This situation that has accrued is complety abserd the only reason I do business with you "rushcard" is because I get my money 2 days early or at least suppose to the lack of customer service assistant and help is very repulsive, it makes me regret referring friends to also get a rush card. You are literally messing up my life my payments are late which affects my credit everyday my payments are late its a extra $20, my rents, utilities due, my family will be in the dark... We will owe more than we make and I could be evicted please you say you are going to take care of your costumers please tell me what your going to do now? I no long will do service with rush card refer any more friends also seek legal advice and take to social media which goes a long way in today's society thank you for you awful service and making thing harder in my families life

RushCard / UniRush direct deposit

I have been on hold for a total of almost 3 hours with no one answering my call . I made the call and the rep said they couldn't look at my acct and proceeded to tell me that i would be transferred to the proper department and the wait time would be about 10 minutes well it was 3 calls first one and second one was for a little over 1 hour and the 3rd call was almost half hour. And i was told that i would recieve a call back which of course never happened. Im sick and tired plus disabled and with responsibilities that under the circumstances i cannot have any more delays with my money im leaving rush and going with Amex Serve. On a last note rush is not consistent with its deposits, i have filed a complaint with the BBB From Cincinnati OH

RushCard / UniRush worst accounts frozen and money stolen from people

RushCard is the absolute worst accounts frozen and money stolen from people. RushCard has made is hard for people to pay bills buy clothes for their kids and food. RushCard has hidden fees and the don't care about how they have condemned people. My husband has had $200 stolen from him he had a balance of zero with no explanation when he was suppose to receive his check. My husband also had money on his card and that was taken away and he was left with a balance of zero without no explanation. When he called to have the problem fixed questions weren't answered and he also got hung up on numerous times RushCard is not the way you want to go

RushCard / UniRush my account is frozen

On 10/23/15 I added some money to my Rushcard to pay my light bill and the account will not activate. I tried to call and was left on hold forever. I did some research to see what is going on and to find out they have system issue. There system issues have left me in the dark for 5 days nights.

RushCard / UniRush rush card

It has been 11 days for me now, and the not so fun fact is that on day one I was told, "we're sorry, we are doing a technology upgrade, what is your number? We'll call back in 24-48 hours." ~ no call back ~ tonight, story is "we are doing an upgrade so i'll be unable to access your account for the next 24 hrs." i've demanded to speak w a supervisor and you know what i've got out of it? 1.5 hours with their horrible hold music. The company is not in the least concerned about addressing the issues and giving customers honest answers. This is not acceptable.. Aside from the fact they have money and great attorneys, how do we let them get away with this? (We as a society) something has to be done, the class action suit is a nice start..

RushCard / UniRush prepaid debit card

There has to be an end to this nightmare. How is it that an upgrade that was to occur overnight (October 12, 2015), has lingered into two weeks? The ongoing script being read by Customer Service Representatives is unacceptable. As a customer, I realize that they are only doing what the company has instructed. However, at this time, something has to be done to fix the problem and pay for serious problems caused by the failure of your product. Surely, you do not feel that saying, " I am sorry", will be enough. Unlike you, all of your customers need their money available when expected. There are not multiple accounts available to access at anytime. Telling me my direct deposits are safe, but not in my account, is crazy and scary. If the funds are not in my account, where are they, and how much money are you making off of my funds while I am waiting. At this point, I am welcoming the federal government and any other regulators to get involved. Something is terrible wrong.

RushCard / UniRush Cannot reverse charges on due to frozen system

Since Thursday October 15, 2015 rush card has been full of crap money wasn't available on my card. On Saturday October 17, 2015 I made a payment arrangement for a bill but the merchant took there money but reversed the charges within 3 hours so I waited 24 hours so that my account would reflect the charge bk. I called rush card the next day after being on hold for 2 hours I finally spoke to someone that verified my info, rush card made a 3way call with me on the phone and they gave them the date and time they reversed the charges. Now a week has past and no money I have .85 to my name and rush card has my 200 dollars in limbo because there system is TERRIBLE! I don't blame rush card I blame myself for not getting a REAL bank account but that is in my plans this week. I am so not ready to deal with this because I have to pay my rent this week and who's to say that my money will be there on time. Betcha Russell Simmons don't have to wait for his money...huuumm

