Ruan Marinho is a self-proclaimed SEO expert that has a digital marketing agency called Develomark that is run out of 7 N Main St. in Southington, CT. He has no regard for others. He was caught driving drunk after he almost smashed into a ladies vehicle that had a baby and small child as passengers. He didn't even care, all he cared was about not getting caught. He had no regard for the lives of that baby or anyone else on the road.
Luckily the police in Naugatuck pulled Ruan Marinho before he could cause an accident and potentially kill someone. He was pulled over after he made an improper turn due to being drunk out of his mind on Old Firehouse Rd in Naugatuck.
That is how Ruan Marinho operates. He puts on a fake persona on his YouTube Channel that bears his name: The Ruan M. Marinho YouTube channel. In reality the channel is just there to feed his ego and arrogance. His true nature is selfish and narcissistic.
Upon pulling over Ruan Marinho the officer determined that Ruan Marinho was indeed operating his vehicle under the influence and arrested him. Ruan M. Marinho is not only a fake who portrays himself one way online, but he is someone who couldn't care less about getting behind the wheel drunk and putting people's lives at risk and almost smashing into a car carrying children.
Ruan is a POS. He is super unprofessional when it comes to business and doesn’t care about his employees or clients. He constantly talks about sex in person, has some tourette’s like tick in person, and doesn’t respond to messages unless they are in his favor. He is the worst person I have ever come across and hope NOBODY ever has to associate themselves with him.
Ruan is a scammer, Paid for a course and took my money and cant get a hold of him. He doesnt know much about SEO but only knows how to cheat search engines using spam techniques.
He is good at marketing himself and making himself believable to people. That is one thing I can say and I admit it he fooled me and scammed me. Wish I would have paid attention to the reviews about him saying he was a scammer before.
Now he is on to the next scam which is marketing some dashboard SplashDash.io So if you are thinking about dealing with him or SplashDash.io remember what happened to his online SEO course scam and realize this is what Ruan Marinho does.
Ruan scammed me out of his program "The Underground Secrets". I was paying $200 a month to access his video training on building an agency. Instantly I was kicked out of the training for no reason or response why. I emailed support continually asking them I'd like to start the program again but I'd like to start where I left off, not starting offer. No one ever responded then eventually my email was blocked. I had paid $800 and didn't even have access to the previous videos I had paid months for. If I can save one person, please don't support that course. He will steal your money.
Ruan Marinho is back at it and scamming again.
This pile of trash stole over $1000 from our business through SEO and other marketing fees.
He wont answer phone calls, emails, Facebook messages or anything. Ruan Marinho is a 100% VERIFID SCAMMER!
Be careful of Develomark and Ruan Marinho, he will lie through his crooked teeth to get that money from you then disappear. He is nothing but a cheap lowlife.
Ruan Marinho is back at it and scamming again. He doesnt return calls, doesnt respond to emails, stole over $1000 from our business in SEO and other marketing fees and no one can get a hold of him.

Another thing you have to realize is this guy was caught lying about reviews before. I used to be subscribed to Ruan Marinho's YouTube channel, but after I saw what he was about and all the lies I decided to just forgt about the Undergroundsecrets course he was selling.
I knew a lot of people that bought into his lies and I wish someone would have informed them like they did to me before they blew all that money.

Not only is this Ruan Marinho a drunk driving scammer, Develomark as a whole are hypocrites. They just use YouTube as a funnel to draw in SEO hopefuls to sell them some course packed with information that is already available to anyone willing to look.
They are hypocrites because it has been pointed out that Ruan Marinho says that paid advertising makes businesses "Seem desperate for customers" and "attract the wrong customers "tire kickers" . Then at the same time HE IS USING PAID ADVERTISING FOR HIMSELF. (So according to his own words that makes him "Seem desperate for customers"
He also flip flops on SEO strategies all the time. This guy is a fraud and a "fake it til you make it" type. He claims people are "hating" anytime he is caught lying. Just look at the images below. Ruan Marinho is not honest whatsoever. He's just another scammer online (dime a dozen).
This sums up Ruan Marinho's attitude toward his drunk driving and the fact he doesnt seem to care about any lives he put at risk on the road.
Ruan marinho is not who he pretends to be on YouTube and other platforms, the pretending is so he can sell his course to people.

I knew something was up with Ruan Marinho and his SEO course when I kept reading that he was making fake 5 star reviews, which led me to here and now I find out he is a drunk driving scumbag. Its even worse than I thought.
I feel Kayla R pain in her comment. My brother was killed by a pile of garbage drunk driver. The guy is behind bars now, but that doesnt help ease the pain our family feels. So this guy is not only a scammer he is a stupid drunk. I was thinking about getting into the course but that san easy NO for me. I'm sure there will be people who will still fall for his scam anyway. Thanks to whoever posted up about this.
Ruan Marinho is a manipulator, that is for certain. He routinely manipulates reviews by posting 5 star reviews for not only Develomark, but also for his clients, and at the same time tries to supress anyone that says anything bad, just as this article explains. https://goo.gl/rYZ5mL
I read it after seeing the comment above that also linked to it and it is crazy how far Develomark goes in order to hide their garbage from people. Also I checked on it myself and he was drunk driving and then the person above states that he was wasted at some place. But just as article in link says, even with proof they deny it.
Develomark seems liek a shady company. People need to be careful about these kinds of scammers.
I met Ruan Marinho briefly at a get together for SEo and marketers, not going to say where, but he knows where. All I can say is he is not very professional. He got hammered. Sure other people were drinking, but only socially.
Ruan Marinho got wasted and took it overboard. Many people said the same thing, although they may have been polite to him as a courtesy they said different after.
I didn't even know who he was, so I just look him up while there and turns out he drives drunk and was arrested for it. Not good, I was embarrassed for him.
I was searching for this company online after being ripped off by them and I find a lot of stuff that is similar to what I experienced. If you look up reviews for Ruan Marinho and Develomark reviews you find other people who have been in the same situation.

I met Ruan Marinho not long ago and its crazy how people put on such a fake attitude and it turns out that they are basically drunk drivers and try to scam people by selling SEOcourses that are useless.
Just goes to show how you really cant trust people at face value. Too many people are killed by drunk drivers and I have no respect whatsoever for drunk drivers.
I saw this complaint and didn't really want to believe it since I was going to buy his online SEO course, but then I verified the info and its true. There are other reviews and articles Ruan Marinho has put out in order to try and discredit anyone who has exposed him for the liar he is.
Now I know the kind of person that is behind all that fake YouTube personality Ruan Marinho puts on to try and convince people to buy his course. Thank goodness I read about him before I bought the course. To Kayla above, sorry about your mother being killed by a drunk driver. People who drink and drive are some of the worst.
Clearly he didnt even care about anyone on the road. This guy is way out of control. Saw him on YouTube trying to sell his SEO course. Maybe he should take a driving course and learn to not get in the drivers seat intoxicated...what a fool.
Yep, I just found this article it is clear Ruan Marinho true self. This does not seem like good guy that you can trust.
I was looking into Ruan Marinho SEO course and then I see this. Drunk drivers are inconsiderate trash, glad the police did their job taking this guy off the road. All I can say is WOW! Didnt know that Ruan Marinho was such a despicable person. Thanks to whoever posted this. You saved me the money and time.

They dont care whose lives they destroy, or how many tears a family sheds, how many Thanksgivings and Chrsistmas' go by without being able to see your mother or even hear her voice. They dont think about what can happen when they get behind the wheel intoxicated. Idiots like this need to think before they end up taking someones life through their careless actions.
