Unfortunately I visited this hospital from its emergency department on 05/02/2015. They actually did nothing about my situation and they only arranged me a bed for one night and I left there at the other day. However, they billed me as if I stayed there like one month and started to send bills with guarantor number H100965824. I am an international graduate student and living with a very low income. After I received their bill (after the deductions from my insurance) they called me and we arranged a payment plan with the minimum available amount. I told my situation clearly and they seemed to understand that. I started paying the agreed installments for 3 months. However, I never received any type of confirmation about the payment plan but received final notices only. It is impossible to reach them most of the time and they are not responsive to voice messages. The only thing they do is to threaten you with collection agencies and put you into a harder situation. They do not understand the special financial conditions of people and only dodge you to pay the amount at that instant. If I had a choice, I would never ever choose this hospital but I was in an ambulance and because of that no one asked me my hospital decision. Now, this hospital is trying to use this emergency condition against me and trying to put me in a harder situation. I think in all of the countries, my situation is understandable and there exists some humane payment conditions by considering that person's financial situation. I am not asking not to pay that bill, I am only asking to pay that with the installments that we agreed before.
