I paid for game gold. They told me they had it and to go ahead and order but when I placed the order they told me they didn't have it. They said they would deliver in 3 days. I waited 3 days and they told me to wait another 5. I waited another 5 and they told me to wait in game. So I went into the game and waited for delivery. For hours! Then they told me the account they were just about to deliver from had just gotten banned and they'd have to start again. I told them never mind, just refund my payment. They said they would. Well, I've waited weeks for them to refund my payment and it's one excuse after another. They have lied so many times it's absolutely astounding! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS UNDER ANY OF THEIR NAMES!! THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF!!

    it must be happening some misunderstanding between you and them, i bought something from rsloads, and i got it quick after i pay, it has a strict order confirmation, after it's checked, you can get it quick, you can also go to its special forum if you have some complaints, i think.

    is it just me or what but im geting pissd off 1min the guild wars is saying i cant get in the game and then wen i do get 2 play the next day it says iv bin bannd what the hell is going on

    Apparently, I have a similar situation. I ask for leveling then they tell me I am too low level, well fine. I should get my money back there no? I was asked to give an extra $8 for a lvl 59 account I don't want. Their customer service man "robert" claiming to not know English so well so he doesn't know what I am saying. I ask for my money back what is so difficult?

    A customer who don't get their products must get their money back no?

    I purchased 100k gold on Christmas Day, they sent the gold to me fast, I am very happy because they are so efficient and professional.I will choose forever :P

    i tryed buying a runescape account from these ### 4 forty dollars and then he said give him my email i did and he said wait i did for like 30 mins then i got my dad and my dad was talking to this so called robert and he shut up and now i cant get my ###ing money back
