Hardee's Restaurants both service and burger

This night I was I the drive thru in the Hardee's located in Ottumwa Iowa 1787 Venture drive at 8:19 well I arrived and told the lady that I wanted two thickburgers one of them without cheese no pickles and no mustard as a result they gave me the two of them with cheese so I got off the car and exchange it for another one when the lady was going to give me the burger she drop it in the floor and ask me if I wanted like that come on it touch the floor...then the final thing is that I got home and saw my fries all mix with curly fries at the middle of the little French fries box probably cause they where almost closing but that's not my problem that's a bad service there they just want to b talking and not working and by the way the lady name is Kaitlin ...

Hardee's Restaurants drive thru window and manager

I ordered a 5.00 meal plus milk shake order came to 8.13. I gave her 20.12 and asked if she had another penny. There was ten cents on the ground, I gave her what I had and told her I was getting the dime. I retrieved the dime and she handed me 119.99 back. I asked her that I wanted a dollar and not change thats why i retrieved the dime. I asked her if she was familiar with making change. The manager came up and told me he could not open the drawer back up. I told him I understood that but I wanted to know if the cashier knew how to make change from 20.22 with total being 8.13. That she did and then get off his property. Really, when all I wanted was 1.00 and not .99 cents.

This is a rude thing to ask. Most likely you received the .99 cents because she went with your original implication that you were short one penny. I'm sure she doesn't get many customers that offer her found change off of the floor.

Hardee's Restaurants managers and crew on drugs need drug tested

The Hardees on joyce street is a very dirty place the mangers know people are shooting up with needles in there bathrooms. Also some of the co- workers are on drugs . Dont you as a corporate office come and investigate theses things or do you not care about the customers that eat there. And why dont you as corporate do a mandatory drug test even on the mangers. As i have heard for months one or two of the mangers are always outside doing drugs bye the dumpster. I would follow up on this. Because there gonna get a customer sick by there stubilty. And its all the mangers fault for no reporting this

Hardee's Restaurants 5 dollar box

I went into the store in Fairview TN was was going to buy a 5 dollar box but was told I could not get curly fries with those boxes. They told me it was corporate policy to not allow curly fries but I could upgrade regular fries to a large regular fries. I just think this is bad policy due to the fact that you can get them with any other combo. Why not allow for an upgrade or something. 11/21.

Hardee's Restaurants general manager and other co-workers

I have worked at this store for a few years and am one of the shift leaders for this store. Recently, I have been addressed and experienced some things that no employee should ever have to go through. Some of things that are happening here are:

The general manager and his wife, who also is a shift leader at this store, show favoritism to the employees that they work with and are friends with; and so much so that these people have been allowed to steal money from the tills and keep their job or when the gm and his wife go on vacation, they leave another one of their shift leads/friends in charge of the store for the week and allows this person to work while drunk, bullying employees, leaving the store is disarray. This person also has 2 daughters that work there and are also allowed to do what they want without repercussions. The gm allows these employees and his wife to speak Spanish while on the clock, in which I and other employees are fed up with because that is how they talk about others. I and othdbeing loyees have also found outdated product, incorrect date stickers, the temperature log book not being filled out, incorrect tempering and thawing methods, just to name a few and they blame their night crew for these things.
I have asked for crew meetings and have been told by the gm that "no one is going to listen to me, so what's the point".
They also have refused to give breaks, leaving it upto the night manager to give them, so they can leave when their shifts are over. This has created issues as night crew is sometimes short handed or busy, in which either they are forced to go without a break or sometimes even getting their second break of that person works a double shift.
I have been told by past night managers and also have had it happen to me, where they will try to accuse a person of leaving a door or safe unlocked the night we close, when we know they were when we left the store that night because we triple check them before we leave.
And finally, as of yesterday [protected]), the gm, his wife, and others went as far as calling their night crew and shift leads lazy and have decided they were no longer stocking or doing anything with the store after 2pm.
The night crew and others, including myself have or are getting our hours cut and have had some of our bonuses docked.
This gm was one of few people in the company that I looked upto as a mentor, and I now have lost all respect for. Still love being at that store because it's in my hometown, but I'm ashamed of what it has become.

Hardee's Restaurants hamburger

On November 18th at 7:30 p.m. I went through the Willoughby Ohio drive-thru. I ordered a one-third pound burger and ask that there be no cheese because I have a food sensitivity. I had to ask three times for no cheese. Finally, the server told me that they cannot make burgers without cheese. The only reason I can think of for this is the burgers are pre-made and not actually cooked on site. I won't be back. if a restaurant cannot accommodate someone with a simple food sensitivity then they have no business serving the public.

