In October 2010, I placed an order for some massage material totalling about $100.

Two weeks later, I cancelled the order before it shipped because nobody there answered my emails or calls. I also emailed them asking that my credit card be credited.

It's now two months later, and I still have not been refunded. I will be filing legal complaints in Texas.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not deliver products, will not refund your money, and will not return phone calls or emails.

    I had order there 18quart stone set and warmer back in Oct. It took the company a month to send me my order. I kept getting the run around from Michelle and was calling back to cancel my order. I fortunately got to speak to Karen and told her what had happen. She was more than kind enough to put a rush delivery to my salon. I had the warmer no more than 6 month and it died on me. I had called the company to try to have it replace and Michelle instructed me to ship it back for a replacement. To make a long story short I was told I will receive it last week and its been over 3 weeks now and I have not got my replacement. No one will pick up the phone. No one has returned my phone call or emails. Just sent another email to Karen. I hope she wants to make this right for me.
