RoyalTrendyAutomated messages and no support

I did not receive my order and after I left several reviews online I finally received a reply from RoyalTrendy. That was just an automated message where they said that they were sorry about me not receiving the order and asked me to contact them regarding the matter. And of course when I tried they simply did not reply. Later I received another message with the same content which only proved that I was right and they actually did not care about me. I received only computer generated messages and no one actually was interested in helping me. That's sad. I will no longer be their customer and I'm sure that with that kind of attitude they'll lose all their customers pretty soon. Stay back from them!
