Rue21 / rude customer service
My teenager was shopping at rue21 in [removed]. He was waiting in the checkout line and noone was at the register. He saw two associates away from the register engaged in a conversation. He didn't know if they saw him at the register, so he approached them and said he was ready for checkout. One of the associates rudely replied, "checkout is over there at the register". The other associate agreed to check him out. Considering he was a customer, that statement was rude and insulting. She seemingly resented him approaching / disturbing them requesting CUSTOMER SERVICE. Retail competition is skyrocketing, especially with so many online options. Reps should value each customer a to help ensure their continued patronage.
