Ruby Tuesday unauthorized charges

My meal total was $50.00 and I left a 20% tip which brought the total bill to $60.00. When I balanced my bank statement I noticed I was charged an additional $19.25. I've called Ruby Tuesday and was told they had no idea how this would happen but they'd get me reimbursed. Still haven't seen reimbursement and it's been over a month. My charges were made in Georgia and the additional $19.25 was charged in Clinton, MD. Sounds to me like there's someone in Ruby's that may be giving credit card #'s out to others. SCAM!

Ruby Tuesday slow service food made us all sick

We were first seated and told right off that the waitress had ALLOT of tables (the place was almost completely empty minus us and one other table with 3 people at it they left shortly after. when she finally came back by she took our order took half an hour to get our food which was cold and not the way we ordered it the fries were nasty tasting taste like the oil had not been changed in months then my sister ordered a refill which she never got the lady still claimed she was really busy finally we had to actually ask for the ticket so we could leave never once did she make sure the food was the way we wanted it or anything we tried telling her that it wasnt the way we ordered it she said oh well sorry we have new owner and things have been tough.. blah blah needless to say I nor my family will be going back there because that night both my son and my husband were sick as were my sister and my mom all we wanted was good food and ended up with crappy service and crappy food.

Ruby Tuesday work related injury

I was injured during my employment at ruby tuesday location at camp creek parkway, zip code 30344. My nails on both hands are degrated, black and constantly a discomfort to look upon and handle daily chores. Not to mention its prevention of my ability to acquire gainful employment in my field. In which i have a certification in bartending.

I was a bartender at Ruby Tuesday in the Riverchase Galleria. On December 23 2003 I slipped on some ice that was spilled on the floor and fractured my back. I was taken out on a stretcher. The manager assured me they would pay for the all that had to be done at the hospital. The first of the year being so close and the manager wanting his bonus for having an accident free year decided to wait until after the first of the year to file the claim, so when their insurance went to pay they see two separate dates for the accident, and refused to pay for the $45, 000 in back surgery I had to have. On top of that I could not even get my pay for the 6 months I was out of work. Talk about dishonesty.

Ruby Tuesday overcharged on credit card/ forrgery

On september 10, 2010 I and a group of friends went out to eat at ruby tuesday in americus, ga. Our waitress was name niami garcia. The entire night she had messed the order up. At the end of the night my I was charged $5. 50 on my visa debit card, where I sighned my ticket with a red pen. Mon sept 13, 2010 I check my bank statement online and notice that I was charged $5. 50 plus and additioal $26. 76. I contact my bank and they lifted the hold off my card. Well today sept 15, 2010 I reviewed my statement again and I was charged $38. 00 from ruby tues. I called the manger kelly robert and advice him hat wa going on. He called me back and told me where he had found the ticket where I signed for $38. 00. I told him that I didnt sign a ticket for that amount and the amount I signed the ticket or was $5. 50 and it was in red. He had that ticket as well. I ask him to compare the signature because there was know way they could look alike, niami had infact orged my signature. He told me he couldn't disclose that information and there was nothing he could do. I feel that was very unproessional considering his position there. I was not satisfied with the result I got from the manger. I feel maybe this is something they do all the time because he showed know synpathy. I hope by fileing this complaint I can see some type of justice. I did in fact contact my bank again and legal action will be takn. Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing happen to me in Winder, Georgia except they said they were going to reimburse me but I haven't seen it yet. That's been since 10/12/2010. I live in Georgia but the unauthorized charge was in Clinton, MD.? Sounds like some inside jobs to me.