Hardee's Restaurants breakfast

Hardee's serves breakfast until 11 am. I have attempted to get breakfast before 11 am every weekend since September. Each time I go, they are no longer serving breakfast. They say they are out of biscuits. This has been as early as 10:15 am. Each time, I leave and have to skip my breakfast or get it some place else. Before this, I was having a problem with them leaving basic ingredients off of my order. I have arrived home ready to eat on multiple occasions and see that there is no meat or egg on my sandwich (only cheese on a biscuit). I am a big fan of Hardee's breakfast but very close to never returning again.

I visted your Tifton Ga Hardees this afternoon. I often visit this location because it is very nice and the staff is always friendly. Im very disappointed because today i received a cold burger. I ordered the number 4 all star combo. I asked the cashier if she could have it remade. She told me to pull up and i did. Not even 1 min later. I was handed the same cold burger.

Hardee's Restaurants crew trainer stealing/eating food.

I have a video of a crew trainer from Hardee's 5006 eating food she has hid under gravy and biscuits trays. She has been doing things of this nature since I have started over a year ago. She is constantly hiding and eating food no matter what shift she works. Her attitude is so terrible. She is always cussing and talking about other employees behind their backs. She always, always blames someone else for something she does wrong when she gets caught. She refuses to follow any rules or safety requirements we have set. Thank you for you time and I am sorry to be the one person to get an "inside " video.

Hardee's Restaurants cashier

Tiffany doesn't need to be working there if "a lot of customers" is going to stress her out so much. She snapped at one lady asking about the food saying "I don't know. I never went back there. I don't know." Customers left after she had attitude with another asking if she was ok. Then when it was my turn she just stared off like no one was waiting in line. The lady behind me asked "are you not taking orders anymore?"
Ordered fries with my sandwich and she rung me up as a whole meal combo then didn't even give me the fries. I was already down the road before I got a chance to get to my bag. So I paid 20 dollars for a single sandwich cause she was messing up buttons and needed to have someone clear out the 3 orders she rung up to begin with. If I'm back that way and she's still working I'm not ordering from her.

Hardee's Restaurants customer service

Went to the lacrosse Wisconsin location around 6pm for dinner went through drive through ordered a roast beef meal and a bacon cheeseburger meal. Got to window paid for meal they than had me pull over as food wasn't ready ok another car behind me had to do same thing so someone comes out but it's not our food it's the customer that was after us . Which is wrong ! I get things happen but we get home open up our bag and I got the wrong sandwich a ham and cheese sandwich. ( I only go to Hardee's for the roast beef) well I call and ask the manager to make this right he offered me a sandwich he did end up giving me a meal which after being served after the car behind us. Than I asked the manager for the 800# mr manager didn't know the # . Also in the drive through the manager came up to car and said what's the problem not how can I help u . Manager made me feel as a inconvenience to him .

While they made a mistake, it sounds like they resolved your issue by offering you a free meal. There isn't much else they can do.

Hardee's Restaurants bad service

Went to geneseo il hardees at 6:50 pm on nov 9th 2017. Ordered a big chicken fillet combo. Waited 10 minutes for it. While waiting, I read the newspaper, watch an employee hand out star burst to other employees while coming back from break smelling like pot. A cute blonde lady returned her 2 chicken sandwiches cause they weren't made right. They forgot to put bacon and cheese on her 2 chicken sandwiches. Finally I get my food to go. Thinking hot food after driving 4 hours. Pull out of the parking lot and reached into my hardees bag. Cold soggy curly fries. If I was the health inspector, no way those would of been up to temp. I turned around and just asked for a refund. Then the guy in charge acts like it's my fault. Place is a joke.