RushCard / UniRush I can't accept the problems i'm having with your company

1 you cant call to check on my card for a month now your phone tells me to go to zero ir rings 1 time and cuts out, you clll back the same thing 2 my deposit has not been put into my account and like i said you can"t reach a person 3 not meaning anything bad but is this a scam card service because you dont have a good phone number to call. 4 i want to speak to a person fix your phones if i do not hear from someone i will have no choice but to call the better bussn 5 im getting screwed on my money...i want a phone call immd please you have so many people saying your a bad company to deal with so it looks like im not the only one having this issue, my phone number is [protected]

RushCard / UniRush prepaid debit card

Rush Card had an update on Oct. 12th 2015 and it has Paralyzed Customers myself included.. Direct Deposits rejected, thank God, my company cut me a paper check. Existing funds being deleted from my account, although, I haven't had access to my funds.. The people, including myself, who have had Hardship, due to this System Update/Cyber Attack.. I feel like my Personal information, has been compromised and, I called for 8 days straight to have my Accounts cancelled, only to be told by the customer SVU rep, they didn't have any access to my account, after being on hold everyday in excess of being on hold for an hour everyday!

So here we are still waiting on our money! My car will be gone by thursday if I do not make a payment! We are a family of 6 shame on rushcard! When we called they said if we wanted them to send us, a check we would have to pay $30.00! Are u freaking kidding me! Pay for ur messed up great people have kids and bills to pay give us our damn money after this is done i'm freaking done with rushcard smh! People live check to check still russell! We're not rich like u this doesn't affect our family to only call and be on hold for hours and that's if u get thru to hear we are working 24/7 on the problem but ppl have been messed up for a week smh! Shame on rushcard

On last week my direct deposit did not show and then when it did show, it was 2 days after my car payment was due. A few days later, something happened to where the charges I made I was double charged for. My account is now -605.00 and I have other bills due. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with Rush Card. Whatever is going on, people are suffering bad. I don't trust banks now because of the stupid chip and now I can't trust Rush card. I guess it's time to think of another plan cause I'm done!

My dd have not reached my account my job can't cut me a check because they already sent it through to my account. I have no money, car is about to get repo, 5 month old son who needs his can milk, bills bills bills bills. Rush card had this update to their system which suppose to make it easier for there customers to access their accounts and bettering the online experience as well. Unfortunately during the update rush card manage to swap it's card holders money. Thousands are infected by this matter. I tried to access my account online, calling customer support but I can't get through. I need answers.

RushCard / UniRush customer service, unable to access funds

I have been a cardmember since 2011 and this has been the worse experience I have encountered with Rush Card to date. The customer service has always been a challenge, the representatives barely speak English and/or have no concept of the English language period. Now, I have the pleasure of not being able to get through to customer service let alone gain access to my funds; which are direct deposited the 15th and 30th of every month. It is October 20th, 2015 and I have been trying for the past week to obtain my funds that have been deposited into the account. I am not able to speak with customer service because the call gets disconnected after two rings, my only interaction is with an automated voice. I'm not able to do any transactions what so ever on line. I have 3 children and I'm not able to get to my funds to go grocery shopping and winter is kicking in and I need to purchase coats for my children as well. This is very frustrating and what was a convenience has turned into an inconvenience. I would just like to speak with someone that would help to get my funds so I can feed my children and pay my bills. I have sent to emails and received an automatic reply with a ticket number stating someone will be getting back with to me within 12 hours, that was 24 hours ago. Mr. Simmons can write me a check, I have less that $200. available. I just want to be able to feed my children.