Ruby Tuesday quality of service

Dear Responsible,
While in Jordan a friend of mine were craving for Ruby Tuseday's ribs, so both of our famileis, made a resrvation for 2 tables and went on Sept. 8th, 2010 @ 6:50 p.m.
10 minutes later a waiter came and took our order, given that we were shocked that they were out of ribs, any way we order the kids meals, soupe and main dish for each of us.
Waiting for 30 mintues - mind that it was Ramadan season and we were fasting all day- we called a waiter, and asked him and asked him about our order at least the soup, he went to check on it, another waiter came and informed us " please go to the salad bar" AS YOUR ORDER DID NOT REACH THE KITCHEN YET.
We had an argument with the waiter and the manager, and at the end we left the restaurant after 40 mintues with out eating anytihng and to break our fasting.
We were disapointed with the level of response, quality of service there, compared to Rubey Tuesday in Jeddah which we are regualr customers at.

Ruby Tuesday awful experience

On Thursday evening [protected]) me and my fiancé went to go get something to eat at Ruby Tuesday - Amman. The restaurant was very nice looking and the booth was very comfortable. The wait staff was nice and made us feel comfortable. I ordered food plus Diet Seven up. The waiter informed me that they have no diet seven up or and kind of soda as the machine is out of order! I asked him if he can get us cans as the Ruby Tuesday in Amman located in City Mall and they have a big store. The answer was no, I asked to check with his manager, and again the answer was no. I cancelled my order and left the restaurant unhappy and without meeting the manager on duty which is so bad.

I will inform my friends about this awful experience.

THEN Welcome To Jordan! One time I could not order a beef burger from Hardee's... Why? Because simply they were out of beef! Subway, I ordered Tuna Salad, I got Salad without tuna, I went to change the order and they simply refused!

Ruby Tuesday customer service

This is a complaint about a Ruby Tuesday's franchise on the island of Guam, USA. I am writing on behalf of my parents who dined at the said restaurant on August 24, 2010 at 12: 24PM and was served by the employee Ciarg employee #560. My parents were enjoying their ribs and salad when they were approached by the server rudely announcing to my parents in front of the entire establishment that sharing a salad was not allowed. My parents were not sharing a salad but in fact my dad had just tried to taste my mom's salad. To add insult to injury my Filipino parents were seated next to a Caucasian couple who were in the same situation but were obviously sharing one salad, but were never reprimanded by the server or staff of the illegality of their actions. The server also went on to boast about his reprimanding customers with fellow servers, which increased my mother's frustration with this situation.
My parents were then treated as thieves and as such felt much discrimination during their unpleasant visit, they felt their money had gone to waste and the food quite unpleasant as well. Fine, maybe tasting other people's food may had been wrong, but reprimanding may have been too much especially with an audience involved. My mother is currently experiencing emotional distress due to this experience, no restaurant has ever treated them with so much disrespect and foul treatment. Obviously, the experience has left a bad taste in my parent's mouths. We do not wish for much, but a better service with customers, PAYING CUSTOMERS and an apology from the server. We hope that the restaurant will take my complaint to heart and consider hiring people with more tact, respect, and proper social conduct and not just anyone off the street.

Hi I went to Ruby Tuesday two weeks ago in MIZNER park in Boca Raton in Florida with my husband and my grandson. We like to go there, most of the time we are happy with everything, this time the food was horrible realy bad all three dishes were bad, i had fish with vegetable could not eat it. My grandson and my husband had hamburgers and how you can ruin that I don't know but we had to leave all the food and the service was not any better.
Was very surprise, and disappointed.

Ruby Tuesday theft

My car was broken into on 06/26/10 by what I believe to be a store employee. I was told to file a police report, and that they would submit an insurance claim. They called me 10 days later to say that the camera did not catch the theft, but that they could send me a free meal certificate. what an insult to a customer that comes all the time.

Ruby Tuesday poor food and service

My family and I went to Ruby Tuesday's on Saturday, June 12, 2010 about 7:00 pm. We expected the
place to be busy, but it was not. We were seated right away. Than it started, we waited 20 minutes before a waitress came over to ask our order. She returned with our drinks, than we waited almost 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. We of course order steak, we order them med rare and they came out extra well done, there was alot of grizzle and fat in each steak. The meat was tough and almost cold. Obviously we will never go there again for dinner. The waitress that we had was pleasant and it was not her fault that the dinners were not good.
I just thought someone should know that the manner that the resturant is being run and the food is not up to Ruby Tuesday's standards.

