Royal Vegas Online Casino They won't let me know about my winnings or where it is

I registered an account with Royal Vegas Casino and deposited an amount of $16 and won $1884.03 last week and I contacted the live chat over the weekend four times and every time they said my money was processed and left the casino so within 24-48 hours and its now Tuesday and I still have not received anything. I got a text stating Royal Vegas Casino was sending me an email transfer of $1884.03 and a password to accept the email transfer. There wasn't a link for me to press and accept it. My bank is set up auto deposit and I haven't had an issue with other casinos before. I just really would like to know where my winnings I won went as I am really counting on them. If you could please help me that would be great! Thank you. My email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected]

Royal Vegas Online Casino Withdrawal process

I won a decent amount of funds, initiated my withdrawal via etransfer (recommended for Canada) was advised it would show pending for a minimum of 24 hours. Here we are a week and a half later and I reached out via live chat and was told another 72 hours up to 7 business days! Not one single live chat agent gives the same response when I inquired about the time frame. Not impressed at all, and still have not received my winnings!

Desired outcome: I want my winnings deposited to my account immediately.

Royal Vegas Online Casino Taking money from my account without permission

I tried to do e-transfers on July 18th 2022 but Interac was down so they all declined I wanted to play with $10 or $5 only so I tried periodically throughout the day to process money and each time it was declined because of the problem Interac was having. I woke up the next day and they had somehow managed to take out all the declines requests for July 18th to a sum of $70-plus dollars in $5 and $10 amounts. I cannot get a hold of them their 24/7 chat has magically disappeared and when one goes to ‘support’ or ‘help’ there is not actual help or support to be had. What a sham. I’ve deposited over $10,000 with them and this is how they are going to lose me as a customer, over $70. That’s sad.

I have resent numerous amounts of emails containing I'd and permissions and still haven't recieved y winnings and they have withheld my funds and my casino acc and I keep getting no responses and have been and held an account with them 3 years as soon as I win I dont get my funds I'm entitled to this is not fair I've deposited so much they owe me 900 Australian

Royal Vegas Online Casino Confiscated winnings

hi my name is greg crowe, im currently living in victoria australia, i was recently playing at royal vegas casino when i won the sum of $100, 000.00, i was made vip straight away and was also emailed by donovan my new vip host congratulating me on my fantastic win, then a couple of days later they asked for me to verify my documents and to send them threw, as i did asap then about 1 wk later they emailed me saying that i have breached my account then it was irregular activities then they locked my account and confiscated my winnings, now they could not explain wot or why they have done that to me, now i have copies of all emails and transcripts along with photos of my winnings, i have gone through all the process of complaints with the casino and still no good as i feel that i have done everything above board with there terms and conditions but still feel strongly that i have been lied to with faulse information, ripped off and scamed

Royal Vegas Online Casino Scamming Money

Here’s one for you if you’ve thought of playing with them. I was a good (very good) customer. I was making good money from their slots and then depositing good money. So good, in fact, they sent two of their employees to come and visit and chitchat, etc. I live in the country – far from any city they may be travelling to. Then, all of a sudden one morning, I woke up to find over $5, 000.00 (yes, five thousand dollars) was taken from my account. I scrambled to get the money back in from other accounts. My bank thankfully returned the money as a loss. So I tried playing with Royal Vegas again only to be told that the money they received (yes, they got it – I have the documents) needed to be reimbursed. If you can do simple math, then you see that they are making an extra $5, 000 off me. So I said take it off my winnings and they said that was ok. I recently deposited over $600 and played for perhaps 5 minutes as $100 at a time started disappearing from my deposit. I have a number of pretty, flowery emails now from them saying I “owe” them. Do not deposit or play with them. And Echeque was part of this as apparently I cannot deposit with them anymore but that was how the money was transferred without my permission. Not sure if Microgaming is part of the scam they are pulling but they should keep in mind that their employees who visited- I remember their names and faces quite vividly. And perhaps when they were fishing about what I did for a living before retiring and moving to the country – maybe I left out a lot of information. If anyone wants to ID them…

Scam artists. Do not know if its the organization or a few bad employees. Echeque is involved. Don't know if Microgaming is party to this scam. All I know is I've lost a lot of money just after their employees came to visit, .

all the microgaming casinos are affiliate sites, which means that they are the only ones to take their percentage and all your money goes to the company https://www.microgaming.co.uk/ they are the real fraudster. No matter which casino you play if microgaming decides to rob you it will steal you from any casino that uses their interface.

Royal Vegas Online Casino Non payment of winnings

My issue is regarding Royal Vegas Online Casino (Fortune Lounge Group)

0n the 19/2/14 I made 14 separate transactions from 2 different ANZ credit cards both of which belong to my father, who gave me permission to use them. The Casino kept taking my deposits and on the 14 deposit I started winning and ended up withdrawing at $8000. As soon as I requested a withdrawal they locked my account and I could not access it. I asked them why and they said they needed to verify my account. So I proceeded with their requests and gave them all documentation they required, ID's, credit card photo's, utillity bill and signed written permission from my father allowing me to use his credit cards. They then sent me an email after 4 days informing me that all documents had been recieved and verified and that they would store them on file for future reference. I then tried to access my account but it was still locked. I contacted them again and they informed me that 'even though all documents are verified there are no garauntees that your account will be unlocked'. They then told me that they'd decided not to unlock my account because of some excuse to do with terms and conditions. Now I had this same issue with Gaming Club Online Casino and was paid out in full once I submitted all relevant documents.
So obviously this Royal Vegas Online Casino (Fortune Lounge Group) is a scam. They accepted my third party deposits knowing that they would not pay out on them, and blocked my account as soon as I tried to withdraw. So they have in fact STOLEN MY MONEY. They've taken my money without providing a service. The money which was deposited they are saying is void, so they should at least return that money to the credit cards, but they will not even do that. There are also many similar stories of these guys ripping people off throughout the internet.
STAY AWAY!

I deposited $30 on this site & received a bonus. I started winning pretty good but then got logged out & received an email saying my accounts been excluded. Very random & unfair on me. Then waited on live chat for about 30 minutes without any message from a support agent.

I was told the first day I created an account that I can withdraw without verification, I spent over 10k, money was never released, then asked for por, I sent it and account was marked as verified then they asked for poi to release wd. Then they do not respond, I genuinely got scammed.

i to am in same situation they take the money multiple times even send me messages asking if I want a bonus and then when I withdraw winnings they block my account send me on a run around even after I give them all the info they wish to have they still rip me off ..royal vegas casino is a scam big time

I too am in the same situation as you, I won 1100 and am jumping through hoops to get my money out, sent them all my documents against my better judgement (am really worried about them using it for identity theft) every time I ring them they say that money will be released in 48 hours (the call centre is in south Africa mind you, which also doesn't fill me with confidence, from the outside it appears to be a British company, but after a little research the company is "subject to the laws of Malta" avoid avoid avoid! Cannot stress that enough.