So rushcard is having issues. I got my direct deposit friday paid bills. Go to use my card today my 900dollar check is gone! I'm gonna get evicted because they have my money and I need it back in my account now! How can they do this and feel ok about it? I think if we all were to cancel our cards once we get our money maybe they'll listen and feel our pain. Come on now we worked for it and we earned our money when will this get fixed? Why why... I'm just gonna tell everyone cancel cancel it can't be successful if we don't use it. And by the way how's it feel to know we're all broke but russell simmons is fine bills paid. No problem but we're supposed to be patient. If it was russell simmons family in a bind would that hurry it up I think so. I'm soso very 😠 mad. Sent emails and called never got anyone on the phone what is going on? Ughhhhhh... I can't be more disappointed then now. Venting cause this hurts right in the pocket and hurts my well being.

This is a disgrace. I will never in my life allow any of my funds be put on another card. I got paid on Friday and here it is Monday and still no progress on my acct and its to late for my company to cut me a check because Rush Card shows a balance thats not there. I hate the customer service reps they hang up on you and read this dumb ### script to you about the system being down. Russell Simmons you can go jump off a damn cliff.

RushCard / UniRush my money is missing

I have had money on my account since the Thursday before the glitch. It was in my rush goals for my rent. I transffered it back to my card and now it has been missing for over a week. I can not go to work because I can not get gas for my car. I have barely been able to get my kds back and forth to school and they even had to miss a day. My phone is off. I sent Rush Card my information via private message on facebook and email. I have heard nothing and I am still stuck starting week two...I do not know if I even have a job to go back too. I just moved my kids into a new place and if I can't work we will be homeless because I can't pay the rent. This is beyond horrible!

RushCard / UniRush direct deposit account with rushcard

I have been unable to get my Direct Deposit of my payroll check that was schedule to post 10/14/15 usually you supposed to get it it early. I have been seeing money appear then disappear my account says that it was credited October 16th but when I went to withdraw my money it says I have zero balance... wow now I'm worried for sure. Not only have I called several time went online wrote letters No Response Well there is a real problem here I don"t understand how someone as rich as Russell Simmons could be having such a problem that cant be resolved . So my family can't eat or cant pay bills that were do like yesterday because are funds are tied up in some scheme.

Problem 1 - missing direct deposit from 10/15 Problem 2 - overcharged $100 at gas station (actual charge $38.10) Problem 3 - duplicate charges that already posted 10/9 now showing up again as "pending" Problem 4 - recurring transactions withdrawn and paid but not showing up in my balance history Overall, held for 2 hrs yesterday for customer service - no answer, I hung up. I have two emails out to [protected]@rushcard.com with two tickets #s but no resolution yet. Held for 45 mins this morning and WOW, a rep answered only to tell me that she can't access my account or any account because systems are still down. She offered to take my phone number and to text once my issue is resolved. ***How can you text me if you don't know what my specific issue is since she can't access my account because your system is down? Humm I understand their trying to empathize with us and just do their job but...this is far beyond their control. Executives, VPS, CFOs must now step in. A technology glitch? If this were a major bank or corporation (1st of all it wouldn't have happened) but it would been addressed and resolved within 24 hours at worst. However, since it's a prepaid card company with customers who have been stigmatized just because we even use this type of service, we can't get any help just lies and broken promises of resolutions.

Im sure you've heard what if going on..I've been calling rushcard customer service since Thursday 10/15/15.. Ive called over 27 times! Rep stated that i would definitley receive and have access to my direct deposit as of 10/16/15. Well, that has come and gone! They are withholding my paycheck and and next rep stated they do not see any direct deposits pending! This is crap I have my paystubs showing my money was deposited into the account. If two reps can pull up my account and tell me the exact amount that is pending, then why can't the others. I dont care if your system is down, send out paper checks.. it is illegal to withhold deposits for a reason like this! Ive already contacted BBB and FDIC and filed a complaint, and I promise I will keep going. Now because of this I have lossed wages because I do not have access to my funds to get to work and risk losing my job! I am a single mother of 5 children all under the age of 12 and cannot survive waiting around for rushcard to figure out what is going on. Nobody seems to have any answers. All they can say is We can assure you we are working 24/7 ..ALL SCRIPTED! I want my money now.. I will be seeking every legal option I promise you!