Ruby Tuesday no reciept, could not use my coupon (waitress was told before I ordered) and could not get a toltal for may order

I had one of the buy one idea and get 2nd idea free(Up to $10. 00) coupon. The cashier did not inform me that i could only order certain ideas, - although i had read the coupon - i did not know that the ideas i had ordered was not included with this coupon. I ask for at total on the order and the cashier said she was unable to give me the total at this time. If she has given me the total while i was on the phone i could have changed my order to include the ideas need to us the coupon. Also the guy that brough my order to the car did not give me a reciept.

Ruby Tuesday aswfulk service and over charged

We visited the ruby's tuesday's restaurant on military highway in norfolk, virginia on april 10, 2010 between 8:30 and 10:20pm. We regularly visit the ruby tuesdays restaurants on virginia beach blvd and at lynnhaven mall in virginia beach where we have always had excellent service and food. This evening we were in norfolk.

When we arrived the ruby tuesday's restaurant on military highway, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated by a hostess. Our waiter, dj, came to and requested our drink order. Once we had received our drinks he wanted our dinner order but we were not ready. The waiter returned again a few minutes later, but we still had not determined what we wanted. He left and did not return for 20 minutes. We watched him talking and laughing with other restaurant workers and visitors that came in and out of the of the restaurant. We watched to see if he had other tables. It did not appear that he did, yet he did not return to our table for 20 minutes. When he did return, he seemed irritated. We ordered our meals. I ordered the ruby mini burgers combo with the salad bar and requested the additional 2 mini burgers. My husband ordered the buffalo minis combo with soup with the additional 2 buffalo minis. Dj stated he had never heard of a four pack order of the ruby minis or the buffalo chicken minis. Dj stated he would have to figure out how to ring them up. As we have frequented ruby tuesdays for many years, and we order these combos often at the ruby tuesday's in virginia beach, we knew these were available.

I went and made my salad at the salad bar. I proceeded to enjoy my salad feeling confident my husband's soup would be out soon. We waited nearly 30 minutes and nothing had come from the kitchen. Our drinks were empty and I had finished my salad. We could see people walking in and out of the restaurant talking to dj and other restaurant workers. Some waitresses were working on their tables, cleaning and serving their customers. However, we did not see a manager. However, we could see into the kitchen through windows on the doors and were kitchen personnel were dancing around. We saw dj several times and tried to get his attention. When dj came back to our table, he ask if there was something we needed. His exact words were somewhere along the line whether there was a problem. We stated that it had been 30 minutes and we were wondering if my husband's soup was ready. Dj said he had just been in the kitchen and nothing was ready. My husband also asked for a refill on our drinks. He came back 10 minutes later with a half-filled bowl of soup and refills for our drinks. The soup had a yellowed film over it and the bowl was quite warm. It had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for a while.

We waited another 20 minutes. It had been 1 hour since we had ordered and nearly 1 1/2 hours since we had entered the restaurant. We were able to get dj's attention again. We asked if our dinner was ready. He again said he had just been in the kitchen and nothing was ready. He seemed irritated. A few minutes later dj bought out our dinners. He told us that my dinner was ready, but that the dinner he was serving to my husband was not his order. Dj stated that the dinner he served to my husband belonged to someone else, but as we kept asking for our food he wanted to get us our dinners. The dinner dj served my husband only had a partial order of sandwiches on it, dj said he was waiting for the other two sandwiches, but it may be a while. My husband and I began to eat our meals. Ten minutes later, dj brought out the two other mini buffalo sandwiches. I requested a reorder of fries and my husband requested a drink refill. Dj did not return with the fries or a drink refill, but he did send another waitress over with our bill. I reviewed the bill and could tell we had been over charged. We were charged the full price for the combo meals and then an additional garden salad and soup order was added to each our meals over charging us by over 8 dollars. I told the waitress that the bill was wrong and that we were being over charged. I pointed out that we purchase these meals at other ruby tuesdays and they never charge us separately for the salad bar and soup. The waitress had a horrible attitude. She leaned on our table, looked at the bill and said, nope, that is correct. Both my husband and I were exhausted and very tired of dealing with very poor attitudes from the wait staff. We paid the bill and left.

