I had the misfortune to arrive at your restaurant in cambridge, ohio with my parents, having travelled from france and the u. K. We ordered a bottle of malbec which arrived at our table at 20+ degrees. This is far too warm for a bottle of red wine!!! We then ordered steak, mine arrived cold in the middle, I advised rachel our server that I was not happy and returned this meal in full. My mother ordered a steak with french fries and that arrived with mashed potatoes. Overall the experience was far below the standard that your south hill restaurant provides and was very upsetting!! Your staff were lovely but very embarrassed by what they served us. I hope that you take this feedback positively and do something about it as your cambridge restaurant does not live up to your company expectations. It
