / UniRush horrible.. do not use

I have been using rush card since 2007 and as of now September 2018 I will never use rush card again. I lost my card a month ago while I was on vacation in Florida. I had it cancelled same day and had to pay $35 for a replacement card to arrive in 2 days. I got the replacement card but 3 weeks later someone is using the lost card as credit down in Florida! I immediately called rush card and asked how is that possible when they were supposed to have cancelled the card. Their non speaking English butts gace me several excuses but I still do not have my money back that a thief charged. I hate rush card and will never use them again.

RushCard / UniRush verification

Ive been doin transactions on my rush card since 2010... I have no bank account or carry no cash all my transactions are done with my rush card. My card was recently cut off due to potential fraud which was all my doin wit a misunderstanding over a transaction on my card. I have since faxed copies of a Certified check from the US Treasury Dept as proof of address ...that was rejected then i faxed a copy of my direct deposit pay stub which was also rejected because rush dept says it has no employee number at ehich time i pointed out im a private contractor and my contractor Id number was visible twice on that particular document. Also faxed my Drivers Lic 4 times from different places and the last fax i sent came directly from my job office in NC. That also was rejected. I cannot pay any bills because all my money is on my rush card and they will not release my funds after numerous attempts to verify who i really am. Its so pathetic that you can only send a fax and hope someone can read it. My bills continue to be behind cause i do all my transactions thru this rush card and to treat a consumer this way after 8 yrs of service is sickening.

I haven't used rushcard in a few years and when I finally so again they are charging all these fees that I didn't know about, they said I signed up for a unlimited plan but I didn't, it must be from the last time but I wasn't asked if I wanted to sign up for that plan or not and when I called to change it they said I wouldn't be able to get you money back... First of all ibhad to pay to load the money 4.95 plus 3.95 one time fee and then 7.95 for unlimited which I didn't choose, I need the little money I had deposited and they just took all that I had things to pay now I'm short, something needs to be done... I'm going to another company because this is ridiculous they have all that money why do you need to take from the poor

I been with rush since 2007 i lost my card i sent my id ss and proof of address they still will not send my card they block the card i can not get into my account i have spoke to 4 supervisor did all they told me to i inform them that i been living with my mom for 5 years im STILL in the same apartments just different door because our home got flood from a neighbor the bills in my mom name but i get mail and live there we foward all house mail to our new address i been financing a car with a known car company usa auto sales i pay every 2weeks with my rushcard and i have a up coming deposit which i can't access to pay my bills and feed my kids i gave them proof of my address within the last 30 days at the new address my id that is current along with my ssi card i been with them SINCE june of 2007 i get child support ssi and my job on that card i have contacted ohio fdic also attorney General and meta bank as of this morning

RushCard / UniRush everything

I ordered a rush card on the date of June 16, 2018 and on the site it stated ; 5-7 business days for the wait of the card to arrive in the mail. Today's date is now June 9, 2018 and I have yet to receive my rush card. I called over 7+ times regarding why I hadn't yet received it, the first employee I spoke with informed me my card could possibly be at the nearest post office. I began to question why it would go to a post office when there was a active address on file. The second person I spoke with informed me my card had not been sent off, the third person I informed him I did not receive my card he transferred me to activate it after asking to speak with a supervisor. Following that phone call approximately 8:30 AM I spoke with an employee by the name of Honey and she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I asked to speak to a supervisor she would not transfer me until about the 4th time asked. I asked her for her name, she would not give me her name at all ; once I stated the business was wack she came back at me with "you are too" and still would not give me her name following her comment. I then was transferred to Emcii ; a supervisor ; following a 30 + minute wait put on hold by him. I then called back speaking to Leonard and when I asked to speak to Mr.Emcii again he hung up in my face. I am not happy at all I have called rush card regarding my card way too many times, they have repeated the correct address back to me, yet I still do NOT HAVE MY CARD. I called them Wednesday, July 4, 2018, four times. Thursday, July 5, 2018 two times and today, Monday, July 9, 2018 six times.

RushCard / UniRush dispute department

I have been with RushCard since 2011 and I have been having nothing but issues since 2015 up until now . For the last 3 months I have had to call RushCard every week because of an issue with my money on this card either they are taking extra or not giving me my full credit . I went to a Chase ATM to withdraw $400 I was charged the $3 fee and my money was never dispensed to me. I wanted to the bank and they told me that I will have to contact my card and take it up with them but that the ATM is aware that the money was never dispensed. I call RushCard I disputed transaction after they made me wait 24 hours to make sure that the transaction no longer says pending. After faxing back the dispute form I was told that I would receive a temporary credit by June 25th this occurred on June 22nd June 25th came and gone and I never received the credit I called the next day on June 26th and I was told I was going to receive a credit that this Friday on June 29th June 29th game today and I have still yet to receive a credit. I called today June 29th and they state that I won't receive your credit until July 6th or the 9th which is way past the 10-day credit. I didn't explain to them that I personally talked to Chase and that no one has called to investigate my issue from RushCard regarding the ATM issues so then I call RushCard and explain this to them and they keep me on hold for 45 minutes only for them to hang up on me. So as of today June 29th I am missing $403 from my account and RushCard won't even have the decency to be honest with me when I'm going to receive my money back. Russell Simmons and his company are frauds and fees and I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will speak to any and everybody that I know to let it be known to never deal with this company. And I noticed that all they say when they comment or respond to these reports are please send us a personal message when that's no way possible because you can never contact them via customer service unless you dispute and you cannot access them anywhere else without being placed on hold for a very long time or being hung up on so please RushCard don't come on here asking me to contact you you stole my money so you should be contacting me

RushCard / UniRush unfaithfulness

My name is Stepheny Taylor.I called to report my card lost because I was moving .Rushcard sent a card to my old address that they blocked.I was told to submit documents my Drivers License MY SSCARD A LEASE and a letter of correspondence stating that I wish to submit a change of address.I DID ALL THIS .I REQUSETED A REPLACEMENT CARD .I have called several times and been told.I need to send in the same documents .I already sent.I have been a member since 2014. After all these years RUSHCARD has failed me as CUSTOMER.MY UTILITIES WILL BE CUT OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE HOLDING MY FUNDS. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. I AM GOING TO WRITE A LETTER SENDCIN COPIES OF THE SAME DOCUMENTS .THE LETTER WILL BE CERTIFIED .AND AFTER I RECIEVE MY FUNDS. I WILL NO LONGER USE THEM.

RushCard / UniRush not getting my money

On may 23, 2018, i return something to a merchant they automatically release it back to my acct ., but rush card decides to want to hold onto my money for 72 hours when the merchant return my money and deposited on my account. I kept calling and every time i called i would get a bunch of different answers then when 72hrs came my money is still not on my card and i call bk again to speak to a supervisor or manager and the Indian rep was VERY rude and wasn't trying to let me speak to a rep so i had to hang up on him to get another rep who would . I'm just overall disgusted with rush card at this point and looking to move me and my funds elsewhere.