The next morning, I called the ruby tuesday's on virginia beach blvd and explained what had happened. I noted that I had receipts from our visits to their ruby tuesdays and the ruby tuesday's at lynnhaven mall and wanted to be certain there was not a pricing difference between ruby tuesday restaurants. After speaking with the manager, it was confirmed that the price we regularly paid at the ruby tuesday's in virginia beach was correct.

I called the ruby tuesday on military highway and spoke with the assistant manager crystal. She took down our comments. Crystal called later and left a message that she had confirmed the price we had paid was incorrect and we had been significantly over charged. She asked that we return her called. I returned her call twice, leaving messages each time. We did not hear back from crystal. After two weeks, I called back and spoke with terry, another manager. Terry stated he had spoken with crystal and was aware of our experience. He said he wanted to hear of our experiences. I relayed the evening we had and he said they would be making changes and would refund the amounts we had been over charged. We have not heard any further from crystal, terry, or anyone else.

i work at Ruby Tuesdays its so corporate its such a pain in the ###...they dont do the four mini combo anymore or offer it on the menu but on some of the micros there is a way to ring it on under the old menu...but im sure managers arent thrilled when servers ring it in b/c technically they aren't supposed too, that's why your bill was higher.

My girlfriend has beenb working there for a month and she has had a terriable rumur that she has stds because she wouldn't have sex with one of there managers .and also one of there mnagers came into my work saying stuff to a friend of mine, it was imbarisng to have this happen and very un perfeshial and I've had it..they should be watched!

Ling Chi, I hope you were mimicking his typing.

Baseball 1, you really only have 3 options. First, you can ask your girlfriend to quit, in which she will quit. That will stop the rumors and make things better. Two, you can start telling people that the guy did have sex with your girlfriend, now he has STD's and he is openly spreading them and to watch out. You should also make some flyers with a picture of his face and clearly state he has contracted many STD's and willing to share for a small fee. Thirdly, you can level the place with a sub machine gun and make sure that everyone that has been, will be, could have been, and should have been involved with Ruby Tuesdays is taken out to the cleaners. That's my professional suggestion.

Ruby Tuesday cold food

We went to Ruby Tuesday on March 20, 2010 at Philadelphia Premium Outlet Mall, Limerick PA. We went there for family dinner at 7:30 pm.

The food was served after 45 mins and was cold. When we informed the server of cold food, he got the manager. Manager apologized and told us that she will get it replaced.

We were surprised to get the same cold food was served back to us in 5 mins. We sent back the food.

What a bad service. I do not think manager was apologetic. I will never ever go to Ruby Tuesday in Limerick, PA

I love eating at ruby tuesdays at homestead it is a good hang out with friends and for them to close it down because they say its to much to fix the air..that is absurd..so now everyone is out of a job because of it..

Extremely misleading menu insert. Photos above 3 great courses, one great price do not relate to what you can get. The items you can get do not even have photos on this menu insert.

I am very upset that after the 1st of 2017 Ruby Tuesdays will no longer serve cheese biscuits. Cheese biscuits are the very reason I come to ruby tuesdays. Until they are served again you are losing a loyal customer.

