My name is Russell Grimes. I am a writer and editor living in Kingman, AZ. On Monday, March 27, 2018 at approximately 6:20 pm MST, I placed an online order for $32.79. I wss entitled to a free dessert with my online order. Although I selected the free dessert and it was displayed prominently amongst the list of other items during checkout, it disappeared after I payed and received an email verification of my order.
I called the restaurant at 2911 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman, AZ 86401. I spoke with the manager who refused to add the dessert. Although I did not cancel the order, I am highly annoyed by the glitch that deprived me of a dessert Pizza Hut promised.
If Pizza Hut expects me to frequent the restaurant again or recommend their food and services to others, I expect an apology and recompense for my grievance.