Hardee's Restaurants I am a current employee

When I am working a shift with my general manager mr.Joe he does not give me breaks he had me sign a documented letter that said after 4hrs it is mandatory that you get a break and now he is saying that he can not find the document's. And I am working 8 and 10hr shifts because he is not scheduling people to come in and relieve people at the appropriate time. He sometimes is scheduled to stay til 4pm and leaves store for the rest of the day by 2pm. Right when I am actually suppose to leave on some days then that leaves me to have to stay. he is so inconsiderate of my personal life outside of hardees. He schedules employees 6days a week and when we speak up and say we cant work 6 straight days we would like at least 2days off a week his response is "well if you want the hours you better work or its going to be alotta changes around here I'm going to hire me some people who actually wanna work. " He is Hiring only Hispanic people and when a African American person comes in for an interview he leaves them in the lobby waiting for about 2 to 3hrs Only to tell them that he will have to reschedule.. purposely ignoring the fact that they are even there waiting. This is a very uncomfortable environment for me. And very hostile the general manager talks about who he fired and why and then laughs about it. And talks down on his employees to customers as well. Not to mention he does not help us when we get slammed. The list goes on I am writing this complaint because I am reaching my breaking point and to the point where I dont even like to work when he is there because of these reasons.

Hardee's Restaurants the drive thru

Hardee's line in Henderson NC is crazy they don't wanna come outside to give people their food, They hold up the line by not doing that they are lazy as hell and it needs to stop this not the first time the food is cold, the place is nasty inside, it stinks, They are unfriendly, And they argue and cuss in the place and that's not a good thing to do especially infornt of kids it's disrespectful and inappropriate

Hardee's Restaurants harassment

The general manager came up to me and my girlfriend and threatened to kick out two regular customers because of a false complaint. A employee was ease dropping into our conversation and my girlfriend was telling a story about one of her friends, which was a friend of the employee ease dropping, all in all very disappointed and will definitely be taking and encouraging others to take there business else where that is at least a lot more courtious, but other than that the store was filthy with over flowing trash cans, always like that when I go in there, cookies was hard, meat was dried, bun was hard, and many other things was wrong with the service. Personally I would give this a -10/10 please note that it is a NEGATIVE 10. Poor managing, and the night staff is really out of hand, I've heard cussing, and using obscure language, one girl called another co-worker in the back a "queer bait" loud enough to hear it on the other end of the restaurant, I've heard foul language used on the front and loud enough language in the back that like I said can hear it in the back. Honestly the food was good and use to have good service, but recently it's been going down hill and

Hardee's Restaurants tnns complaint dept - lack of concern

Hardee's in Fort Madison Iowa - 10/30/17 food number 8 poorly done - the lettuce over lapped the hamburger by two inches, once solid piece - so much sauces it ran all over me-I had placed another order for the same number eight for a friend, and explained how poorly the first hamb was and please make the second one up to Hardee's standards, and please be careful with the sauces, just some would be nice - I got zero - I complained to the Tnns Corp office, they verbally felt bad I mailed back that I'm elderly on limited income and paying twice for poor hamb is not good customer service. I'd like a refund, still have the receipts. The response did not mention my request, but thanked me for the further information. So now I realize Hardee's just does not care about the service or customer satisfaction - I suggest closing your food businesses ASAP. You just lost several more customers.

You could try asking them again about a refund, though they most likely cannot assist you if you ate the hamburgers. Usually restaurants want the food returned when they reimburse you.

Hardee's Restaurants 5 dollar box

I went to Hardee's yesterday around 7 p.m and they told me that they could not sell me a $5 box. My question is why do you have on your side that you sell $5 boxes during lunch time and when you get to the drive-thru they can't sell you a box. I was going to buy five boxes so I drove all the way from home which is 20 minutes away just to buy a $5 box that they could not sell me I just want to tell you that that is bad customer service and that something needs to be done about the Hardee's in Midfield because that is the location that I went to

Hardee's Restaurants all star fail

Came in and no one was in the restaurant itself, maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Took a couple of minutes til someone got with me. She took my order, I got my food fairly quick. They did forget to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. Quick fix. Got home opened up the "All Star" box and was very dissatisfied. I have order this exact item before but never have I seen cold, soggy, oily, and over cooked fried before. The fries ranged from gray and soggy to dark brown and stiff. All covered in heavy oil. While I was there I watched new fries come out of the fryer. So why was I served what looked like day old junk?

Came into the restaurant and every employee was standing and talking not acknowledging the fact that they had customers, tried getting one of their attention and still payed us no attention had to go to the drive thru and tell them that we were inside for 10 minutes waiting on someone and the lady had a very bad attitude with us, was very disappointed with this restaurants

Hardee's Restaurants rude cashier/don't get what u pay for

On October 20th around noon ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger pulled up to the window to the cashier handed credit card machine to swipe my card I swiped my card she proceeded to yank it out of my hand finally after 10 minutes away at the window for my hamburger...i got home and it was cold and there was barely anything on it and I paid $5.46 for basically nothing