Our son in Johnson city, TN. Got us a $50.00 for Christmas. We live in Pocatello, Idaho, where Ruby Tuesdays has closed with no notice. Now what? No ruby Tuesday anywhere close.

i visited Ruby Tuesday's Fishkill
today around 6:45 PM and found the salad bar empty and disgusting
when I asked the Garden bar person for a refill of kale salad he rolled his eyes and walked away probably because he was chewing food in the dining room

will never return to a Ruby Tuesday ever again

At South Durham location arrived at 6:03pm and told we would have a 10-15 minute wait. The restaurant is not full and we've been sitting here over 20 minutes without any word on getting a table. The staff seemed to not know what to do and when another patron asked she was told there was a party of 30 that they couldn't handle.

The salad bar is no longer included with you meal and items have had price increases How do you justify a 20 % increase when food prices have been going down. The steak dinner is higher and now they charge extra for the cheese on the steak. We will look at other places to eat.

I think a drug test should be issued on a Richard Wargo at the Pottsville, PA Ruby Tuesday. There's also assumptions of drugs being used while clocked in at work, as well. I wouldn't want him cooking my food all messed up. No wonder there's been several complaints about the food when he is working.

Vile and Disgusting: Only a matter of Time
To whom ever it may concern I would like you to seriously take the time out and read this letter and follow-up with whatever investigation you feel is pertinent to the issue. What my fellow colleague and I have witnessed at your establishment outright disgusting and very, very detrimental to the working environment. On or around the September 20th of this year between the hours of 5pm-7pm, both myself and my co-worker witness your bartender and about two or three other of your employees tamper with a customers drink. The gentleman appeared to have ordered a Sangria and/or Margarita drink. He had ordered at least three of them during the time I was there. On his third round the Bartender laughingly called over two other employees one of which came from the kitchen area with a small plastic cup. Whatever was in the small plastic cup I’m sure was not part of making Sangria, and the content(s) of that cup was dumped in the glass. After which those employees who gathered around the bar area continue to snicker with laughter as the bartender brought the drink over to the customer. Once the drink was server the bartender left and went to the back of the kitchen where he can be heard laughing. A moment later a new bartender came to the bar. A moment after watching we decided to leave. This was not the first incident of such that I have heard and/or witnessed at your establishment. Selfishly I did not inform to gentlemen of what we had witnessed. If I have there probably would been an escalation at your establishment that would have required the local authorities to arrive. I don’t think that the manager of that particular location is fully aware of what has been happening and if he or she is, then this is a bigger problem that requires some rectifying. If you have employees willing to risk tampering with customer’s food or beverages then I hope you’re willing to deal with whatever consequences may follow. You would think in this economic downturn that there would be more respectable service, especially in the dining capitol of the US where the competition is getting tougher because of the economy.

Ruby Tuesday rude server

I had a very rude server name daniel. He works I n the selden resturant. I was trying to explain to daniel that I had been there before and how I got my mashed potatoes serverd to me without the cheddar cheese in them. He became rude and upset that I was telling him how they serve their mashed potatoes and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I explained again that how I get my mashed potatoes at this one and the other ones that I had visited. He tells me that the other server don't know what they are doing and they don't know how to perform their job duties. As he left to put in our order he went over to the hostess and explained to her that I didn't know what I was talking about and the hostess came over to the table so she can get to the bottom of the situation. As I explained to her and she understood what I was talking about. So bring me out a sample of the mashed potatoes that I usually recieve when I visit them. Daniel was stillvery rude when he came and served us our food. Daniel would walk past us with an attitude (Me, my sister and my aunt). When I was leaving I inquired to the hostess about his schedule cause I didn't want to go back there if he was working that shift. He rudely interrupted our coversation and told me that if I didn't like his attitude oh well. After he said that I asked the hostess can I speak to the manager cause I really don't like daniel attitude. He took it upon his self to go get him. As I was explaining the situation to skipp the manager daniel was still in the back round running his mouth about me. Skipp the manager wasn't saying anything to stop him. Since I realized that I was not going to get anything done farther there I left. As we were leaving daniel came and stopped our vehicle cursing and telling me that he was going to beat my behind (###) that is the word he used. The manager skipp just stayed in the back round not saying a word to diffuse the situatuion. The hostess and one of the cooks had to come and diffuse the situation. That would be my last time visiting a ruby tuesday.

