RU Moon Pet Sphynx Cattery review: Sold sick kitten and refuses to refund

On 11/28/16 Moonpet Salvador Dali was diagnosed with HCM by DACVIM Dr. Lori Siemens after my regular vet noted a grade 3 heart murmur on auscultation. His breeder, Irina Shibanova, has refused to acknowledge the validity of this diagnosis. He was neutered under the guidelines for anesthesia by his Cardiologist and was also microchipped to provide additional proof for his future test results.

On 1/25/2017 Moonpet Salvador Dali had another echo-cardiogram with a different DACVIM Dr. Brian MacKie. Within two months of his first echo- cardiogram, his disease has progressed from Mild to Moderate HCM.

To be extra vigilant with the diagnosis we decided to test his T4 count for hyperthyroidism as well as his blood pressure to rule out secondary cause for HCM. I received his results for T4 02/5/2017, which indicated he was well within normal ranges.

These results were forwarded to Dr. Brian MacKie who confirmed his diagnosis of Moderate Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and added an addendum to the initial scan report on 2/6/2017.

Irina Shibanova, Moonpet Salvador Dali has been diagnosed with HCM by two separate board certified cardiologists. He has progressed to moderate HCM in two months, hypertension and hyperthyroidism has been ruled out as secondary causes for his disease. I bought this male as a breeder, and within a week of owning him he was diagnosed with hcm. I expect a refund as per our contract and your written statement in our private conversations on Facebook.
