We tryied to buy a puppy from Kim Collard, the breeder of Royalty Puppies because my daughters really want a chocolate male schnauzer (very difficult to find). Finally we found in the website this breeder. We close the deal trying to buy Zack (chocolate male without parti marks) and we sent her our first deposit ($500 USD) on Feb 15, 2010...later she told me that he has a murmur heart and we have to wait to make the import to Mexico (I am from Mexico) so I agree to wait...after some weeks she told me that everything was fine, so we can prepare all the arrangements for his flight, so I sent the second and last one deposit of $550 USD on April 21, 2010. Then my husband told me that he will asist to Las Vegas for a convention this May 13, 2010, and he can pick up the puppy for us (so we can save 1000 USD flying to the USA to pick up the puppy), so we talked with Kim Collard and she agreed to send the puppy to Las Vegas... The cost of the puppy was: $800 USD plus $250 shipping cost. On May 4, 2010 she sent me an email telling me that Zack is died, so she will have more puppies this weekend and I can choose another one... I explained her that I can not wait another two months to get a puppy and my daughters were really excited because as soon as daddy returns from Las Vegas they will have finally their chocolate schnauzer. So I did not want to fail to my girls and I explained her that I need that she returns us the money to buy another puppy similar to Zack to bring it to Mexico next week. But as soon as I sent her this email we never received again any news or comment from her. I called her by phone and there is just her answer machine, I left several messages in both ways (mails and messages) with no luck...Looks that she dissapear from the earth... so how can we recover our money? She cheating us, she make us a fraud of $1050.00 USD. And the worst is that my babies did not going to receive their puppy when their daddy cames back from Las Vegas to Mexico. What happen with these people?

i was agree because now July 09, 2012 and until today i was really dissappointed and sad coz i make a deal for a puppy pomeranian for 148 euro for the flight the puppy was in England and i make a deal to Mr.Destinni Hawkins ...1st deal was ok..coz 148 euro is alright for me and he do all the papers for petshippingtransport.webs.com...after a day was yesterday he asked me some of money that i must payed for the veterinary for control for the health of the puppy ok i give..for using the western union there i must send the money..the name is Latitiae Nsi Azu Afuh Teboh! adres united kingdom...after i give the money they said now the doctor is working to check up the puppy Nina..so im happy to heard that all i must do is wait ..then i wait for the email..after an hour he send to me a message he said the puppy can live at 4:00 pm in england i mean LONDON! then today morning is coming arrived to the airport at 7:30 am..all i must do wait and stay at home the whole day to reacieved this puppy at home and i must signe dsome documents...so i wake-up early morning to check my email to look what really time the puppy coming home..? but i recieved the another email that i must payed again for the PET INSURANCE for 750 euro's co z the puppy was in the airport right now...! when i read this email i begin not feel good and im really bother for this kind of procedure or transaction...i have a deal to Mr.Hawkins only 148 euro then they asked me more and more and there's NO!