Ruby Tuesday service

My husband & I went to Ruby Tuesday this last Sat. to have a nice meal we don't get to eat out much and we have enjoyed Ruby Tuesday in the passed but last Sat. was terrible. We had to wait for a short time before the hostess seated us, then we sat there waiting for a long while, the waitress didn't even look at us for fear I suppose we might ask her to get us some drinks, after waiting for half an hour I saw the waitress talking to the hostess and they both looked our direction, but still no one came to serve us. It was 7:30 in the evening and the place was not busy. I don't know what the problem was but I was very upset and we got up and went out the door another couple asked us how was it on our way out and we told tem good luck getting served we didn't they left also.

Ruby Tuesday poor service

One major complaint and a bill for my lost time is in order. We ordered meal at 8:15 pm sunday night. There were two adults and one child (3 yr old) in my party. Child's meal delivered in 10 minutes. No silverware. Had to ask for silverware. Next we discovered that we needed a straw for child's beverage, and ketchup. It took no less than 3 other servers (Other than our waitress) before we finally had the child eating. Here's the real issue the two adult meals never arrived. We went to complain and were informed by manager (Also cook (?) ) at 8:55 pm that our meals were given to other customers. Told that meal would be put on now and we could wait another 20 minutes (Ordered new orleans seafood and burgers). We told manager/cook we couldnt wait. Manager offered to comp meal, offered us cheesecake, offered us a gift certificate, even offered a complaint number. We agreed to accept a gift card - we had waited an hour for our dinner and were still hungry. Manager left to retrieve complaint telephone number and gift certificate. We wait a few more minutes - about 5 minutes - and our waitress shows up with our bill to pay. We walk out. Ruby tuesday inc. Has lost my business.

I placed a to go order in Fort Gratiot, MI 07/27/2016, for a pulled pork sandwich...When I got home and opened the box all I saw was bun...pulled the bun off and there was literallly maybe and 1/8" of pork..I have a picture...this sadwich was $9.99...I measured the amount of pork and it was 2 tsps.

This was a total rip off...it tasted fine but no way was it worth 9.99.

07-25-16 Lunch at Ruby Tuesdays located at 287 WASHINGTON STREET
ATTLEBORO, MA 02703.
The service was unbelievably slow. The waiter was rude and short with me and my family. Disappeared for at least 20 minutes before returning to take drink orders. When he made a mistake on the drinks he blamed my 11 year old. I wouldn't want this waiter ever again. Two our of four dishes were delivered to table totally cold. I have been to Ruby Tuesdays many times but never such bad service and food. Please make this right.

Chris must have been having a crazy day because when he was verbally disrespectful to me, I had just arrived and there was only 2 other people at the bar. Just unacceptable and unprofessional. This was my 2nd visit and my last. I will be calling corporate regarding this as well.

We ordered our food and told the waitress that we wanted to take our side salad home. We were informed we could not do that. We have always done that! The manager told us before that she loses money that way. Well
She just lost more than a few salad leaves. We come in 2 to 4 times a week, however tonight will be our last time. Ruby Tuesday needs to appreciate there regular coustomers. The management needs replacing at this store. It has continually went down hill since Jill transferred out!

Wednesday, 1/20/16 We love the restaurant, always satisfied with food and service. Our complaint: at 8:00PM (restaurant open until 10:00PM)an employee started sweeping the carpet at the booth across from us and the dust was flying around. They should wait until customers are not in the area of cleanup.

Three friends and I went to Ruby Tuesday at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh, NC at 1:00 on Sunday afternoon. I asked the host to put our name on the wait list and was told it would be 15 minutes which turned into 45 minutes. We watched as several parties came in after us but were sat before us. After finally being seated our server, Kaley, came to the table after about five minutes told us the drink specials and we ordered drinks which took about five minutes to get. We ordered our meal, 3 medium burgers and Salmon no rice sub greenbeans, 45 minutes later when we finally got food the greenbeans were not subbed for the rice and the fries were cold on the burgers as well as my burger being rare and the other 2 well done. The manager came over, no name tag, and told me my burger would be fixed but never came back to the table, my burger came out 5 minutes later burnt and dry, I know it was microwaved. From the manager, the host, and server it was the worst experience I have ever had in a restraunt. It took us 3 1/2 hours to have lunch! Little did they know I have been a server for 16 years and the friends I was with was a FOH manager, a BOH manager and a host. I will never return to a Ruby Tuesday again!

This was the first time I went to a Ruby Tuesday. So my sister and I entered the restaurant and the hostess was hiding behind her post and playing with her nails. Then she realize there's someone at the entrance way and gets up. She gives us a dirty look and took us to our table. The restaurant did not look very busy and looks like the have a lot of staff working. The worst part is that the whole time we sat at our table, no server or worker came up to take our order. They went right past us to the other table and when I asked nicely that we are ready, they completely ignored us! 30 mins we been on that table and no service at all. No Drinks no anything! The workers were either help the other people that came after us or sitting around laughing and doing absolutely nothing. What kind of restaurant is this? So we got up and left and they didn't care about it. Never have I ever been to a restaurant that completely ignores a table and serve others like that.

They did everything they could in their power to right the wrongs and still you find their service unacceptable? Please.
I would find distaste in a management where poor service is simply ignored and given little to no attention. They had some problems (probably a combination of reasons for your orders/service) at this particular store, but they obviously cared to better your sour evening, and for that, I wouldn't pass judgement on this place or the entire chain in general.

Ruby Tuesday customer bigritry toward employee

I am an employee of Ruby Tuesday in Kokomo Indiania, I have been employed with the company for 2 years full time, I am a server and bartender. I take pride in working for ruby tuesday, I am a hard and honest employee, I have always treated my guests in the restuarant with respect and courtsey and giving the best service in their dining experience. But what I do I when I have regular guests on come in on a daily basis and drink alcohol in the bar area, who I have been waiiting on for over a year now with no problems, until one day last month the guests are at table 83 in the bar having their daily cocktails as they are already intoxicated when they come in, the gentleman comes in 2 to 3 times in a day has a beer and leaves, management and the employees know he has been drinking but still serve him anyway. On this day I had a former employee sitting at the bar eating lunch when she was finished she called her boyfriend who also was a former employee at the restaurant to pick her up, he arrives comes to the bar I greet him they are there 5 minutes and leave I know both of them. Here is the complaint: they are both of a different race (black) the other guest are white and are bigots especially the male. He calls me over to his table and tries to talk to me in his drunken stuper and tells me very rudely that he does not appriciate me letting those kind of people in this restuarant in front of him and his wife he yelled at me showed me disrespect, I explained to him anyone can come into to the restaurant no what matter what color they are and if they are dressed approprieately. so management did nothing to defend me as an employee and bartender. Management continues to let the couple come in and drink daily knowing he is intoxicated if he leaves the restaurant and gets in an accident he can sue ruby tuesday and the bartender serving him.. I refuse to server both of them since the incident last month, and know he wants to conplain to the general manager because I won't serve him and his wife. and neither will most of the bartenders or servers, he has also been very rude to another bartender a couple of months ago.. why can't ruby tuesday management have their employee's back and eliminate the problem..

Please distribute this email to anyone you know that has worked at On The Border. My son was accused of theft at an Irving, Texas (corporate store) and within 30 minutes or so "corporate" found out that their new software had a glitch in it. When a server "split" a ticket, all of the drinks at the table were duplicated on EVERY TICKET "inside the computer software".
So I'm in the process of putting together a cause of action against OTB if they don't straighten out my sons employment records.
If any of you have had the same issue? Know of someone else that has? Or if in the future find others that have been accused of theft, I and my attorney would be very pleased to hear from you.
I am hoping that OTB will correct their employee records, regarding my son, and have this go away. However, if they do not, then as I have stated a cause of action will be put together regarding violations of my sons human/civil/constitutional rights to work in a free marketplace, plus damages for the blemish on his record that is indeed incorrect.

Ruby Tuesday terrible food and service

My family and I went to Ruby Tuesday's after my sister high school graduation. We made dinner reservation for 10:00. We arrived at 9:40. They were not busy at all. The waitress said " Lets not sit them at a table until 10:00". When there were clearly plenty of table opened. When we went up to the salad bar all of the plates were dirty. We are not going to make a big deal we said. Then our food comes out. My sister boyfriend cuts open his chichen sandwich and it was pure pink.The resturant didn't compensate us at all for the terrible service and uncooked food. We will never eat at Ruby Tuesday's again.

I went to Ruby Tuesday 3/12/16 Store # 3366 on 2951 Plank Rod Fredericksburg, VA 22401 . An I order the Half Rack of Ribs and they where ice cold when I received them at my table. So I contacted the Manger and he went and put them in the microwave and brought them back to me. They were barely warm when he brought them back and I attempted to eat them and they where so dry and hard that I could not eat them. I spoke my concern to the server whose name is Tasha F.# 1149 and she had not response.

My visit to Ruby Tuesday on December 23 was a horrible one. At the time of ordering I was told that they were out of the side item I wanted. No big deal, I ordered cheese fries with my chicken tender meal instead. After 15 minutes, the waitress asked if we wanted bread, we said yes. Then she continued to walk throughout the restaurant for the next ten minutes until she brought out food. No bread. She brought this five minutes after we received our meal. When she brought our meals, I pointed out that the cheese fries usually have bacon. She said they were also out of this. The chicken tenders I got looked like the ones you buy at Wal-Mart, not their usual tenders. Even worse, they tasted worse than Wal-Mart's frozen chicken tenders. Actually, they didn't have any taste at all. This meal was completely unedible. I will never visit Ruby Tuesday again!

Ruby Tuesday coupon

My wife and I recently visited Ruby Tuesday In Goldsboro Nc.We had a coupon BOGO antree. We had our meal and gave the waiter our coupon. He left the table.Later the store manager came back to our table and threw the coupon on the table and said the coupon had already been used.We told him it had not been, that we had just received it . He said again, that his computer said it had been used and that we could not copy and reuse it. We assured him we had not. All the time he was talking loud enough for people on the street outside to hear him.People were stopping what they were doing and looking at us. He continued to repeat the same thing over and over.Finally he said their was nothing he could do.That if we had a problem contact corporate.He gave us their phone number and his name.I contacted them as soon as I returned home and explained what had happened.They rep[lied and said the coupon was good and that it was a software problem witth their computer that left off the first number because it was a 0.ZERO. By the time this was corected, they told me to just go back and use the coupon.I said I dont think so.Now it has expired. After how we were treated by the manager using a valid coupon, I know I was not going to go back and use an expired coupon. I told them I expected an appology from the manager. Their answer was that they had spoken to him. Then they called me a constant complainer. I complained one other time when my wife and I visited this store two weeks in a row and ordered a steak and was told they were out of this steak, we whould have to order something else. 2 times and I am a constant complainer ! I will never return to that Ruby Tuesday again ! They never appologised for his action, just said they had taken care of it ! And told us to take the expired coupon back and use it ! Are they crazy or what ?

sounds like a constant complainer to me. if it was such a big deal they were out of steak..order something else or go to a different restaurant. and with your spelling and grammar ( e.g. ANtree (entree) and their (there) ) perhaps you should check out your local mcdonalds or KFC anyway.
